老工业厂房内深基坑工程综合治理研究

钢厂老工业厂区内深基坑工程地质条件差,施工条件复杂,周边环境恶劣。结合该基坑工程实例,在深入分析基坑工程特点的基础上,采用铁路路基托换方案、排桩加三道钢支撑基坑支护方案、高压旋喷桩止水帷幕方案、降水井和减压降水井降水方案、管道支架加固方案和高压旋喷桩基坑底板复合地基加固方案等方法对基坑进行了综合治理。研究成果对复杂条件下的基坑工程的设计与施工有重要的参考意义。     

总图三维模型创建及与PDMS接口设计探讨

针对目前发电厂设计中前期工作、投标和总包项目的高要求和高标准,从工程"建立和完善发电工程设计系统、构建完整的多专业、二维、三维数据贯通设计平台"的角度出发,探讨和创新了电厂三维总图CAD设计及PDMS接口的贯通,为电厂的三维精细化设计及施工图阶段的图纸设计提供了可参考的平台。     

基于注册公用设备工程师制度的建筑环境与设备工程专业人才培养方案研究

近年施行的注册公用设备工程师执业资格制度要求专业技术人员要具有建筑环境与设备工程专业的理论知识和实践能力。建筑环境与设备工程专业应主动加强衔接,及时修订、完善人才培养方案,注重实践教学改革,不断提高学生的工程实践能力和创新能力。     

The private value of plant variety protection and the impact of exemption rules

Plant Breeders Rights (PBRs) are sui generis IPRs intended to promote plant variety creation. Two characteristics distinguish PBRs from patents: the research and the farmers' exemptions. This article attempts to assess the impact of these exemption rules on the private value of PBRs. For this purpose, a microeconometric model of PBRs renewals is developed and estimated. This model extends previous models of patents renewals by allowing the use of PBRs-specific variables. It is argued that simple tests on the coefficients associated with key PBRs-specific variables can provide insights into the impact of the two exemption rules. Implementation to PBRs in France over the period 1973–2011 for six major crops suggests that neither the farmers' exemption nor the research exemption have a clear-cut effect on the private value of PBRs. We conclude that there is no evidence to argue in favor of a reform of PBRs.     

Do tourists disperse weed seed? A global review of unintentional human-mediated terrestrial seed dispersal on clothing,vehicles and horses

Human-mediated seed dispersal is recognised as an important, but under-researched, issue. To assess the potential for tourists to act as unintentional seed dispersal agents, we reviewed published and unpublished data on seed dispersal via clothing, vehicles (cars) and in/on horses and donkeys, all of which can be used by tourists. Seeds from 754 species of terrestrial plants have been collected from these vectors, 15% of which are internationally recognised environmental weeds. Seeds were collected from personal clothing and equipment (228 species), the fur of donkeys and horses (42 species), horse dung (216 species) and vehicles (505 species). Most were herbs (429 species) or graminoids (237 species) and native to Europe. Annual Poa, White Clover, Kentucky Bluegrass and Yorkshire Fog were the most frequent species. There have been eight studies specifically on tourists, which identified 12 species on clothing, 26 on vehicles and 133 from horse dung. Methods that minimise the risk of tourists as human-mediated dispersal agents may therefore be appropriate for some tourism activities/destinations: suggestions are made. Further sampling using standardised experimental techniques is required to assess the relative risk associated with specific tourist activities and locations and determine which, and how much, seed is transported.

文章针对钢铁厂和铸造厂吊运钢（铁）水的起重机（行车）上的电子秤存在容易失灵的问题进行了实地观察分析,并提出了切实有效的改进措施。     

专业实习教学辅助系统的开发与实践

学生实习是大学实践环节的重要内容,但在实际的实习中存在一些问题使实习无法达到应有的效果。随着计算机技术的普及,多媒体教育已在各级教育中起到了非常重要的作用。我校应用化学专业开发了专业实习辅助系统,该系统根据电厂真实情况并结合多媒体技术多方面的优点,介绍了电厂的锅炉、汽轮机、发电机、除尘、脱硫、化学水处理等原理及工艺流程。该软件在专业实习教学应用中反响良好。     

基于New-Cost-DEA模型的污水处理企业成本效率研究

近年来,中国污水处理企业的数量迅速增加,污水处理能力不断提高,但仍存在运行效率低下的问题。本文运用New-Cost-DEA模型,构建污水处理企业运行成本效率模型,测算13座污水处理企业的运行成本效率,并对运行成本进行分解,寻找造成运行成本损失的原因。结果显示:影响污水处理企业成本效率的因素不仅和投入要素数量有关,而且与投入要素价格有关;污水处理企业的成本效率低,是由于价格因素和配置效率引起的,需要通过降低投入要素的价格和对投入要素进行优化组合来降低运行成本,提高运行效率。
