产业国际竞争力研究进展述评

产业国际竞争力研究是当前经济领域的热点研究问题,国内外学者对其进行了大量研究,然而对其理论与分析模型的全面系统回顾却不多见。文章全面回顾了产业国际竞争力的研究现状并详细评述了其分析模型,为今后的进一步研究奠定了基础。     

工程计价模式改革与投标报价的研究

适应我国加入WTO与国际工程管理接轨的需要，推行工程量清单计价模式已势在必行，广大施工企业必须及时转变观念，加强针对新的计价模式相适应的投标报价技巧研究，为企业参与投标竞争，自主报价打下良好的基础。     

Model selection in random effects models for directed graphs using approximated Bayes factors

With the development of an MCMC algorithm, Bayesian model selection for the p ₂ model for directed graphs has become possible. This paper presents an empirical exploration in using approximate Bayes factors for model selection. For a social network of Dutch secondary school pupils from different ethnic backgrounds it is investigated whether pupils report that they receive more emotional support from within their own ethnic group. Approximated Bayes factors seem to work, but considerable margins of error have to be reckoned with.     

On estimating the reliability after sequentially estimating the mean: The exponential case

Sequential estimation problems for the mean parameter of an exponential distribution has received much attention over the years. Purely sequential and accelerated sequential estimators and their asymptotic second-order characteristics have been laid out in the existing literature, both for minimum risk point as well as bounded length confidence interval estimation of the mean parameter. Having obtained a data set from such sequentially designed experiments, the paper investigates estimation problems for the associatedreliability function. Second-order approximations are provided for the bias and mean squared error of the proposed estimator of the reliability function, first under a general setup. An ad hoc bias-corrected version is also introduced. Then, the proposed estimator is investigated further under some specific sequential sampling strategies, already available in the literature. In the end, simulation results are presented for comparing the proposed estimators of the reliability function for moderate sample sizes and various sequential sampling strategies.     

中国区域资本配置效率及区域资本形成影响因素的实证分析

本文构建了32组包含中国各行业近11万个数据的大型面板数据集,分行业系统测算了我国各区域的资本配置效率,并对区域和省际资本形成影响因素进行了系统的比较分析。研究发现:从短期来看,我国各地区的资本形成更加依赖于金融机构贷款的支持;绝大多数省份的资本形成存在自我约束、收敛的机制;不同省份间金融要素对固定资本形成的影响存在较大差异,说明我国地区之间存在一定程度的资本流动障碍。     

工具变量法综列单位根检验的有偏性及其修正

Chang（2002）基于非线性工具变量估计，提出了对截面相关综列数据进行单位根检验的SN检验，在综列数据生成过程不舍飘移和时间趋势时具有良好的表现。但我们的研究表明，在非平稳综列数据含有确定性趋势时，SN检验是有偏的，不再服从标准正态的渐近分布，而需要进行修正。本文基于蒙特卡罗仿真试验提出了一种简便的修正方法，修正后的SN检验统计量渐近分布为标准正态分布。仿真结果表明，修正后的SN检验具有更好的有限样本性质和较高的检验势。     

Evidence on corruption as an incentive for foreign direct investment

This paper assesses the relationship between corruption and inward foreign direct investment (FDI). Previous research has presumed that corruption directly enters the cost function of multinationals, suggesting a negative relationship between corruption and FDI. For a sample of 73 developed and less developed countries and the time period 1995–1999, we find a clear positive relationship between corruption and FDI. Corruption is thus a stimulus for FDI.     

长春市中心区人口疏散规模估算评析与调控策略工程

分析了长春市中心区人居环境现状特征,以此为基础,从三个不同的角度,估算了人口疏散的规模,探讨了人口疏散的时空阶段及相应的调控对策。     

Analyzing a panel of seasonal time series: Does seasonality in industrial production converge across Europe?

In this paper we consider deterministic seasonal variation in quarterly industrial production for several European countries, and we address the question whether this variation has become more similar across countries over time. Due to economic and institutional factors, one may expect convergence across business cycles. When these have similar characteristics as seasonal cycles, one may perhaps also find convergence in seasonality. To this aim, we propose a method that is based on treating the set of production series as a panel. By testing for the relevant parameter restrictions for moving window samples, we examine the hypothesis of convergence in deterministic seasonality while allowing for seasonal unit roots. Our main empirical finding is that there is no evidence for convergence in seasonality.     

Distribution Dynamics of CO<Subscript>2</Subscript> Emissions

This paper uses nonparametric methods to examine the convergence in CO₂ emissions per capita on a sample of 100 countries for the period 1966–1996. Industrial countries show a convergence pattern. However, there is little evidence of convergence for the whole sample.
