福州市旅游客流量现状及其驱动因素

旅游客流量是衡量区域旅游业及旅游经济发展快慢的一个重要指标,也是反映旅游区景观质量好坏与综合服务水平高低的一个综合指标。文章依据福州市最近5年(1999—2003年)的旅游客流量及相关的社会经济数据,分年度、季度、月与黄金周等不同时段对近年来福州市区域旅游客流量的现状及其变动状况进行分析,并从旅游景区(点)内在的引力因素与外在的社会环境驱动因素两方面对影响福州市客流量的主要驱动因素进行了分析。     

FDI对江西经济增长的贡献

投资水平严重不足,资金紧缺已成为制约江西经济发展的瓶颈。FDI可提升产业关联度、促进人力资源开发和产生技术溢出效应。江西FDI的战略定位构想是:建立生态产业集聚园、营造良好的投资环境、完善区域性资本市场、培养“本土化”的高级人才。     

Endogenous structural change and crisis in a multiple time-scales growth model

The slow and endogenous twist of economic macro-structure makes up an important evolutionary feature of capitalist economies, and may be at the root of structural crisis. In this line, a Goodwinian growth model with increasing returns and profit-sharing that tries to picture a simple scenario of the seventies crisis is considered. It is shown that the exhaustion of the Kaldor-Verdoorn “productivity law” can entail, in a nonlinear framework, a “catastrophic” bifurcation from a “high” to a “low” growth path. Slow/fast dynamical systems then allow one to formalize a multiple time-scales dynamics where the growth path is shaped by the structural framework in which it takes place, but has also a long -un feedback. Structural change and crisis appear as long term and endogenous outcomes.     

电子商务企业物流模式的经济学研究

电子商务企业对传统的物流提出了挑战．成为物流发展的强劲动力。本文从经济学理论角度对电子商务企业物流模式的选择进行了探讨：从对总成本的节约出发建立了企业自营与外包物流决策的成本模型．并分析了在电子商务的影响下该模型中成本因素的变化。得出第三方物流将是电子商务企业的好选择。     

On exact D-optimal designs with 2 two-level factors and n autocorrelated observations

In this paper we consider the exact D-optimal designs for estimation of the unknown parameters in the two factors, each at only two-level, main effects model with autocorrelated errors. The vector of the n random errors in the observed responses is assumed to follow a first-order autoregressive model (AR(1)). The exact D-optimal designs seek the optimal combinations of the design levels as well as the optimal run orders, so that the determinant of the information matrix of BLUEs for the unknown parameters is maximized. Bora-Senta and Moyssiadis (1999) gave some conjectures about the exact D-optimal designs based on their experience of several exhaustive searches. 资本预算中管理期权理念及其定价分析

传统的资本预算方法认为投资机会一旦出现,就应该立即进行投资,事实上企业不仅可以决定是否投资于某项目,而且可以决定何时从事该项目的投资,我们称之为管理期权。本文利用二叉树和复制技术对隐含在投资项目中的管理期权进行了定价,并指出"二叉树法"低估了管理期权的价值。     

体制变革背景下的服务业增长：一个定量分析框架

1978-2006年，中国服务业的高速增长与经济体制变革存在着直接的关系。体制变革是过去20多年中服务业增长的一个最重要因素。体制变革一方面通过放松管制提高了服务业占GDP的比重，另一方面，体制变革通过民营化进程降低了服务业的内部产业X-无效率，提高了服务业的金要素生产率。     

基于PCA/FCM的企业信用评价研究

针对我国企业信用评价问题的特点,文章分析了企业信用评价基本原则和主要影响因素,建立了企业信用评价指标体系。企业信用评价是一类包括一系列独立变量的分类问题,将主成分分析与模糊理论引入信用评价中,构建基于PCA/FCM的企业信用评价模型,这使得模型更接近人们的思维方式、指标赋权更为客观。应用该模型及SPSS11.0、MATLAB7.0对所选企业研究显示:该模型非常有效和实用。     

OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE AND FIRM EXIT ROUTES

ABSTRACT

Our study presents empirical evidence about the role of ownership structure for firm exit probability by explicitly differentiating between distinct exit routes (bankruptcy and forced liquidation, voluntary liquidation, mergers and acquisitions – M&A, and removal from the court register). Based on the population of Slovenian firms in the 2006–2012 period and using multinomial probit, our findings support the predictions of agency theory. Ownership concentration, share of the largest owner, and the difference in shares between two largest owners all decrease the likelihood of exit for all studied exit routes but M&A. The magnitude of their impact is largest for exits, in which owners play a decisive role, i.e. voluntary liquidation and removal. The link between the number of primary owners and exit likelihood is U-shaped with the lowest exit probability for firms with around two owners.     

运用CRM开展图书馆服务

CRM是通过对客户信息资源的管理,来提高客户对企业产品和服务的满意度。企业的客户关系管理与图书馆的读者管理具有一定的相似性。本文深入理解了CRM的内涵,分析了运用CRM开展图书馆服务的必要性、可行性,以读者为中心,分别从读者信息的获取、挖掘及运用角度,具体讨论了CRM在图书馆服务中的应用,最后预测了将CRM运用于信息服务工作的前景。
