如何设计后股权分置时代的高管报酬机制将面临很多挑战。研究表明,短期报酬具有有效性,这意味着在设计国有控股公司的股权激励时,依然不能忽略短期报酬激励和职务升迁等政治和非货币的激励;长期报酬激励不显著,这说明我国股权激励的"利益趋同效应"不明显,目前股权激励的有效性前提还不够;高管激励倾斜度低说明"大锅饭"仍未打破,这需要解除报酬管制,向核心高管倾斜,避免"搭便车"式的激励;长短期报酬结构的结果说明如果将固定任期制转为弹性任期制,更能实现报酬激励的有效性。 相似文献

The pursuit of superior salesperson performance and higher levels of sales organization effectiveness is a growing management priority. Management control is an important antecedent to several aspects of salesperson performance and organizational effectiveness. However, prior research has neglected two important issues. First, the impact of market orientation on sales manager control approaches has not been previously considered. Second, sales manager competencies in behavior-based control have not been examined, as research has focused on the level and form of control. Market orientation and the critical sales skills required of salespeople have strong antecedent relationships with sales manager control. Also, sales manager control competencies play a significant role in shaping salesperson performance, and the impact of control competencies is larger than control level. Sales manager control competencies play an important mediating role between sales manager control level and salesperson performance and sales organization effectiveness. Our findings are based on a study of British companies in which five hundred sales managers were sent surveys and 300 usable responses (a response rate of 60%) were returned. Three important implications derived from this study include: (1) sales managers need to translate market orientation into sales force behaviors; (2) control strategy should be aligned with sales force priorities; and (3) time and resources should be invested in training sales managers. 相似文献

Although sold by television channels for high fees, the effectiveness of tandem-spots and brand exclusivity has not been investigated so far. A 2?×?2 between-subjects experiment (N?=?325) was conducted to investigate the effects of repetition (tandem-spot) and conceptual priming (competing spot) on brand memory, evaluation, and behavioral intentions toward the brand, while applying the processing fluency construct as theoretical foundation. Tandem-spots improved brand recall, but no significant effects were found concerning brand evaluation or behavioral intentions. Competing spots meanwhile acted as conceptual primes, enhancing brand memory, evaluation, and behavioral intentions. As a trait, leader confidence has been examined in major leadership theories, such as transformational/charismatic, Pygmalion, and empowering leadership. However, how confidence affects leadership effectiveness remains an empirical question. Conceptualizing leadership confidence in two behavioral approaches—demonstrating self-confidence (DC-self) and demonstrating confidence in followers (DC-follower)—this study tests the independent effects of the two DC behaviors as well as their interactive effects with firm environment on followers’ commitment. Results of Hierarchal Linear Modeling analyses suggest that both DC behaviors have significant impact on follower commitment and their effects attenuate each other. Results also reveal that DC-self interacts with firm environment to influence follower commitment. The effect of DC-self on follower commitment is stronger in a more competitive environment. Those findings and their implications for leadership research and practice are discussed. 相似文献

目前,由于我国各地区市场化程度的不均衡,内部控制所发挥的有效性也不一样。注册会计师在确定审计收费时,是否关注企业内部控制有效性、市场化进程以及市场化进程对内部控制有效性的影响均对审计费用具有重要的影响。通过对沪市A股1987家上市公司的相关数据研究发现,内部控制有效性对审计费用的影响不大,而市场化进程对审计费用有显著的正向关系,而且市场化进程会影响内部控制有效性的发挥,对内部控制有效性和审计费用的关系形成了有效的促进作用。 相似文献

Practices of knowledge management are context-specific and they can influence organizational effectiveness. This study examines the possible mediating role of knowledge management in the relationship between organizational culture, structure, strategy, and organizational effectiveness. A survey was conducted of 301 organizations. The results suggest that knowledge management fully mediates the impact of organizational culture on organizational effectiveness, and partially mediates the impact of organizational structure and strategy on organizational effectiveness. The findings carry theoretical implications for knowledge management literature as they extend the scope of research on knowledge management from examining a set of independent management practices to examining a system-wide mechanism that connects internal resources and competitive advantage. 相似文献
