基于“四个结合”的高职IT类课程考核模型研究与实践

课程考核是检验教学效果的重要手段。笔者依据“平台＋岗位”的课程体系，建立了针对职业平台课、职业技术课、岗位实训课的课程考核模型。结合课程特点采取多样化的考核方式，强调全程性、全面性的过程评价，这样可培养学生综合素质，有效调动学生的学习积极性，积极实践“四个结合”的人才培养模式。     

Musical Notation of Non-Musical Courses

Good graphic representations are a great help to directly see patterns in research results.Courses are no exception. However, a course means that time has to be a component in the representation. If the components are few, it is easy to draw conventional graphic representations over a time axis.However, if there are more than, say, 12–15 components under study the result becomes unreadable. If, instead, we use musical notation we can notate hundreds of components with the time given according to the time scale that suits the data. Readability is kept. The method is developed for two special cases; courses, where the duration of components is known, and courses where the order of components is known but not their duration. Information is shown on one or several staves as something resembling a musical score. As a by-product a modified musical notation is shown to be useful also for complicated cross-sections. These are working methods facilitating final analysis in making directly readable what should otherwise be exceeding the range of vision.     

Golden Parachutes, Board and Committee Composition, and Shareholder Wealth

Takeover defense mechanisms have become common for many modern corporations. In this research, we examine one potential takeover defense mechanism, golden parachutes. In particular, the relationship between the board of directors (and the board committees) and the question of whether the parachutes are aligned with shareholder interests or are a means of entrenching management, is studied. Results show that the composition of the board of directors’ compensation committee influences the market's perceived outcome of golden parachute adoption. When insiders and affiliated outsiders dominate the board's compensation committee, negative returns are more likely to occur than when independent outsiders control the committee.     

基于网络平台的大学英语视听说教学策略设计与实践

利用多媒体网络技术进行大学英语视听说教学,带来了英语教学模式的新变化。它能调动学生学习的积极性,有效提高学生的英语听力与口语水平。     

新休假制度对“黄金周”旅游客流的影响及其政策意义——来自国家假日办重点监测景区的证据

关于新体假制度对旅游客流产生影响的推测,人们众说纷纭,实际运行中产生的问题也不断见诸新闻报道,但目前尚缺乏学术上严格的实证.利用国家假日办106个重点监测景区连续4年的数据,文章研究发现:(1)"五一"黄金用被缩短为3天,但其景区荷载率与往年相比并无变化;(2)"五一"黄金周的缩短,使被抑制的远程旅游需求在国庆黄金周释放出来.造成2008年国庆黄金周景区荷载率达到新的高峰值;(3)通过缩短"五一"大长假,增加3个小长假,平抑国庆黄金周长假出游高峰的预期目标没有达到.结合研究结论.文章认为应该恢复"五一"长假并与"带薪假期"共同存在,形成互补,以利于满足居民对长距离旅游的固有需求,也有利于减少集中出游产生的负面影响.     

新假日制度对旅游消费行为的影响研究——基于在杭休闲旅游者的调查

本研究以在杭休闲旅游者问卷调查为基础,通过频率频次、因子、信度、单因素方差等分析方法,探究新假日制度下人们的旅游选择、旅游偏好、旅游意愿、消费方式等的变化态势以及不同人口学和社会学特征变化显著程度,并从中获得对假日旅游产品与市场开发的启示。     

七步教学法在《管理基础》课程中的应用

在全面提高高等职业教育教学质量的过程中，课程建设与改革是教学改革的核心和难点。在《管理基础》课程教学内容和教学方法的改革上，我们做了一些探索，通过七步教学，把“教、学、做”融为一体，强化学生能力的培养，受到了学生的欢迎和好评。     

高职院校专业模块化课程模式研究

高职课程模块化是高职教育改革的发展方向。文中介绍了模块化教学的内涵及模块化教学的特点，着重分析了模块化课程的实施步骤。改革传统的教学模式，建立以就业为导向的模块化课程教学模式是提高高职学生的职业能力，提升学生就业竞争力的必由之路。     

大学英语精品课程建设的实践与思考——以内蒙古财经学院为例

大学英语精品课程的建设适应了构建主义和人文主义的思想,以学生为中心,以提高学生的语言能力和自主学习能力为目标,恰好可以和当前的大学英语教学改革有机的结合起来。经过两年的建设,该课程在一定程度上发挥了精品课程对教学的示范和指导作用,推动了大学英语教学的改革和发展,带动了大学英语教师队伍的建设。在实践中我们发现,大学英语精品课程的建设还有一些不足之处,并提出了相应的对策。
