体育院校大学生计算机网络安全意识的现状调查研究——以武汉体育学院为例

为了解体育院校大学生计算机网络安全意识现状,笔者对武汉体育学院500名大学生基于计算机网络安全相关问题进行了深入调查研究,且分析了学校在加强大学生计算机网络安全意识中存在的问题,并提出加强大学生计算机网络安全意识的建议。     

浅剖仪在水域活断层调查中的应用分析

我国东部地区经济发达,水系也很复杂,随着发展的需要,对各种水域的开发也逐步增加,为了开发的安全性,开展水域活动断层调查,为场地地震安全性评价提供基础性资料就显得尤为重要。本文利用的浅剖仪设备是ChirpⅢ声学剖面系统以及Boomer轰鸣器单道地震系统,进行活断层调查研究发现本套探测效果较好,值得推广。     

关于宁波市高职女生婚恋观的调查

目前，高职院校的女生人数占学生总人数都已经超过50％，其年龄一般在18岁至25岁之间。这个年龄段正是婚恋观逐步走向成熟的年龄。正确的婚恋观关系能影响到女性一生的幸福，非常值得关注思考。为了了解宁波市高职女生的婚恋观．我们调查了宁波市5所高职院校，分别就恋爱、婚姻和性爱三方面对5所高职女生进行调查以获得对这些院校女生的婚恋观一些探讨，更好地为高职教育提供参考。     

Statistical Thinking in Empirical Enquiry

This paper discusses the thought processes involved in statistical problem solving in the broad sense from problem formulation to conclusions. It draws on the literature and in-depth interviews with statistics students and practising statisticians aimed at uncovering their statistical reasoning processes. From these interviews, a four-dimensional framework has been identified for statistical thinking in empirical enquiry. It includes an investigative cycle, an interrogative cycle, types of thinking and dispositions. We have begun to characterise these processes through models that can be used as a basis for thinking tools or frameworks for the enhancement of problem-solving. Tools of this form would complement the mathematical models used in analysis and address areas of the process of statistical investigation that the mathematical models do not, particularly areas requiring the synthesis of problem-contextual and statistical understanding. The central element of published definitions of statistical thinking is "variation". We further discuss the role of variation in the statistical conception of real-world problems, including the search for causes.     

对我国秘书立法的思考

通过对秘书业腐败现象的剖析，分析了秘书立法的客观必要性，认为秘书职业化是提高秘书队伍的整体素质和防止秘书腐败的基本途径，也是发展趋势，而秘书立法是秘书职业化的基本保障。     

Does Equal Pay Legislation Reduce Labour Market Inequality?

This paper considers a labour market model of monopsonistic competition with taste-based discrimination against minority workers to study the effect of equal pay legislation on labour market inequality. When the taste for discrimination is small or competition is weak, the policy removes job segregation and the wage gap completely. However, with a bigger taste for discrimination or stronger competition, equal pay legislation leads to more job segregation, and sometimes minority workers end up earning less than before. Profits of discriminating firms might increase, and discrimination can persist in the long run, although it would have disappeared without the policy.     

基于旅游合同视角的第三人侵害债权制度之构建探析

债权相对性原则在债法领域有着根深蒂固的影响,第三人侵害债权制度的提出是对传统民法理论的重大挑战,在理论界和司法实务界引起了激烈的争论。随着现代旅游业的发展,第三人侵害债权引起的旅游合同纠纷也已成为人们关注的焦点,迫切需要立法予以明确规制。文章基于旅游合同视角,从国内外立法对旅游合同内涵及外延界定入手,分析建立第三人侵害债权制度的合理性、可行性,理论基础及立法依据。在此基础上对旅游合同履行中第三人侵害债权引起的违约案例分析研判,从4个方面探讨第三人侵害债权行为的构成要件,论证债权作为一种基本的民事权利,具有不可侵性,应当得到法律的保护。最后,对在我国构建第三人侵害债权制度进行旅游立法展望,提出构建第三人侵害债权制度可以尝试协调理论上的债权相对性与不可侵性,明确侵害债权责任适用过错责任原则、实行举证责任倒置制度,以及将旅游合同中的第三人侵害债权制度纳入正在制定的＂旅游基本法＂范畴,使其作为侵权制度的重要组成部分并相对独立存在。     

A successful British MNE in the backyard of American big business: Explaining the performance of the American and Canadian subsidiaries of Lever Brothers 1888–1914

After 1888, Lever Brothers expanded into the United States and Canada. The surviving archival evidence suggests that the Canadian subsidiary was more successful than the American one. This article considers a number of factors that help to explain why this was the case. Some of the factors considered, such as differences between the Canadian and American tariffs, Canada's more robust system of trademark protection, and the absence of an anti-trust law in Canada before 1908, are related to themes very familiar to business historians. This article also applies concepts that are not part of the normal toolkit of business historians. The article draws on the literature on identity economics and argues that the greater success enjoyed by Lever Brothers in Canada was, in part, rooted in Canada's strongly British identity. The impact of identities on the policymakers, managers, and consumers who collectively shaped the two North American subsidiaries is assessed.     

小额信贷的立法探讨

建立一个小额信贷的法律框架是扩大小额信贷的发展规模和进行有效的风险控制所必需的。印度尼西亚、玻利维亚、加纳等国小额信贷的立法实践为我国小额信贷立法的完善提供了借鉴意义。我国有必要针对小额信贷进行高层次的专门立法,对不同种类小额信贷的准入、转型、监管、信用等制度加以规范和完善,以充分发挥小额信贷在扶贫、就业、支持中小企业发展方面的重要作用,促进社会和谐。
