基于用户关注的房地产特征价格模型构建研究——以合肥市为例

特征价格模型是房地产研究中常用的经典模型,其特征指标往往基于研究者过往经验及偏好来选取,对购房者情感偏好考虑不足。基于房地产网络平台上丰富的在线用户评论,挖掘其所隐含的购房者情感偏好,建立体现用户关注的房地产特征价格模型,并以合肥市为例,采集148组楼盘数据进行实证研究。结果表明,“区位”“户型”“装修”“生活配套”“物业质量”“绿化环境”“交通”“学区”为购房者显著偏好的房地产特征指标,而依据这些特征指标构建的房地产特征价格模型能够合理地评估房地产特征属性的隐含价格,具有良好的拟合度和较高的解释能力。     

Commodity Prices and the Business Cycle in Latin America: Living and Dying by Commodities?

We analyze the dynamic interactions between commodity prices and output growth of the seven biggest Latin American exporters: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Venezuela. Using a novel definition of Markov-switching impulse response functions, we find that the response of each country's output growth to commodity price shocks is time dependent, size dependent, and sign dependent. The major evidence of asymmetries in output growth responses occurs when commodity price shocks lead to regime shifts. Thus, we conclude that the design of optimal countercyclical stabilization policies should consider that the reactions of economic activity vary considerably across business cycle regimes.     

对建立以举报核销机制为中心的中小企业征信体系研究

目前中小企业融资困难重重,一个根本的问题就是中小企业相关的企业信用信息严重缺失,使银行等金融机构在是否考虑对中小企业融资时存在顾虑。因而,要想从根本上缓解中小企业融资难的问题,当务之急就是建立一个以举报核销机制为中心的全面反映中小企业信用的征信体系。     

试析人类耗用能源对气候变暖的贡献

在对地球气候变暖原因的探讨中，人们较注意“温室气体”的贡献，但与“温室气体”排放几乎同时进行的巨额热量的释放也是不应 忽视的；由205个国家和地区在1年内消耗的商品能源量数据。计算出每年释放的热量相当于地球接受30分钟的太阳辐射量，在绝热情况下可使全球陆地2m厚的表层、全球海洋2m深的水体和全球大气温度提高0.06℃；对上述结果进行了讨论。     

Payment Limitations and Acreage Decisions under Risk Aversion: A Simulation Approach

Payment limits have played an important role in U.S. farm policy deliberations for the last thirty years. Current limits are largely nonbinding. Proposals to strengthen and enforce limits are currently in discussion. We evaluate the likely effects of such proposals on acreage for corn, soybeans, wheat, cotton, and rice in several important producing states. Our results generally indicate that payment limits are unlikely to significantly affect acreage in most cases; exceptions occur for cotton and rice, where the probability that limits would be binding is much greater and thus more likely to affect production.     

The Procompetitive Effect of Demand-Enhancing Check-Off Programs

This article explores demand-enhancing check-off programs and how such programs may influence both private programs as well as industry market structure. Under duopoly, a firm may increase its sales through privately funding product quality improvements. However, such endogenous sunk costs may also be used to exclude a rival. Industry-funded check-off programs affect firms' strategies and can be procompetitive. The rationale lies not only in how the check-off enhancement is perceived by consumers but also in the way the check-off's crowding-out effect reduces the ability of a firm to use its private expenditures to bar a rival's market access.     

造纸厂商品浆替代草浆扩改工程水环境影响分析

以COD作为评价因子，对扩改工程造低废水排入长江后对长江的影响程度与范围进行了预测，得出在正常排放情况下影响较小，在非正常放情况下影响较大，同时提出了控制水污染的措施。     

WTO视域下的美国《食品安全现代化法》

2011年1月14日美国国会通过的《食品安全现代化法》显著提升了美国食品安全监管标准,该法第三章对进口食品安全监管体制所做新规,如国外供应商认证程序、自愿合格进口商计划、授权取得食品进口证书等将对美国食品贸易体制发生重大影响,其影响将溢出到整个国际食品贸易市场。这部法律总体上符合WTO法律制度,但若干具体规则有违反WTO最惠国待遇原则之嫌。目前尚未有涉及FSMA的WTO诉讼案件,因此其相符性还有待WTO争端解决机制的实际验证。

本文运用Johansen模型分析了欧盟FDI对我国出口商品结构的影响,并提出了一些具体措施来合理利用欧盟对我国的直接投资。

信息劳动创造价值,如何在马克思剩余价值理论视角下研究信息商品增值是一个新的研究课题。信息劳动是复杂劳动,创建期投入巨大,一些信息商品具有独特形式。将信息生产的不同时期的区分引入复杂的劳动过程和价值增殖的研究：信息商品创建期和扩大生产期都属于生产过程,在生产中获得价值增殖的潜力,而通过流通过程,创造出巨大数量的消费受众,从而实现了剩余价值的获得。巨大的规模投资、极高的技术门槛和政府政策保护使信息企业获得超额剩余价值。
