Interval programming model for risk-based partner selection of virtual enterprise

The problem of risk-based partner selection of virtual enterprise is investigated. By choosing optimal partner for each project task, the project risk is minimized. The risk parameters are expressed in the form of interval numbers when the precise values are difficult to obtain, and the model is formulated into a 0-1 nonlinear programming with interval coefficients in its objective function. In order to solve the problem, the definition of order relation between interval numbers is given, and the original model is converted into an equivalent crisp bi-objective programming model. Because of the highly constrained nature and multiple objective of the model, a genetic algorithm is proposed to find the set of Pareto or near Pareto optimal solutions. The approach is demonstrated by some numerical examples, and the result shows that the suggested approach has high efficiency and the model has potential to practical applications.     

中国农产品出口市场结构的实证分析及国际比较

使用了出口市场集中度指数等分析工具,对我国农产品出口市场结构进行实证分析.结果表明,与世界主要农产品出口国相比,我国农产品的出口市场结构比较集中,在1993～2006年期间经历了先恶化后改善的过程;与肉类产品和水产品相比,我国蔬菜水果产品的出口市场结构相对较为合理.     

TD-SCDMA系统中一种软件集成智能天线算法

给出了一种采用信干噪比准则的、集成了预多波束天线与LMS自适应天线的软件天线方案,该方案采用开关合并方法,把软件天线输出接到最大输出信噪比的算法输出,实现算法分集.在TD-SCDMA动态模型上对提出的方法进行了仿真,结果表明,采用集成软件天线方案的误码率性能要优于单纯的预多波束天线或LMS自适应智能天线.仿真过程考虑了用户来波方向和用户到基站距离的动态变化,以及功率控制算法和系统同步过程的影响.     

Tourism and regional development a genetic approach

Research on tourism and regional development should include a temporal perspective, for studies of contemporary and economic impact are, by themselves, insufficient to explain tourism's contribution to regional development. Such a genetic approach is used to examine the growth and impact of tourism in Queenstown, New Zealand. Events and interrelationships are examined over the last twenty-five years to show the process of growth, changes in the patterns of local and outside involvement and the increasing sophistication of a resort once based largely on scenic factors alone. Certain sectors of the industry have been developed primarily by individuals and companies from the local region, while others have been dominated by outsiders. Although the former contribute the most to regional development through local participation in the development process, external developments have also generated complementary growth. A consideration of events over a certain time span allows these different factors to be placed more clearly in the context of regional development.

基于人工免疫算法的多无人机分布式任务分配方法

对多无人机任务分配问题进行了研究,在重量和路径负载均衡的基础上建立了带有攻击顺序的01决策变量的模型,运用分布式的人工免疫算法对该模型进行仿真实验,最终得到每个无人机攻击的目标顺序以及目标函数值,实验证明该方法在得到不劣于遗传算法结果的同时,提高了寻找最优解的收敛速度。     

Organizational diversity programs across cultures: effects on absenteeism,turnover, performance and innovation

This study examined data from over 5000 organizations in 22 countries to address three complementary issues: (1) the influence of national culture on the adoption of diversity programs aimed at recruiting, training and promoting individuals from specific target groups; (2) the moderating effect of national cultural practices on the relationship between these diversity programs and the organizational outcomes of absenteeism and turnover; and (3) the mediating effect of absenteeism and turnover on the relationship between diversity programs and organizational performance and innovation. National cultural values and practices were taken from the GLOBE study and assigned respectively to the organizations in our sample. A multilevel path analysis supported the hypothesized effects of national cultural values on organizational diversity programs. Moreover, cultural practices were found to moderate the relationship between diversity programs and absenteeism and turnover. Our hypotheses on the role of absenteeism and turnover as mediators of the relationship between diversity programs and organizational performance and innovation were also supported. Our findings may help guide managers' decisions on the adoption of diversity programs in units operating in different national cultures. We discuss the implications of our findings for scholars and practitioners concerned with diversity management issues in a global context.     

基于单亲遗传算法的设施布置问题研究

用单亲遗传算法解决设施布置问题,结合设施布置问题的实际需求,提出了S型的编码顺序和基因修正算子,并在赌盘选择方式的基础上,提出了“多个体最优保持”的改进,使算法可求得多个最优解个体。最后通过算例分析和比较,分析了修正概率算子对算法的影响,验证了修正算子和对单亲遗传算法的改进效果,验证了改进单亲遗传算法的有效性。
