基于灰色熵权聚类的物流上市公司绩效动态评价

选取沪、深两市A股市场66物流上市公司作为研究对象,通过计算2010-2012各年财务指标熵权,选取指标累计权重超过90%指标作为绩效评价指标集,计算相似关系矩阵,根据3年中样本上市公司的相似关联度排名,全面反映上市公司绩效,可为利益相关者提供决策参考。     

基于灰关联分析的新疆煤炭企业竞争力评价指标研究

本文以新疆煤炭企业发展影响因素为依据,运用灰关联分析法,针对生产经营能力和可持续发展视角,构造了煤炭企业竞争力的评价指标体系。     

能源低碳化发展的金融驱动研究

本文利用灰色关联分析方法,定量分析金融在能源低碳化发展进程中的驱动贡献。研究结果表明金融对碳排放强度下降有显著影响,成为能源低碳化发展的驱动力。金融可以通过资金扶持渠道、碳金融市场渠道、政策引导渠道和金融中介服务渠道,作用于企业生产和居民生活能源消费领域,发挥其资源配置、杠杆调节、中介服务职能,引导企业生产方式和居民生活方式的改变,最终通过能源结构优化,能源效率改进,经济发展方式转变来驱动能源低碳化发展。     

Industrial districts: something more than a neighbourhood

The expansion of globalization has led to the relocation of many industrial activities. In particular, this process has affected industrial districts in the traditional industries. However, different districts vary in their capacity to retain activities. The robustness of industrial districts and, in consequence, their capacity to retain core activities at home and thus avoid painful relocations can be analysed by means of the relational capital developed at the district level. The relational structure within the district affects and determines the capacity of innovation of the district firms. This paper analyses the extent to which innovation depends on the amount of relational capital developed at the district level. We have addressed this proposition using internal human mobility, shared vision and trusting co-operation as indicators of the amount and quality of relational capital. In order to support theoretical propositions we have conducted empirical research comparing different industrial districts in the Valencian region of Spain. Research findings suggest a significant association between social capital variables and innovation outcomes. In consequence, these factors can facilitate retaining activities in districts.     

基于灰色多层次的外贸公司经营预警

针对外贸公司在进出口经营过程中所发生的风险预警问题,结合公司内外风险因素,运用灰色层次分析方法,文章建立了外贸公司经营预警灰色多层次评价模型,并应用于企业实例之中。     

Owner Commitment and Relational Governance in the Privately-Held Firm: An Empirical Study

This paper examines owner commitment and relational governance in the privately-held firm. The proposed model goes beyond agency theory to include research on organization commitment and organization citizenship behaviors, as well as stewardship theory, organizational social capital theory, social identity theory and social exchange theory. Results support predictions of stewardship theory and organizational social capital theory that owner commitment and firm performance are positively related.      

闽台港口物流发展影响因素对比分析

通过选取有关统计资料,应用灰色关联度分析法,对闽台港口物流量影响因素进行关联度分析,发现贸易、集疏运系统、泊位基础设施、产业等因素与福建港口物流和与台湾港口物流总量关联度存在不同,并分析了产生影响差异的原因。     

Contract Enforcement, Social Efficiency, and Distribution: Some Experimental Evidence

We use economic experiments to investigate how different contract enforcement regimes affect efficiency and the distribution of surplus in a vertically coordinated market with buyer concentration. We find that if a third party (e.g., government) perfectly enforces contracts, social efficiency is enhanced. We also find that when third-party enforcement is imperfect, social efficiency will not necessarily decrease because trading partners find ways to self enforce contracts. However, opportunistic behavior by some traders leaves some sellers (growers) with ex post profits below reservation levels. Finally, partial or one-sided third-party enforcement causes significant efficiency losses by constraining subjects' ability to use informal enforcement instruments.     

高等教育投入与黑龙江省老工业基地振兴

随着社会主义市场经济体制的确立和完善，我国高等教育投入逐步形成了以财政拨款为主、多渠道筹措教育经费为辅的体制，这种多元投入体制是由我国发展社会主义市场经济的客观要求所决定的。建立适合老工业基地振兴的高等教育投入体制是深化黑龙江省高等教育改革的一项重要任务。     

边界人员私人关系及其对渠道关系的影响

在关系取向的中国社会,边界人员私人关系可能是影响渠道成员关系的一个重要变量,不过这方面研究比较匮乏。在文献回顾的基础上,文章界定了边界人员私人关系的定义、构成及其类型等几个基础性概念问题,归纳总结了私人关系对企业间关系变量的影响和存在的问题,指明了未来研究方向。
