双选信道下的CPM-FMT联合调制

为了提高双选择性衰落信道下滤波多音（FMT）多载波系统的性能,从子载波调制角度出发,提出了一种连续相位调制-滤波多音（CPM-FMT）联合调制方法。该方法首先将比特数据流串并转换后进行CPM映射,接着对映射后的信号进行重组,然后进行FMT调制。在接收端首先将接收的信号进行FMT解调并进行逆重组,然后进行CPM解映射恢复出比特数据流。实验结果表明,CPM-FMT联合调制方法优于传统调制的QPSK-FMT方法,在误码率为10-3时,白噪声信道下性能最大提高了10 dB,时间频率双选择性衰落信道下性能提高了5 dB,同时该方法对多谱勒频偏具有良好的稳健性。这表明CPM-FMT方法能显著提高FMT系统在双选择性衰落信道下的性能,可应用于高速移动环境下的宽带无线传输系统。     

Tone quest: exploring the (ir)resolvable paradoxes and infinite (im)possibilities of “epic tone” in (rock ‘n’ roll) musical consumption constellations

ABSTRACT

One of the driving forces for consumer-musicians in the market of rock ‘n’ roll musical creation is the quest for “epic tone” (i.e. production of a distinct and unique sound). Such tone is not the result of a single product or practice, but of a complex consumption constellation composed of a multitude of cultural processes and material factors in which the sum is often greater than the parts. The purpose of this paper is to explore how the market forces that directly impact these musical consumption constellations have exposed (and exacerbate) the inherent paradox in the quest. To help consumers create virtually any possible tone, the marketplace has increased the focus on the structural and functional components that compose these constellations, while subsequently decreasing the focus on the anti-structural and anti-functional aspects that underlie actual sound production. Consequently, the marketplace both stimulates and inhibits the (im)possible quest for epic tone.     

辣椒在中国的选择性传播及其影响

辣椒是我国的重要蔬菜作物,早在明代末期就传入中国,但是关于其传播路线却未形成统一认识。本文通过分析认为辣椒最先登陆于浙江一带,而后传入到长江中上游和云贵高原地区,并逐渐形成重辣区。辣椒在我国的选择性传播受到经济、自然环境、群体迁移等多方面的影响,而辣椒的传入也对我国的经济、文化、种植制度等多方面造成了深远的影响。     

第二代催化汽油选择性加氢技术的应用

介绍了第二代催化裂化汽油选择性加氢脱硫技术(RSDS-Ⅱ技术)在催化汽油选择性加氢装置中的应用。标定结果表明,以硫含量460～470μg/g、烯烃含量40%左右的催化裂化汽油为原料,采用RSDS-Ⅱ技术后,产品硫含量小于50μg/g,研究法辛烷值损失小于1.0。RSDS-Ⅱ技术具有非常好的脱硫选择性,是生产低硫清洁汽油的重要技术。     

生物质电厂新型烟气超净排放技术的研究与应用

随着国家环保力度不断加大,生物质电厂超净排放是必然趋势。发展新型烟气净化工艺是生物质电厂超净排放的重要举措。介绍一种新型烟气处理工艺路线“干法脱硫+袋式除尘器+中温选择性催化还原脱硝”,并对中试实验的实验结果进行分析。经过该工艺处理后,生物质电厂烟气污染物均达到超净排放标准,即颗粒物、SO2、NOx排放浓度分别低于5 、35 、50 mg/Nm3。     

标准正交基的两种求法

在欧氏空间Rn中,将Rn的一个基化为标准正交基一般是采用施密特方法,本文将利用矩阵的合同变换及矩阵的第三种列初等变换给出标准正交基的另外两种求法。     

选区激光熔化TC4粉末制备及成形工艺研究

为了提高气雾化制粉方法制备钛合金粉末的性能,使其更适应增材制造工艺,采用自主研发设计的电极感应气雾化制粉设备(EIGA)制备TC4钛合金粉末,研究雾化器气流汇聚角度对粉末粒度、粉末形貌的影响,采用马尔文激光粒度分析仪、氧氮氢分析仪、霍尔流速计、松装密度检测仪和工业CT等设备对粉末氧氮含量、流动性和空心粉含量进行测试。利用Concept Laser M2选区激光熔化设备对TC4粉末进行打印工艺验证研究,对比不同打印方向拉伸试样的室温力学性能,并分析选区激光熔化工艺成形TC4构件的显微组织。测试结果表明,当雾化器汇聚角度为25°时,53μm以下粉末的收得率最高,粉末性能最好。打印验证表明,粉末与Concept Laser M2打印设备的匹配度较好,力学拉伸数据能达到设备要求。因此通过改善雾化器结构能够有效提升气雾化法制备钛合金粉末的性能,并能与增材制造工艺匹配。     

Libertad de asociación,libertad sindical y negociación colectiva como derechos humanos en la economía de plataformas en un contexto de creciente movilización laboral

El presente estudio tiene por objeto el ejercicio de los derechos de libertad de asociación, libertad sindical y negociación colectiva de los trabajadores de plataformas, a la luz de las recientes experiencias de organización colectiva en todo el mundo, desde una perspectiva que inscribe esos derechos en el marco de los derechos humanos. La rápida evolución del mundo del trabajo trae consigo profundos cambios que invitan a adoptar un enfoque capaz de extender la protección a todos los trabajadores, independientemente de su situación laboral, al amparo de derechos que —como la negociación colectiva— emanan de instrumentos internacionales de derechos humanos.     

Evaluación de las prácticas de trabajo decente en las empresas. Análisis de las metodologías de calificación ambiental,social y de gobernanza

Las agencias de calificación ambiental, social y de gobernanza (ASG) han adquirido una función preeminente en el ámbito de la inversión responsable como proveedoras de datos no financieros. La bibliografía anterior sobre la construcción de métricas ASG no esclarece los procedimientos de las agencias para evaluar el trabajo decente. A partir del análisis de seis agencias de calificación, los autores investigan cómo se miden y evalúan los resultados empresariales en la dimensión de trabajo decente, señalando las dificultades conexas. El objetivo es determinar en qué medida la inversión responsable y las calificaciones ASG contribuyen a promover y a mejorar el trabajo decente en las empresas.     

Advancing purchasing as a design science: Publication guidelines to shift towards more relevant purchasing research

Due to rapidly changing business environments, purchasing and supply management (PSM) organisations are constantly confronted with new problems impacting organisational performance. PSM research can address these problems through design science research. Design science is also regarded as the science of the artificial. Design science research is a methodology that aims to systematically generate knowledge for the design, synthesis, testing, and evaluation of human-made artefacts (e.g., tools, interventions, policies) that solve practical problems. PSM artefacts such as the purchasing portfolio matrix invented by Kraljic (1983) represent a valuable opportunity to solve problems in the PSM discipline. However, our artificial-intelligence (AI)-based analysis of the discipline's flagship journal, the Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management (JPSM), indicates that design-oriented publications in PSM are underrepresented, accounting for less than 4% of the total publications. We argue that existing PSM research should be complemented with more design-oriented research, and address the following research question: How can PSM scholars publish more design-oriented research? Our objectives are to (1) provide arguments for advancing PSM as a design science, (2) nurture a better understanding of design science research as a methodology, and (3) propose publication guidelines that enable researchers to present design-oriented research in a management journal.
