商业银行合业经营:一个紧迫的现实问题

在我国加入WTO之后 ,全国的银行业务将在五年内全面开放。但是目前我国采用的是金融分业经营的模式 ,这种模式将面临着严重的挑战。近几年来 ,我国的金融体制也进行了一些改革 ,这为实现我国银行合业经营创造了必要的条件。随着国际、国内金融形势的发展 ,我国在发展银行合业的经营方面 ,应从宏观和微观两个方面着手。     

Improving distribution operations: Implementation of material handling systems

Academic research has primarily focused on the technical factors of material handling systems, with little or no discussion of human factors. In order to improve the performance of distribution operations, we found that the implementation of material handling systems involves both human and technical factors. These human and technical factors interact over time and go through three somewhat overlapping transitional stages. In the first stage, both human and technical problems exist; however, human problems dominate, and require conflict management skills to resolve. In the second stage, human problems improve, but technical problems persist, requiring formal problem-solving methods to resolve. Finally, in the third stage, both human and technical problems improve. It is important to recognize these transitional stages because they must be effectively managed in order for the material handling functions to perform at the optimal level. Implications of this research, including directions for future research, are also provided.     

消费情感对感知风险和行为意向的影响

随着信息经济的迅猛发展,网络环境下的消费者行为越来越被广大的商家和学者所关注。本文探讨顾客消费情感与感知风险和行为意向的关系。在文献研究的基础上,提出了概念模型,并通过对旅游电子商务网站作实证调查,运用结构方程模型分析等分析方法,对这个模型进行了实证检验,得出以下结论：1、正面消费情感对感知风险有显著的负向影响;负面消费情感对感知风险有显著的正向影响;2、正面消费情感对行为意向有显著的正向影响,负面消费情感对行为意向有显著的负向影响;3、感知风险对行为意向有显著的负向影响。     

A detailed behavioral analysis on consumer and customer changing behavior with respect to social networking sites

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the changing behavior of the customers on various products by conducting a customer review. The analysis is performed in three major steps such as, calculating customer review quality, calculating behavior quality of customer and review comparison. Behavioral analysis is a kind of science which helps to study and understand the behavior of human beings. It studies the factors that influence the behavior of living beings and non-living beings on a larger aspect. A special emphasis is placed on understanding, describing, predicting and changing behavior. Understanding the behavior of individuals is a tedious job to be performed and hence to evaluate the final result, the study used Chi-Square Method. As a tool, the paper employs customer reviews to gather primary and secondary data. These reviews inform, educate and explain the benefits of using customer reviews in gathering data. It is one of the best and easiest methods to formulate the score of comparison between customer's profile and their review. Findings of the study proved that depending on the customer's profile, the quality of the product varied. Furthermore, high rates of efficiency and accuracy is observed in gathering information on the products via customer's profile and review. Study authenticates an inclusive approach to explain factors manipulating consumer awareness, observation and sensitivity on product value. A depth analysis was carried out to identify the purchase decision, brand behavior, price influence the buying behavior and opinion of the customers. However, the factors such as high quality, social media networking sites and customer's profiles had a greater impact on buying behavior of the customers.     

收缩性资本运营与我国企业发展

该文认为收缩性资本运营在我国企业发展中具有以下作用：它是多元化经营的企业回归主业的惟一途径，是上市公司经营活动的重要组成部分，为我国国有大中型企业的改制提供了一种新模式；然后提出推动我国企业收缩性资本运营的对策和建议：加强收缩性资本运营理论的研究，进一步完善资本市场，在适当的时候引入定向股技术，建立并完善配套的法律和财务会计制度。     

公开市场业务有效性的实证检验

本文选取了2004年～2006年我国公开市场操作中的央行7天正回购利率、三个月期央行票据发行利率和1年期央行票据发行利率,以及相对应时期的货币市场利率和中期国债利率,对其进行了统计分析、协整检验和因果关系检验,以此研究公开市场业务对我国市场利率的影响,研究我国公开市场业务的有效性和局限性.     

It's Not All Relative: The Effects of Mental and Physical Positioning of Comparative Prices on Absolute versus Relative Discount Assessment

In the context of three experiments, the authors examine the manner in which consumers compare a sale price to an explicit reference value. They find that a comparison of sale price to regular price may be more likely to involve an absolute (dollar amount) assessment, whereas a comparison of sale price to a competitor's price may be more likely to involve a relative (percent) assessment. The authors also find that vertical (i.e., columnar) placement of prices may result in a greater tendency to estimate discounts in relative terms. Conversely, horizontal (i.e., side-by-side) placement may result in a greater tendency to compute absolute numerical difference. The results provide important implications for retail managers in terms of framing and communicating price discounts.
