文章主要介绍美国SHRP计划中高性能沥青路面(Superpave)的研究方法和Superpave在实际应用中的技术问题。     

基于信息系统的企业绩效管理体系——以某石化企业为例

绩效管理思想越来越受到我国企业的关注,然而在具体实践过程中,往往缺乏有力的工具和载体,造成与实际工作流程脱节的现象。根据企业的战略要求和实际情况,构建基于信息系统的绩效管理体系,将为企业提供更加全面、准确、有效的绩效管理工具,提升企业的核心竞争力。     

The Effects of Auditor Social and Human Capital on Auditor Compensation: Evidence from the Italian Small Audit Firm Market

Abstract

This study examines whether social and human capital influence the compensation of individual auditors in the small audit firm market. We employ a sample of Italian auditors and use measures from the network and auditing literatures to capture their professional connections, representing social capital, and their industry expertise, representing human capital. Our findings show a positive and economically meaningful association between these individual attributes and auditor compensation. We run several tests to address potential endogeneity issues in our research design. Our results suggest that, in the small audit market, clients perceive as valuable those auditors with higher social and human capital, and as a result, are willing to pay a premium for these specific auditor attributes.     

How does perceived underemployment influence expatriate job-related outcomes? A moderated mediation study

Abstract

Although research has investigated the consequences of underemployment in domestic settings, research on the effects of underemployment among expatriates remains limited and has yielded inconsistent results. From a theoretical perspective, there is a need for a better understanding of the mechanisms through which underemployment affects various work-related outcomes and to account for potential contingencies. Drawing on the person-job fit literature and research on organizational identification, we theorise and empirically examine how and under what conditions underemployment influences expatriate performance. Using an original primary data-set of 103 Japanese expatriate managers in the UK, we find that underemployment affects expatriate work outcomes by increasing expatriates’ maladjustment and that this effect is moderated by the level to which expatriates identify with their organization.     

基于战略意图的战略联盟绩效评价指标体系研究

目前理论界对于企业战略联盟绩效评价的研究,大多数都是使用单纯的财务绩效指标对联盟的绩效进行评价。本文提出,联盟的绩效评价首先应当从组成联盟的企业的各自角度出发。其次由于不同的战略联盟的战略意图相差迥异,应当从战略联盟建立的战略意图出发,来设计评价战略联盟绩效的指标体系。首先对战略联盟各种战略意图作了一个系统的分析,然后提出一套基于战略意图的联盟绩效的评价指标体系,并给出了一种定量评价方法。     

科技投入绩效评价研究

从科技投入活动的社会功能和目标出发,分析了科技投入绩效评价的内涵和基本要求,提出科技投入绩效评价应建立针对科技活动的3个层面和科技项目的3种类型的评价体系,并探讨了科技项目3种类型的绩效表征框架和指标,为开展科技投入的绩效评价提供了一种较好的方法。     

基于平衡计分卡的物流企业绩效评价指标体系研究

提出了物流企业绩效评价的基本原则，并以平衡计分卡的基本原理为依据，从财务、客户、内部业务流程、学习与发展等方面研究了物流企业绩效评价指标体系。     

基于知识员工的KPI设定原则探讨

文章指出了对知识员工进行绩效管理时存在的困难,分析了KPI的概念及其确定过程,并着重探讨了针对知识员工KPI的设定原则。     

Growth at the EU periphery: the next enlargement

In 2004, 75 million people are scheduled to become EU citizens, making this the largest round of expansion of the Western European club to date. Of the 10 new entrants, 8 are former socialist economies, for which membership in the EU represents the coronation of an effort began with the fall of the Berlin wall in 1989. Based on their recent economic performance, the Central and Eastern European countries appear to be well on their way to successfully integrate in the Western European club, while the Baltic Republics still lag behind. The gap between the two groups emerges when we consider the adjustment of the production structure, the composition of trade and FDI flows, and income distribution. The evidence we review appears to support the role of institutional quality to facilitate integration in the world market and overall economic performance.     

基于模糊层次分析的供应链绩效评价

供应链管理的绩效评价,对于供应链运作和管理是至关重要的.本文在对供应链上单个企业的绩效评价指标的局限性的分析基础上,阐述了供应链指标体系作用及设计原则,并构建了供应链绩效评价指标体系,同时利用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,最后运用模糊综合评价方法从定量的角度对企业绩效评价方法进行研究,并给出评价过程.
