铸造生产是由多工序组成的连续生产过程,为了有效地满足用户对产品质量要求,实现企业提质降耗的目标,必须对所有工序进行综合控制.以黄石某铸造有限公司计算机集成质量控制工程为背景,分析了该企业拥有的DISA造型生产线计算机集成质量控制系统的逻辑结构、物理结构,以及各分系统质量计划系统、质量数据采集系统、质量评价与控制系统、质量信息综合管理系统的功能特点及相互关系,对铸造企业计算机集成质量控制系统进行了规划与设计,提出了基于计算机网络和分布式数据库管理系统和对整个企业的生产质量进行综合控制的计算机辅助质量控制系统.对DISA造型生产线生产的各工序的质量进行综合控制,达到以最低成本制造出符合用户要求的优质产品并保证如期交货的效果.  相似文献

Recommendation problem has been extensively studied by researchers in the field of data mining, database and information retrieval. This study presents the design and realisation of an automated, personalised news recommendations system based on Chi-square statistics-based K-nearest neighbour (χ2SB-KNN) model. The proposed χ2SB-KNN model has the potential to overcome computational complexity and information overloading problems, reduces runtime and speeds up execution process through the use of critical value of χ2 distribution. The proposed recommendation engine can alleviate scalability challenges through combined online pattern discovery and pattern matching for real-time recommendations. This work also showcases the development of a novel method of feature selection referred to as Data Discretisation-Based feature selection method. This is used for selecting the best features for the proposed χ2SB-KNN algorithm at the preprocessing stage of the classification procedures. The implementation of the proposed χ2SB-KNN model is achieved through the use of a developed in-house Java program on an experimental website called OUC newsreaders’ website. Finally, we compared the performance of our system with two baseline methods which are traditional Euclidean distance K-nearest neighbour and Naive Bayesian techniques. The result shows a significant improvement of our method over the baseline methods studied.  相似文献

Stock markets constitute the largest electronic commerce market in the world. The tremendous growth in trading volume and the need for fast and accurate transaction execution has made the stock market one of the most technology friendly markets. The fastest growing stock exchange, NASDAQ, is a wholly electronic stock exchange with all transactions conducted over computer networks. However, the transaction model used by NASDAQ and other electronic stock markets still borrows heavily from the older traditional models used by non-electronic stock exchanges. Two important requirements of modern day stock market transactions are: (a) customer's ability to place sophisticated transaction orders to buy/sell stock, and (b) customer's ability to detect transaction delays. Modern electronic stock exchanges lack both the ability to place newer, more sophisticated transaction orders and the ability to detect delays in transaction execution. In this paper, we propose a protocol for stock market transaction that can model a new sophisticated model for transaction orders while continuing to support traditional transaction orders. The protocol is augmented with a mechanism to detect delays in transaction execution. It is further shown that the protocol proposed is secure, atomic, anonymous, private, and incurs low overhead costs. Coordination is a crucial behavior in cooperative distributed problem solving (CDPS). Analyzing coordination requires an understanding of the interplay between the agents, their problem, and their environment. The core behaviors ofdistributed coordination in CDPS systems are the coherent specification and scheduling of tasks over the set of distributed agents working on sets of interrelated problems. The complexity of, and uncertainty about, the problem interrelationships make distributed task coordination difficult. This article describes a causal model of this process that links the interrelationships, calledcoordination relationships, to the local scheduling constraints of distributed agents. Besides coordination relationships, environmental uncertainty and the lack of infinite computational resources also make distributed coordination difficult.It is not only the presence or absence of a coordination relationship that is important, but its quantitative properties: how likely is it to appear, how significant is its effect, and so on. These aspects determine the usefulness of a particular coordination relationship in the context defined by an environment, a problem to be solved, and an agent architecture. This article discusses the analysis of coordination relationships, using as an example our abstract model for thefacilitates relationship. We detail the derivation and assumptions of this model and apply it to the design of a generalized coordination module that is separate from, and interfaces cleanly with, the local scheduler of a CDPS agent. A set of simulation experiments is described that test our assumptions and design process in the coordination of a group of real-time problem-solving agents.  相似文献

遭遇洪水冲刷而漂浮于河水中的管道对整条管道的安全运行存在很大的潜在威胁。对其进行沉管治理,对沉降管道进行力学分析,找出危险截面。在此基础上,针对沉管过程中管道受力复杂且难以控制从而导致管道破坏的问题,采用应力应变实时监控技术监测整个沉管过程中危险截面的实时应力应变情况,基于监测到的应力值提出相应的措施以控制沉管过程中管道危险截面的应力于许用范围之内。结果表明:在整个沉管过程中,应力应变监控技术为管道的安全沉降起到了指导作用。  相似文献

WITSML的广泛应用增加了企业对实时数据的依赖性,一旦数据传输出现故障,将可能影响正常施工,因此,WITSML服务系统的稳定性尤为重要,可采取措施对该项服务进行考核,提高服务质量。国内石油企业绝大多数尚未应用该标准,应尽快加入该行列,以便在企业范围内实现井场信息的共享,消除信息孤岛,减少重复开发,提高信息应用效率。  相似文献
