国外公共财政支出向“三农”倾斜的经验及启示

文章主要对部分发达国家财政支农的经验进行梳理和归纳,虽然国外与我国的国情不同,但他们的一些做法仍可以为我国农村制度创新提供一些经验及启示。     

Do alliances promote knowledge flows?

We explore the role of interfirm alliances as a mechanism for sharing technological knowledge. We argue that knowledge flows between alliance partners will be greater than flows between pairs of nonallied firms, and less than flows between units within single firms. Using patent citations as a proxy for knowledge flows, we find results that are consistent with these expectations. We then explore how firm characteristics affect knowledge flows within alliances and find positive effects due to technological, geographic, and business similarities between partners. We use alliance data from MERIT, patent data from the USPTO, and firm data from Compustat.

Two polar cases of dynamic stability: voluntary exchange and income redistribution

Summary. It is known that when voluntary exchange is permitted at disequilibrium, dynamic stability may fail because of lack of liquidity. 安徽省耕地保护前景分析

随着社会经济的发展，安徽省耕地供需矛盾日益突出，科学地分析安徽省耕地保护前景，探寻合理的耕地保护对策．具有重要的现实意义。本文立足于安徽省耕地资源现状，从粮食生产、非农建设占地两方面探讨安徽经济发展对耕地的需求前景，并采用灰色系统模型对耕地的供给变化进行预测，通过耕地供需形势的分析，针对性地提出保护耕地的相应对策。     

论《周易》八卦与波浪理论的关系

该文提出了波浪理论符合《周易》八卦思想的新观点。     

船载USB距离零值标校数据分析

目前统一S波段(USB)系统距离零值标校方法所考虑的设备组合非常多，但存在可精简的地方。本文分析了某次任务系统距离零值标校数据，从实际应用的角度探讨了精简标校组合的初步设想。     

On marginal estimation in a semiparametric model for longitudinal data with time-independent covariates

We consider M-estimators for a class of semiparametric mixed-effect models without time-dependent covariates and show that the simple marginal estimation method is generally better than the same M-estimator applied to the de-correlated response based on a known or estimated covariance matrix for each subject.     

我国农村养老保险基金筹集模式探讨

近几年，随着政府对农村养老保险的重视和政策调整，许多地方突破原有的模式框架，积极探索有地方特色的新型农村养老保险基金筹集模式。文章回顾总结了我国农村养老保险基金的筹集模式状况，指出加大农村养老保险基金筹集的现实必要性，提出建立农村养老保险基金筹集模式应遵守的原则，探讨了主要由公共财政支持下的模式选择问题。     

建设银行自助业务辅助运营管理系统的设计

针对目前建设银行自助设备集中管理更换钞箱模式实施后自助业务运营管理的不足。本文根据将自助业务的运营管理集中到统一平台上的实现思路，提出了运用计算机技术设计自助业务辅助运营管理系统，阐述了该系统的开发环境和功能模块设计。
