尽管客户忠诚计划作为一种重要的关系营销手段,已成为众多企业进行客户关系管理的工具,但却没有太多研究着眼于客户忠诚计划有效性的实证分析。本文根据企业忠诚计划数据库的数据特征通过ANOVA分析和Logistic模型对一家零售超市忠诚计划进行了实证分析。结果显示该超市回报计划并没有加强其客户的选择和价值诉求,最后讨论了实证结论对企业实践回报计划的指导意义。  相似文献

Glenn Harrison [Journal of Economic Methodology, 2013, 20, 103–117] discusses four related forms of methodological intolerance with respect to field experiments: field experiments should rely on some form of randomization, should be disconnected from theory, the concept of causality should only be defined in terms of observables, and the role of laboratory experiments is dismissed. As is often the case, the cause of intolerance is ignorance, as it is here. To acquire knowledge about potential influences, which we need for both the evaluation of internal and external validity of experimental results, we cannot do without theory. A purely empiricist (inductive) methodology will be unable to give us sufficient understanding of the validity of these results. An account of causality only based on directly observed things, is an account based on factual influences only. This account will be too restricted, because it will not deal with the unobserved potential influences, which we need – again – for the evaluation of the internal and external validity of the experimental results. Every investigation in a laboratory that is feasible regarding a specific potential influence may lead to deep knowledge. It is simply scientifically irrational to dismiss this kind of knowledge.  相似文献

In a travel cost exercise, reported past visits to mount Jaizkibel, a natural area located in the Basque Country (Spain), are compared for convergent validity to stated intended future trips under the assumption that the natural resource's conditions will remain the same. In line with the results obtained by other studies, the empirical evidence of this application suggests that revealed preferences (RP) and stated preferences (SP) do not produce consistent data, i.e. do not achieve convergent validity. The paper deals with the convergent validity literature in continuous-choice studies by using two-staged count data models for recreation demand. Differences in preference structures and welfare estimates are tested assuming both common and different data generating processes for the RP and SP data.  相似文献

This research investigates the characteristics of Thai to discern what their traveling behavior patterns. It indicated five different traveling patterns, which were named, "Physical action", "Conservation of nature", "Service expectation", "Intend to travel" and "Obedience of law and order". It revealed that their traveling patterns were physically passive, less environmentally aware and knowledgeable, service expected, multi-purpose and short trip, and moderate obedience of law and order. The relation of sociodemographic profile (gender, age, education and income) to their traveling patterns was analyzed using Chi-Square tests. Discriminant analysis was run as a way of examining the accuracy and usefulness of the ecotourist scorecard. Using the concept of a hard-to-soft ecotourist with discriminant analysis, 51.4% was soft ecotourist, 39.3% was medium ecotourist and 9.3% was hard ecotourist. Although not identified, it is likely that there are subgroups (0.3%) within the hard ecotourist with the higher scoring tourists being most active ecotourist. The findings showed that the majority of Thai people tend to be comfortable nature-based tourist with less environmentally aware and knowledgeable. In fact, it could be argued that tourists in natural environments, even if they try to minimize their impact, may cause more environmental damage than tourist on a city tour.  相似文献

This article studies the idea of Corporate Social Performance (CSP) from a critical perspective using empirical elements derived from analysis of year 2000 ARESE data. ARESE is the French first mover social rating agency providing quantified data about the Social Performance of French companies. 基于关系营销理论和前人关于关系营销导向的论述与测量,针对关系营销导向测量中存在的问题,本文设计了一个新的关系营销导向量表,并以营销渠道中制造商与其经销商的关系为背景,检验和评估了新量表的信度与效度。结果发现:新量表在内部一致性、表面效度、内容效度、内敛效度、判别效度和工具效度等都达到了测量的要求。最重要的是,新量表修改了原有量表的用语,使其更符合关系营销导向的内涵,弥补了原有量表缺乏表面效度的缺陷。  相似文献
