随着我国的"西部大开发战略"的实施,西北地区的城市发展呈加速发展的状态。城市内部用地紧张,城市的公共开放空间缺乏。因此,重构城市的公共开放空间,尝试建立新的城市休憩场所,保障城市开放空间长远的可持续发展。

INDIFFERENCE PRICE WITH GENERAL SEMIMARTINGALES

Using duality methods, we prove several key properties of the indifference price π for contingent claims. The underlying market model is very general and the mathematical formulation is based on a duality naturally induced by the problem. In particular, the indifference price π turns out to be a convex risk measure on the Orlicz space induced by the utility function.

由于房价高企,城市人口增多,小户型成为年轻人的热门选择。户型虽小但是生活却不会因此而缩小,如何在有限的空间中创造出最大的使用功能,是目前很受关注的一个问题。因为小户型的空间划分和布局受到户型和面积的限制,装修时往往导致房屋空间功能不全,或者房屋的整体协调性美观程度降低。因此在装修前,需要按照自己的需求对空间进行重新划分,使其在更合理化、人性化,同时整体协调,不杂乱。只要有合理的布局,小户型也可以拥有舒适的生活空间。     

Defensible Space on the Move: Revisiting the Urban Geography of Alice Coleman

This article traces the movement of the concept of ‘defensible space’ from New York City in the 1970s, where it was developed by the Canadian architect/planner Oscar Newman, to London in the 1980s and into design interventions in British public housing in the 1990s, through British geographer Alice Coleman, who acted as an especially powerful transfer agent. In focusing on this urban design ‘concept’ on the move we contribute to existing scholarship on policy mobility and city building in a number of ways. First, we explore an instance of the movement/mobility of a planning concept in a historical period (the recent past) largely overlooked to date. Secondly, we demonstrate that this movement was the result of a disaggregated series of expert knowledge transfers and localized translations of pre‐policy expert knowledge, generated through university‐based research work and networks. We theorize this instance of urban planning mobility by way of the interlinked insights offered by the sociology of science and policy‐mobilities literatures. As this is an instance of university research shaping public policy it also offers an opportunity to reflect upon the meaning of ‘evidence‐based policy’ and the impact agenda in contemporary higher education.     

Tourism spatial reconstruction of Chengde City under the influence of Holiday Tourism Circle of Beijing

Holiday Tourism Circle of Beijing （HTCB） is one of the nine key regions of Chinese tourism industry in the period of the 11^th Five-Year Project. According to Tourist Marginal Utility Theory, Time-Distance Method is used to define HTCB in this paper. Chengde City, famous for its cultural tourism, is regard as one of the regions in Holiday Tourism Circle of Beijing. And this geographical advantage, in the context of the boom of tourism in China, is featured by the changes of tourist product structure and development model. In this paper, the influence upon Chengde tourism spatial structure has been discussed from tourist market, location and transportation. Chengde tourism spatial structure has been rebuilt with particular references to the factors of tourism destination district, tourist area, nodes, routes, and origin markets. In this paper, Chengde will develop tourism industry with the central heritage area as the center and northern forest and pasture area and southern mountain and lake area as the two wings.

走向深空--测控通信的发展方向

在传统的贸易模式下,我国经济和贸易的快速增长带来很多负面效应, 引起“三高一低”,即原材料的高强度消耗、高度污染、对国外市场的高依赖及低附加值,我国需要“三低一高”的新贸易模式来解决这些问题。本文通过图表和数据说明了旧贸易模式的危害及在旧贸易模式下我国处于不利地位,我国需要转变原有的贸易模式,并总结了将旧贸易模式转变为新贸易模式的途径。

A critical assessment of the prospects and constraints of space technology in relation to the socioeconomic and sociocultural development of society emphasizes the need for a reevaluation of the progress made thus far. Proper use of the unique space environment and the adjustment of technology to the requirements of changing pluriform societies could provide mankind with new capabilities for a well balanced utilization of resources, environmental monitoring, and global management.
