论新形势下经济特区的发展

建设有中国特色社会主义是前无古人的崭新事业,需要我们在实践中不断探索、不断试验、开拓前进。在创新的前提下,经济特区应运而生,并取得了超前的发展。创新把经济特区与有中国特色社会主义紧密地联系在了一起。在建立社会主义市场经济体制的新形势下,经济特区改革的方向和策略也应作出相应的调整,以继续保持特区的特色,继续走在全国改革和发展的前列。     

The nature of the steady state in models of optimal growth under uncertainty

Summary. We study a one-sector stochastic optimal growth model with a representative agent. Utility is logarithmic and the production function is of the Cobb-Douglas form with capital exponent . Production is affected by a multiplicative shock taking one of two values with positive probabilities p and 1-p. It is well known that for this economy, optimal paths converge to a unique steady state, which is an invariant distribution. We are concerned with properties of this distribution. By using the theory of Iterated Function Systems, we are able to characterize such a distribution in terms of singularity versus absolute continuity as parameters and p change. We establish mutual singularity of the invariant distributions as p varies between 0 and 1 whenever . More delicate is the case . Singularity with respect to Lebesgue measure also appears for values such that . For and Peres and Solomyak (1998) have shown that the distribution is a.e. absolutely continuous. Characterization of the invariant distribution in the remaining cases is still an open question. Bank loan versus financial lease: how do traditional and innovative approaches within the banking sector influence economic growth? A comparative analysis between the US and China

ABSTRACT

The argument over the effects of financial structures on economic growth remains unsettled. This study, therefore, compares the dynamic correlation and lead–lag relationship between the different financial approaches within the banking sector (that is, traditional bank loans versus innovative financial leasing) and economic growth. We employ a continuous wavelet analysis using time-series data from 1982–2017 from the US (the world’s largest developed country) and China (the world’s largest developing country). The empirical results show that (1) episodes of significant correlation usually emerge during periods of reform, crisis or policy implementation; and (2) in China, traditional banking promotes economic growth in the long term, while the real economy only imputes the evolution of banks during critical economic reforms in the short term. Meanwhile, financial leasing could only promote the development of the real economy under suitable regulation; and (3) in the US, before the crises, the irrational growth of the real economy could increase bank assets, while during the crises, the traditional banking approach harms economic growth, and after the crises, financial leases play an important role in recovery. Therefore, we suggest that policymakers should establish adequate policies and regulations to solve the situation.

随机型连续盘点订货模型中供应链周期服务水平的波动和优化

对存在数量折扣和运费折扣的随机型连续盘点库存策略,进行了建模和分析,设计了供需双方合作的库存策略和订货策略,给出了理想的经济订货量和订货价格的甄选方法流程,模型确定了供应链理想的周期服务水平,证明了在该策略下,理想周期服务水平对于订货批量具有相对稳定性,并分析了此稳定性对供应链整体的重要意义,以及模型近似的合理性。在这个服务水平上,确定了再订货点和安全库存,并分析了该策略对供应链各方在管理措施方面的启示。利用该模型进行库存和订货决策,设计供应链合同,可以在不伤害服务水平的基础上,降低供应链总成本。

Do monetary subjective well-being evaluations vary across space? Comparing continuous and discrete spatial heterogeneity

Using subjective well-being estimations, this study analyzes whether compensating variations vary across space using a cross-sectional data set from Chile. To achieve this goal, it describes and compares two econometric ways of modelling unobserved spatial heterogeneity. Both approaches allow compensating variations to vary across spatial units by assuming some distribution a priori. One method assumes that the spatial heterogeneity can be represented by a discrete distribution (a group of regions that share the same coefficient) and the other that the preferences can be represented by a continuous distribution (each region has a different coefficient). The results show that focusing just on the average estimates of compensating variations, as the applied studies have done so far, masks useful local variation. More empirical studies are needed to assess the advantages and disadvantages of both econometric approaches and how their results compare across a wide range of conditions and samples.
