项目进度管理的研究现状及其展望

本文对项目进度管理的研究现状进行了总结,介绍了它的基本概念及其常用的几种计划控制技术,总结了项目进度管理的研究现状,主要分为三个方面：时间-费用(成本)优化、资源约束下的项目进度计划、作业活动时间的反映及其计划技术创新,指出了管理理念、管理方法、先进应用方式的提升是项目进度管理的研究方向。     

越库作业调度问题及其启发式算法研究

主要研究两台机器环境下的以加权完工时间和为目标函数的越库调度问题。首先针对两机器越库调度问题进行研究与分析,给出该问题最优解的若干性质;其次,基于最优解的性质,提出求解该问题的启发式算法,并在此基础上对所给算法进行改进;最后,通过数值实验与动态规划算法比较,证明所给算法及其改进算法的有效性。     

基于混合优化算法的带时间窗的车辆调度问题求解研究

论文建立了带时间窗的车辆调度问题的数学模型，并针对遗传算法在局部搜索能力方面的不足，提出将模拟退火算法与遗传算法相结合，从而构造了求解车辆调度问题的混合优化算法，并进行了实验计算。计算结果表明，用这种混合优化算法求解车辆调度问题，可以在一定程度上用模拟退火算法突跳性克服遗传算法在局部搜索能力方面的不足，从而得到质量较高的解。     

Managerial judgment and forecast combination: An experimental study

This paper examines the role of managerial judgment in forming a final forecast, or judging the achievability of a critical level of sales, when multiple forecasts or opinions are available to the decision maker. Several factors that can help improve the quality of human intervention are identified and incorporated in a decision aid. Experimental results show that aided combination can help the decision maker exploit her relevant private information and mitigate the generally observed negative effects of human intervention. Further, the results suggest that emphasizing expected sales, even when the organization is primarily interested in go/no-go decisions, helps improve performance. Several suggestions for future research are presented.

Experiencing meaningfulness climate in teams: How spiritual leadership enhances team effectiveness when facing uncertain tasks

This study integrates social information processing theory with leadership and climate literature, and aims to produce novel theoretical insights into whether and how spiritual leadership and task uncertainty foster conditions to enhance meaningfulness climate and subsequent team effectiveness in China. Team effectiveness was operationalized as team performance and team organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Based on data collected at three time points over 12 months from multiple sources of 123 teams in China, we found that spiritual leadership was positively related to team performance and team OCB through meaningfulness climate. Further, the relationship between spiritual leadership and meaningfulness climate was stronger for teams with high task uncertainty than teams with low task uncertainty.     

Improving an outpatient clinic utilization using decision analysis-based patient scheduling

This study presents a predictive model to be used in scheduling patients in an urban outpatient clinic. The model is based upon actual patient characteristics from a physical therapy clinic within an urban health and wellness center situated in a public university. A number of reported patients' characteristics such as age, education level, distance from the clinic, historical attendance records, etc. were examined to determine if they significantly impacted the patients' missing scheduled appointments (no-shows.) Decision tree analysis was used to develop a model that assessed the likelihood of a patient's no-show, using key patient characteristics and attendance records. Such a model can be used to assist with scheduling patients in an outpatient clinic, while attempting to increase the clinic's overall utilization. Four tree growing criteria were examined to develop the model with the strongest predictive power. Predictive power of each method was assessed by using the entire dataset as well as using split sampling. The results were then compared with those of a Bayesian networks model and a neural networks model. In addition, the trade-off between the selected decision tree model's predictive power versus simplicity of the associated classification rules was examined. We also assessed the impact of various levels of overbooking on the clinic's utilization when using patients' schedules based on the predictive model.

Ad hoc网络中基于多波束天线的集中式低时延调度算法

UxDMA算法是一种高效的集中式算法，是用于时分多址、频分多址和码分多址信道分配的统一算法。在UxDMA的基础上，利用多波束天线的多波束形成能力，针对低时延定向ad hoc网络提出了一种集中式调度算法——CLSM(Centralized Low-delay Scheduling Algorithm Based on Multi-beam Antennas)。CLSM通过不同时延等级限制的报文来比较着色后发送链路的优先级，优先选择高优先级链路传输。通过仿真验证了CLSM的性能：与UxDMA相比，该算法在多时延限制的发送端调度中表现出了更好的吞吐量和时延性能。     

The generalized lock scheduling problem: An exact approach

The present paper introduces an integrated approach to solving the generalized lock scheduling problem. Three interrelated sub problems can be discerned: ship placement, chamber assignment and lockage operation scheduling. In their turn, these are closely related to the 2D bin packing problem, the assignment problem and the (parallel) machine scheduling problem respectively. In previous research, the three sub problems mentioned were considered separately, often using (heuristic) interaction between them to obtain better solutions. A mixed integer linear programming model is presented and applied to instances from both inland locks and locks in a tide independent port. The experiments show that small instances incorporating a wide range of real-life constraints can be solved to optimality.

本文以新疆塔什店矿区一号矿井为例,阐述了总图专业对于煤炭矿井设计前期的重要性,并通过在矿井工业场地合理选址、矿井建设与城镇规划关系及矿井建设对社会影响度等方面分析,说明了总图专业参与矿井前期设计的必要性,以期望提高总图专业设计的水平。
