近年来学术界关于旅游偏好的研究综述

通过整理学术界近几年关于旅游偏好的相关文献,我国学术界在旅游偏好研究还处于起始阶段,在旅游偏好概念、形成和影响因素、测度方法、内容四个方面的研究虽已取得一定的成果,但在旅游者细分市场、旅游者心理需求和偏好的变化、研究方法等方面的研究还存在不足。     

HOW DO YOU CAPTURE LIQUIDITY? A REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE ON LOW-FREQUENCY STOCK LIQUIDITY

Researchers have various ways to measure liquidity but most of them come with both merits and demerits. This study provides a literature review of low-frequency liquidity measures with a primary focus on liquidity measurement as well as its implication on asset pricing. Based on the dimension it captures, a range of existing low-frequency measures are divided into four categories of liquidity proxies including transaction cost, volume, price impact, and multidimension-based measures. We review some well-established liquidity proxies, a new bid–ask spread estimator and price impact ratios proposed recently. Finally, we discuss how good low-frequency liquidity measures are at capturing standard liquidity benchmarks, which are constructed from high-frequency intraday data.     

Nontariff measures and product differentiation: Hormone-treated beef trade from the United States and Canada to the European Union

We investigate how a combination of the sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) measure and product differentiation affects beef trade and the consequences for the United States (US)–European Union (EU) hormone-treated beef trade dispute. We develop a partial equilibrium model to represent the global beef markets and product differentiation between non-hormone-treated beef, hormone-treated beef, and other beef. The results show that removing the SPS measure increases EU hormone-treated beef imports from the US and Canada and decrease beef consumption. In addition, EU hormone-treated beef consumption and imports can be related to a few key indicators of product differentiation. The framework we develop can estimate EU hormone-treated beef consumption and imports based on a minimum of parameters relating to product differentiation, thereby providing useful applied economic analysis of a key trade measure.     

论WTO争端解决机制的缺陷及我国的应对措施

WTO争端机制地已经成功地解决了许多国际贸易争端,对世界贸易和投资产生了重大的影响。但机制仍受强权政治的干扰,对发展中国家而言是一个沉重的负担,对此应进行相应的改革完善。中国作为最大的发展中国家应完善立法、加强国际合作,培养法律人才及采取其他的应对措施。     

我国食用菌出口分析与展望

近年来,我国食用菌科技不断进步,食用菌生产快速发展,产品品质不断提高,因此我国食用菌出口快速发展。但是2008年的全球金融危机,以及国外的贸易保护主义,使得我国食用菌出口出现疲软。然而随着世界经济的复苏,以及我国食用菌产业的不断发展,近几年我国的食用菌出口会不断增加,不过速度较缓。     

Have restaurant firms been using right recession turnaround strategies?: Evaluating with propensity score measure

Among the diverse strategies that restaurants use in recessions, some studies have shown that strategies that increase advertising, profit margins, or asset turnover have yielded promising results in terms of firm performance. However, the success of these turnaround strategies might be due to the health or size of a firm rather than the implementation of these strategies. Therefore, this study empirically tested this question utilizing the propensity score measure (PSM) due to concerns with selection bias across restaurant segments. The results showed significant improvements in revenue for limited-service and franchise restaurants when aggressive advertising was used but no improvements in profitability. The profit margin strategy had no impact on revenue but affected profitability and stock returns positively for all segments. Finally, the asset turnover strategy had adverse effects on revenue the year after a recession for all segments. These mixed results suggest that managers need to be cautious when implementing recession turnaround strategies.     

Adjusting for family size in the supplemental poverty measure

We point out an anomaly in the adjustment for family size in the US Supplemental Poverty Measure (SPM). The equivalence scale for the SPM implies an instance of increasing marginal costs for an additional adult. A similar criticism of the official US poverty measure was one of several concerns that led to the creation of the SPM. We propose two possible solutions for the problem and show that eliminating the anomaly from the SPM has the greatest effect on the poverty rate for the elderly, as that group is more concentrated near the poverty line.

利用锅炉蓄热与热平衡理论,从两个方面四个途径优化锅炉启动过程,缩短启动时间,降低启动成本。     

基于状态转移波动模型的金融市场动态风险测度研究

测度金融市场动态风险VaR的一个关键在于如何准确刻画金融市场收益波动率。引入马尔可夫状态转移的ARCH（Regime switching ARCH,SWARCH）模型。构建出基于状态转移波动模型的金融市场动态风险测度模型,然后运用其对中国大陆上证综指和伦敦金融时报100指数的市场风险进行测度,并运用Back-testing中的似然比率检验方法（Likelihood Ratio Test,LRT）对金融市场风险测度的准确性进行检验。实证结果表明,基于SWARCH的风险测度模型,不仅能够准确测度不同类型金融市场的动态风险,而且在测度金融市场大风险方面展现出同样具有优越的测度能力。     

警惕反补贴——我国对外贸易的下一个杀手

针对我国出口产品日益严峻的反补贴形势,我国政府、行业、企业应当充分履行各自职责,积极研究《SCM协议》以及美、加、欧等国的反补贴措施,积极应对反补贴指控。同时,以此为契机,转变政府职能,认真、科学审视各级政府特别是地方政府所采取的各项优惠措施,逐步取消禁止性补贴,灵活设定可申诉补贴、充分采用不可申诉补贴。在对外开放的市场经济条件下,我国要适时拿起反补贴的武器保护我国国内产业,加强对国外补贴产品进口的监控,审慎实施反补贴措施。
