基于盈利和相互影响的技术扩散模型研究

在文献[1]的基础上,从技术的盈利性角度对单技术扩散模型做出了改进,利用改进模型分析了替代品、互补品和企业广告宣传对技术扩散的影响.然后在改进的单技术扩散模型和文献[2]的基础上,建立了反映技术间相互影响的双技术扩散模型,分析了企业技术创新和广告宣传在市场竞争中的作用.根据单、双技术扩散模型的分析结果,提出了促进行业健康快速发展的一些措施和建议.     

中国城郊畜牧业废物的循环利用分析

针对我国城部畜牧业发展所带来的问题，本文提出了循环利用畜牧业废物的技术方案，论证了采用厌氧固氮微生物发酵畜牧业废弃物并将其转化为饲料或肥料的技术可行性及经济可行性。     

A two-factor learning model for private sector industrial firms

ABSTRACT

The Cobb–Douglas form of the two-factor learning curve model has been the conventional choice in empirical studies of the relative importance of R&D versus capacity expansion for cost reduction in energy technologies. Most empirical studies have focused on the role of public R&D in the context of renewable energy technologies. In this study, we provide a rationale for considering a different model formulation of the tradeoff between R&D and production capacity expansion when studying technology development in the private sector and we compare it to the conventional Cobb–Douglas model. We then apply our model formulation to a particular emerging technology case study.

Growth Volatility and Technical Progress: A Simple Rent-seeking Model

Recent empirical evidence demonstrates that a higher level of technical progress is associated with a lower level of growth volatility and higher expected economic growth. This paper builds a simple growth model which combines the insights of Angeletos and Kollintzas (2000) and Tse (2000; 2001; 2002) with endogenous productivity growth and rent-seeking behavior to account for these stylized facts. Our model complements the literature that focuses on the heterogeneity of different agents.     

Manufacturing Wage Differentials and Employment in Some Scandinavian Countries, the U.S. and the U.K.: An Analysis of Variance Approach

This paper presents some empirical evidence on the factors determining changes in wage differentials between skilled and unskilled workers and in their employment. An ``analysis of variance' (ANOVA) model is estimated using UN data for five OECD countries in order to assess the relative importance of industry-specific, country-specific and international shocks (as well as interactions between industry and country effects). It is found that both international shocks and national policies affect wage differentials over the whole sample, whilst skill-biased technical change (SBTC) was a significant factor in the seventies. Employment responds mainly to international shocks, although national policies and SBTC were important determinants in the seventies and eighties respectively. Some of the results are found to be sensitive to the technology level of the industries considered.
