This research develops and tests a theoretical model of customer persuasion in personalized online shopping, building on information processing theory, and addressing cognitive and affective stages of the persuasion process. Data from 582 experienced online customers were used to validate the proposed model through structural equation modeling and multigroup analysis. Results show that quality of personalization, message quality, and benefits of the personalized recommendations are important in the persuasion process. Positive emotions increase the effect of persuasion on purchase intentions, contrary to negative emotions. The study extends online personalization theory, offers an in‐depth analysis of the persuasion process in online shopping, and provides valuable recommendations for personalized online marketing. 相似文献

在线品牌社群是企业创新的重要外部协同主体,其创新协同路径有待深入揭示。文章基于双元创新角度,运用QCA研究方法,通过294份有效问卷数据,研究了在线品牌社群的资源特质、组织结构、领导角色的组态效应对企业探索式和利用式双元创新的影响路径。研究发现:(1)在线品牌社群的自组织结构是探索式创新与利用式创新共有的必要条件;(2)探索式创新通过领导资源型和组织领导型两条等效影响路径发生作用;(3)利用式创新通过资源组织型与资源领导型两条等效影响路径发生作用。研究结论有助于拓展企业外部创新来源,从在线品牌社群的角度为两类创新范式找到差异化的影响路径,为社群运营提供策略支持。 相似文献

Across the tropics, development banks and conservation donors are investing millions in property mapping and registration projects to improve accountability for deforestation. An evaluation of the effectiveness and accuracy of existing environmental registries is crucial to assure the success of future efforts. This study presents an evaluation of deforestation and registration behavior in response to one of the largest of these property registration programs to date — the Rural Environmental Registry (CAR) in the Amazonian state of Pará. From late 2007 to 2013, approximately 100,000 properties covering 30 million hectares of self-declared claims were entered in this digital registry. We used fixed effects regression models and property level data to assess how registration influenced deforestation on different sizes of properties. Registration had little impact on deforestation behavior, with the exception of a significant reduction on “smallholder” properties in the size range of 100–300 ha. We link this reduction to interacting incentives from forest protection and land regularization policies and suggest that desire to strengthen land claims motivates these landholders’ response to the environmental registry. We also present evidence that some landholders may be registering incomplete or inaccurate parcels into the self-declared system to strategically benefit from policy incentives. Our results for smallholder properties indicate that environmental registries may have potential to facilitate reductions in deforestation if combined with a favorable combination of incentives. However, in places where land tenure is still being negotiated, the utility of environmental registries for forest policy enforcement and research may be limited without ongoing investment to resolve uncertainty around land claims. 相似文献

Considering the universal prosperity of online group-buying (OGB), this research study used online surveys to gauge the impact of perceived risk, opinion seeking, and hedonistic/recreational and brand conscious decision-making styles on consumers' OGB intention in two diametrically distinguished countries—China and the United States. The research findings indicated both cultural similarities and differences in the mechanisms underlying Chinese and American consumers' OGB intention. Perceived risk emerged as the most important predictor in the U.S. data while brand consciousness was the key driver of Chinese consumers' OGB intention. Open innovation is an emergent paradigm by which organisations make use of their internal and external resources to perform their innovation processes. The growth of information and communication technologies has facilitated the spread of online open innovation communities, where users can share ideas as well as comment on and evaluate ideas posted by other community members. In this work, the behaviour of community members is analysed from the perspective of social network analysis. The final aim is twofold: first, to measure to what extent the different forms of participation are correlated to each other; and, second, how the collective intelligence evaluation schemes can be useful to identify those users posting ideas which are potentially applicable for the organisation. Obtained results can help community managers and organisations to improve the efficiency of the evaluation process when hundreds or thousands of ideas are shared through the online community. 相似文献
