零售企业销售问题和消费者关系研究

目前,中国的零售企业面临各种销售方面的问题--商场整体销量下降,促销效果不明显,新商品开发失败,等等.对以上问题的研究,不能只局限于从商场管理本身寻找解决办法,而要从商场的服务对象--消费者中发现问题的根源,有针对性的解决问题.本文即围绕销售问题和消费者关系展开论述.     

犯罪行为与越轨行为辨析

犯罪心理学的犯罪行为与社会心理学中的越轨行为具有一定的相似性,但也有着很大的区别。本文在介绍了犯罪行为与越轨行为的概念界定的基础上,对两者进行了比较,希望对于犯罪心理学的研究做出应有的贡献。     

论思想·解放思想·社会发展根本规律

本文阐述、探讨了思想及部分思想家之主要思想内容，透过历史的解析，着眼于发展的趋向，洞悉出社会发展的历史逻辑，即：“抑恶扬善”是社会发展的根本规律；“抑恶扬善程度”是评价社会发展程度的主要标准；“抑恶扬善实现程度”取决于“软”、“硬”两方面约束制度的完善程度。并通过对道德的软约束程度、制度的硬约束程度、器物的充裕程度，即社会发展三要素之间关系的缜密分析，总结出解禁思想、重塑信仰、约束权力是解放思想的必要途径，是促进社会持续发展的渊源动力。     

Two-tier rationality and reflexivity: an examination of the foundations of economic reason

This paper develops a two-tier concept of rationality which broadens the orthodox notion of instrumental rationality in economics. In the first section, I conceive the idea of “background rationality” to consist in the ability to act normally, i.e., according to social conventions appropriate to the context. Background rationality is a necessary condition for the exercise of its instrumental counterpart. Implications and applications of this for economic phenomena are investigated in Section II. The third section draws parallels between the approach to rationality developed in this paper and Thorstein Veblen's notion “habits of thought”. I argue that a viable concept of rationality must itself be subject to explanatory scrutiny and justification and not merely posited as given.     

Explanations of the inconsistencies in survey respondents’ forecasts

A comparison of the point forecasts and the probability distributions of inflation and output growth made by individual respondents to the US Survey of Professional Forecasters indicates that the two sets of forecasts are sometimes inconsistent. We evaluate a number of possible explanations, and find that not all forecasters update their histogram forecasts as new information arrives. This is supported by the finding that the point forecasts are more accurate than the histograms in terms of first-moment prediction.     

“八珍主人”——论先秦之“酱”

先秦诸子时期的酱主要包括醢酱和醯酱两大类。当时,酱是餐桌上各种菜肴的统领之官,被称为八珍主人。八珍主人体现了酱在诸子时代的地位和角色,这一地位和角色又暗含了酱的另外两种主要作用:第一,是当时最主要的一种调味品;第二,是一种平心养身的药食。这样我们就可以理解孔子为什么不得其酱则不食了。     

From Mill to Weber: the meaning of the concept of economic rationality

Weber recognized explicitly that his concept of ideal-type is directly borrowed from economic theory and as it is commonly admitted from the German-speaking ‘marginalist school’. Nevertheless, the construction of ideal-types reminds greatly the definition of economic rationality made by John Stuart Mill, who also built up a concept to explain, in individualistic terms, the real world in a given historical and geographical context. The position defended here is that Weber generalizes Mill's methodological proposition of concept formation regarding economic rationality to accomplish his much larger project of determining the social factors responsible for the rationalization of the Western civilization.     

从低碳城市走向俭约城市——一次中西城市理念融合的尝试

面对时下流行的"洋理论",我们无法失掉自己独立的思维,这里面有民族情结也有对现实的思考。首先从规划民众化和规划理论中国化的高度呼吁适合国情的规划理念。然后,从现实出发对低碳城市理念的优缺点和适应性进行分析,从而为"俭约城市"的提出做出铺垫。接着,分别从内涵和运行基础两个方面印证了"俭约城市"在中与西、上与下、传统与现代三个方面具有共通的特征。最后再从城市系统三阶段的角度,通过个人理性和技术模式两个层次对"俭约城市"的作用路径进行详细阐述。     

风险结构、剩余索取权与公司绩效

本文认为,剩余索取权的配置直接影响和决定着公司绩效水平,其配置应该是既具有合法性又具有合理性的配置。这要求剩余索取权的配置与风险配置对等,同时这种风险配置结构又符合控制权的有效性要求,从而提高公司绩效水平。     

浅析成本收益分析的理性冲突

成本收益分析被视为理性主义的重要分析工具,但是,在理论上成本收益分析并非总是导致理性的结果。本文通过对成本收益分析自身成本的分析,并把成本收益分析的自身成本作为政策或方案成本的一部分,探讨了在某些情况下成本收益分析结果与理性偏好的冲突。
