举家外出的农民工融入城市问题研究 ——对在北京务工的500个农民工家庭的访谈数据分析

本文对目前在北京就业的农民工融入城市的现状和程度进行了实证分析，分析数据来源于2004年开始的、每2年进行一次的、在京就业的500个“80后”农民工市民化程度的跟踪调查和入户访谈。在对2010年11月-2011年3月调研数据进行描述性统计的基础上，笔者选择了因子分析方法，量化分析了农民工融入城市的程度，得出了制度上的限制、流动就业的类型和个人的资源禀赋条件是影响农民工融入城市的主要因素的结论。     

知识型员工的激励研究

知识型员工是知识经济背景下的概念,是企业的核心竞争力之一。知识型员工与非知识型员工有着截然不同的特点,相应的激励模式也存在较大的差异。传统的激励方式已不能完全适用。如何激励知识型员工高效地工作已成为企业关注的问题之一。     

下岗职工再就业中的弱关系运用：强关系失效下的替代选择

在中国,求职过程中的强关系运用被视为普遍适用的公理。在对下岗职工就业途径分析中却发现弱关系的运用,并且呈现出弱关系强度的趋势。这似乎与中国普遍使用的强关系假设相悖。本文旨在解释下岗职工再就业中存在的这一悖论,并进一步揭示出此悖论的实质：下岗职工再就业过程中的弱关系运用,其实质并不是弱关系,而是强关系失效下的替代选择。     

Perceived organizational support and coworker support as antecedents of foreign workers’ voice and psychological stress

This study investigates the effects of perceived organizational support (POS) and coworker support on the voice behavior and psychological stress of foreign workers in Macau hospitality industry. Drawing upon social exchange theory, we propose that POS and coworker support exert differential impacts on foreign workers’ promotive and prohibitive voice. We further hypothesize the negative relationships between these two types of support and psychological stress. Our hypotheses were tested by a two-wave longitudinal survey data collected from 141 foreign workers employed in four Macau hotels. The results showed that, although POS and coworker support were positively related to promotive voice, the effect of POS was comparatively stronger. Only POS had a significant and positive effect on prohibitive voice. In addition, coworker support but not POS reduced foreign workers’ psychological stress. The implications of these findings for research and practice are discussed.     

Advantages of assembly lines in Sheltered Work Centres for Disabled. A case study

Current practices for the treatment of the physically and/or mentally handicapped prescribe meaningful job activity as a means towards both a more fulfilling life and societal integration. In many countries, these practices have facilitated the development of many Sheltered Work Centres for Disabled.In the case study presented, a reengineering process is done starting from individual workplaces where only certain workers were capable of assembling the entire product, and finishing with an assembly line implementation. It is revealed how the traditional division of work in single tasks, typical in assembly lines, becomes a perfect tool for making certain worker disabilities invisible, providing new jobs for disabled people; always taking into account certain special constraints that are analysed.     

Correlates of Drug Testing Attitudes in a Sample of Blue Collar Workers

Using responses from 1429 workers employed in the wood products industry, we examine the relationship between drug testing (DT) attitudes and several demographic, organizational, job attitude, and job outcome variables. After controlling for age and marital status, analyses revealed moderate correlations between DT attitudes and alcohol and drug variables, DT program characteristics, organizational, and work attitude variables. DT attitudes were weakly but significantly related to absences, late work arrivals, accidents, and injuries. Implications of the findings and future research suggestions are discussed.     

建立农民工社会保险制度探析——以九江市农民工为例

数量庞大的农民工为我国经济社会发展做出了巨大的贡献但其社会保险问题却没有得到解决。应当根据农民工自身特点,优先立工伤保险,分类分层次建立医疗保险,建立低门槛、宽覆盖面的养老险。     

上海市外来务工人员的归化管理:反思与建议

大量的外来务工人员进入对上海市的城市管理体制提出了挑战,应重新定位政府的归化管理思想,多管齐下,和谐归化,构建统一的户籍身份制度,多方位促进群体间沟通与理解,同步增强市民与流动人口的现代意识,致力于建立一套新型的回应人口广泛流动的社会服务与社会管理相结合的吸纳体系.     

“以人为本”视野下政府对农民工社会保障的探索

农民工是随着我国社会发展出现的新型城市群体,和城市人口一样,他们在社会发展中扮演着重要角色,却享受不到应有的保障。在以人为本构建社会主义和谐社会过程中,党和国家高度重视农民工问题,不断探索新的解决路径。本文主要阐述党和国家在解决农民工社会保障问题上的前进历程。
