制造业是实体经济的主体,是夯实经济高质量发展的压舱石。然而,在新冠病毒肺炎疫情全球加速蔓延与传统要素比较优势弱化的双重挤压背景下,浙江省制造业在迈向高质量发展过程中遇到了史无前例的困难。数字贸易作为一种新型贸易方式,引发制造业生产组织方式的深度变革,推动了制造业数字化转型、智能化生产,已经成为推动浙江省制造业高质量发展的新动能和新引擎,为制造业高质量发展提供了新机遇。文章深入分析数字贸易推动制造业高质量发展的内涵要求与支撑要素,探讨数字贸易推动浙江省制造业高质量发展的战略机遇与多重挑战,最后提出数字贸易推动浙江省制造业高质量发展的对策建议。     

Exploring the effects of leaders’ individualized consideration in extreme contexts

Abstract

Role clarity and trust in leadership are two crucial factors supporting soldiers in coping with uncertainty and imperfect knowledge. The present study examined the effects of leaders’ individualized consideration on both factors in a sample composed of 161 paratroopers from a parachute division of the NATO Airborne Forces. Conditional process modeling revealed that (1) leaders showing individualized consideration increase followers’ role clarity and, in parallel, develop a trusting relationship with them; (2) critical upward communication and perceived workload mediated and moderated these relationships, respectively. The implications of these findings for safety research and their practical applications are outlined.     

Online Engagement and the Role of Digital Influencers in Product Endorsement on Instagram

Abstract

The article aims to analyze the forms of engagement generated from the endorsement of products by digital influencers on Instagram, considering the characteristics of their online posts. A qualitative approach was used to investigate digital influencers’ posts based on semiotic image analysis and the critical incidents technique. The results reinforced that digital platforms enable distinct forms of engagement by establishing new configurations that affect relationship marketing and promotion strategies. In particular, on Instagram, the development of engagement can involve four participants who play different social roles, expanding the process of value co-creation.     

Teaching effectiveness of non-native English-speaking teachers in business disciplines: intercultural communication apprehension and ethnocentrism

Teaching effectiveness of non-native English-speaking teachers (NNEST) in accounting, economics and finance has become a significant issue due to the increasing trend of hiring NNEST in business schools. However, the literature has focused on the English language competence of NNEST, which is only one element of the factors that influence teaching effectiveness. This study examines students’ perceptions of teaching effectiveness of NNEST in business disciplines in an Australian university to understand relevant NNEST issues of teaching from a cross-cultural communication perspective. Data were gathered via focus groups and student evaluation of teacher performance surveys. The thematic content analysis of the data indicated that students acknowledge that NNEST are knowledgeable and hardworking teachers; however, issues of intercultural communication apprehension hinder their teaching effectiveness. Besides, ethnocentric world views of students tend to adversely influence the teaching evaluation of NNEST. This study concludes that NNEST’s issues are broader than mere linguistic competence, which suggests that business schools should focus on enhancing cultural understanding and minimising intercultural communication apprehension of NNEST in efforts aimed at enhancing NNEST’s teaching effectiveness.     

自适应干扰抵消系统的陷波带宽压缩方法

自适应干扰抵消系统会对邻近有用信号造成抵消效应。针对独立通信平台短波大功率模拟调制干扰，从频域和时域的角度分析了干扰抵消系统造成有用信号衰减和存在陷波带宽的机理，提出了一种能消除有用信号衰减的陷波带宽压缩方法。该方法通过实时检测抵消剩余载波信号大小并与设定值比较，通过比较结果来锁定和释放干扰抵消系统相关器输出的权值，从而维持干扰抵消系统稳态时的恒权值，保证了有用信号不被抵消。仿真结果表明，所提陷波带宽压缩方法可有效保护有用信号不被衰减。     

What is digital possession and how to study it: a conversation with Russell Belk,Rebecca Mardon,Giana M. Eckhardt,Varala Maraj,Will Odom,Massimo Airoldi,Alessandro Caliandro,Mike Molesworth and Alessandro Gandini

ABSTRACT

The platformisation of digital consumption, means that increasingly many of the things that we call ours – our messages, photos, music, achievements – are entangled in complex socio-technical arrangements which require ongoing market mediation. In this context, refining our understanding of what digital possessions are and how to study them is vital. This requires refocusing research away from existing comparative analyses between digital and material possessions. To do so, we organised an interdisciplinary roundtable discussion with critical marketers and digital media scholars, consumer researchers, digital sociologists and researchers in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) at the 11^th Interpretive Consumer Research Conference held in Lyon in May 2019. The result of that discussion is this curation of comments which deal with theoretical, methodological and critical issues and a bold agenda for future research.     

基于本体论的非遗数字化档案构建——以龙泉青瓷烧制技艺为例

针对非遗档案数字化面临的人才短缺、技术限制等问题,本文基于本体论构建了龙泉青瓷烧制技艺实验性知识本体,实现了非遗数字化档案构建。以网络检索龙泉青瓷文本资料及调研录音稿等为基本语料,采用ROSTCM6进行分词及词频统计并确定领域关键词,构建龙泉青瓷本体框架,最后利用Protégé在七步法基础上构建了实验性知识本体。这一知识本体有效实现了非遗信息数字化保存,克服了传统分类式信息储存的不足,为非遗数字化档案保护及信息检索与应用做出了一定贡献,为档案馆、图书馆等单位组织管理非遗信息提供了新的解决思路。     

VHF/UHF无线高速数据传输中的级联编码

介绍了在VHF/UHF无线通信系统中进行高速数据传输时 ,采用RS码与卷积码的级联码对传输的数据纠错编码以及对提高数据传输可靠性的影响 ,并在加性高斯白噪声信道环境下对能够达到的误码性能进行了仿真分析。

红外线编码波形的侦测系统

文章给出了一种侦测红外线编码波形的方法，由单片机AT89C2051作为前端检测处理器，通过串行口和通用微机进行通信，由微机对编码波形进行显示、分析、存储，构成功能可由软件扩充的红外线编码波形的侦测系统，并给出了由编码芯片MN6014W构造的红外线遥控器的实测波形和数据。
