发展梧州区域休闲产业,实现产业转移“软着陆”

近年来,休闲产业日益得到社会各界的关注并发展起来,产生了积极的经济效益和社会效益。在产业转移的大潮中,因其无限的渗透性,是承接产业转移的有效方式之一。梧州市优美的山水风光、突出的人文资源和丰富的地域文化,是其发展休闲产业的比较优势。文章通过分析梧州市发展休闲产业的必要性及可行性,进而提出发展区域休闲产业,承接产业转移＂软着陆＂的对策。     

Modeling Overnight Recreation Trip Choice: Application of a Repeated Nested Multinomial Logit Model

In this paper we apply the repeated nested multinomial logit model, a version of a random utility model (RUM), to estimate the choice of an overnight versus single day recreation trip, along with the other usual choice of which of the sites to visit, and less typically, the choice of whether to participate (in our application – to fish) at all. We also find statistically significant income effects in the empirical results. The application is to Atlantic Salmon fishing and the data set is for Maine resident angler's fishing trips to rivers in Maine and Canada.     

Tourism in the system of industrial society

Recreation and tourism are integral parts of the whole industrial social system. Viewed thus, tourism, so successful in the past two decades, seems clearly doomed to radical change. Many signs in the universe of work-habitate-leisure-travel indicate that the present system does not satisfy the human needs of traveler, host, and ultimately the social system. One inevitable result of forecast change, is a new, humane understanding of leisure and tourism; one should begin forging it before the opportunity for choice and reason disappears.     

Temporal influences on image change

Hunt (1971) defines state image as the impressions that a person or persons hold about a state in which they do not reside. But image is more complex than a single perception, for Brand identification as well as people's perceptions of attributes of various activities or attractions within an area will interact to form a composite state image. Research into such images is a basis for product positioning of a state's various attractions or activities against other regions. The effects of temporal influences on image change may have consequences for product positioning. Within the limits of this research design, very little image change was seen to result from short-term seasonal differences. However, the minor changes noted were in the hypothesized direction, leading to the conclusion that further research should be conducted on image change as a result of temporal influences.     

城市休闲经济规模与产业化发展新论

公共休闲产业与商业休闲一起构成城市休闲产业的整体。目前我国大部分城市的休闲经济规模远没有达到最优状态。休闲经济规模及其产业化之间是一个协调发展、相互促进的关系。尽管我国城市休闲经济产业化呈现不断升级趋势,但与国外其他城市相比仍存在较大差距。应合理制订休闲产业发展规划,确立政府主导地位,在明确政府协助协调提供公共休闲服务的同时,积极实施休闲产业投资和经营主体多元化策略,培植新兴休闲产业和休闲市场,进一步加快休闲经济产业化进程。

The rediscovery of America: Elite automobile touring

The automobile has radically changed tourist habits this century. In the first decade it was enthusiastically embraced by a small, wealthy elite. In America this elite “rediscovered” the romantic northeastern scenery painted by the Hudson Valley School of artists. This process is documented both in the general elite tourist literature of the period and in a specific case study from an elite summer colony. In the second decade “mass followed class.” Cheaper automobiles allowed the middle classes to follow the elite tourists of the first decade. The elite began to lose interest in the automobile as something exclusive to them, and turned their attention to the possibilities for touring of aviation.
