探讨我国绿色物流的发展

目前我国存在绿色物流观念落后、物流基础设施不完善、物流标准化不统一,另外包装废弃物利用不乐观、节能与减排滞后,同时绿色物流研究也相对落后、绿色物流专业人才缺乏。因此提出几点发展绿色物流的建议,政府应通过制定政策法规加强对绿色物流的管理、企业的生产经营战略要与环境保护相结合等,以加速我国绿色物流的建设,进而使我国物流更好地与国际物流接轨。     

企业物流管理课程案例教学探讨

案例教学作为一种重要的教学方法，在应用型本科人才的培养中得到了有效地应用。文中首先界定了案例教学的概念，接着在分析企业物流管理课程教学陛质的基础上，论述了案例教学的组织实施并提出了案例教学的技巧和策略。     

物流服务质量与网购消费者忠诚度的关系研究

基于对国内外传统及基于虚拟环境下的服务质量研究分析，指出了物流服务质量具备多维性和主观性的特点。互联网作为一个全新的消费环境，很可能会导致消费者在物流服务质量感知的内涵上发生变化。因此，对该研究来说，更重要的是从消费者中获取有价值的信息。文中引入电子商务环境下消费者感知物流服务质量的概念，研究其内在构成及相互间关系，进而探讨其对客户忠诚的影响，进行了实例分析验证。     

Developing Countries and Environmental Protection: Contract Design in Perfectly Correlated Environments

I study the problem faced by an asymmetrically informed supranational governmental authority (SNGA) with limited funds that wishes to design an international environmental agreement (IEA) for less developed countries (LDCs). The SNGA cannot contract directly with polluting firms in the various LDCs, but it must deal with such firms through their national governments. I study this tripartite hierarchical interaction for two LDCs. My principal result is that despite the perfect correlation in the private information of the governments and the firms across the two countries, and in contrast with the result contained in Batabyal (1998a), the SNGA cannot implement a first-best IEA.

运用ＳＡＤ模型法对企业物流资源优化配置进行了系统分析，以求帮助企业合理安排管理资源，采取相应的措施，实现集约化经营。     

Using life cycle approaches to enhance the value of corporate environmental disclosures

As the focus of environmental policy and management shifts from cleaner production at the process level towards greener products as a whole, stakeholders ask for transparency throughout the entire value chain. This article assesses the comprehensiveness and the value of currently reported quantitative environmental disclosures of 97 listed companies from the automotive, banking, pharmaceutical and electronic hardware sectors. Findings indicate that quantitative environmental disclosures have many limitations, including incompleteness and inconsistency regarding corporate activities and sites, and limited internal data coherence. For many sectors, corporate disclosures only cover a very small share of the total environmental burden of products. A stepwise procedure is proposed to verify and improve the quality and completeness of reporting using life cycle approaches. We present simple data quality tests, and we introduce the concept of the environmental influence matrix, which provides a solid basis for the identification and prioritization of key performance indicators and areas of action. Web content mining for comparing corporate and third‐party online reporting: a case study on solid waste management

This study investigates the coverage of solid waste management on 1142 websites maintained by companies, news media and non‐governmental organizations to validate an automated approach to content and language analysis. First, a frequency analysis of waste management terms sheds light on the breadth and depth of their environmental discourses, revealing that corporate and media attention to waste management is small compared with that of non‐governmental organizations. Second, an investigation of their attitudes toward waste management suggests that companies avoid negative information in environmental communication, unlike news media or non‐governmental organizations. Ultimately, an automated tool for ontology building is employed to gain insights into companies' shared understanding of waste management. The ontology obtained indicates that companies conceptualize waste management as a business process rather than framing it from an ecological perspective, which is in line with findings from previous research.
