浅谈河南电力通信综合网管系统的实用化建设

随着电力通信综合网管系统的广泛建设,实用化水平的高低已成为其能否发挥效益的关键因素。本文主要阐述了河南电力通信综合网管系统在资源入库、数据存储、方式管理、检修处理、系统互联等方面所做的实用化探索和尝试,并对未来的实用化道路提出了新的要求。     

Determinants of Traditional Sustainability Reporting Versus Integrated Reporting. An Institutionalist Approach

The aim of this study is to analyze similarities and differences between companies with traditional sustainability reporting (TSR) and those that publish integrated reports. Based on institutional theory we identify potential determinants of integrated reporting (IR) and test their relevance empirically in a sample of 309 companies. Our analysis shows that IR companies are different from TSR companies with regard to several country‐level determinants. In particular, investor and employment protection laws, the intensity of market coordination and ownership concentration, the level of economic, environmental and social development, the degree of national corporate responsibility and the value system of the country of origin proved to be relevant. 基于IMC理论的动态营销能力构建

复杂的动态竞争环境对企业的营销实践提出了更高要求。基于整合营销传播理论的动态营销能力构建,是以创新能力、反应能力及关系能力为核心能力特征的动态资源,是持续获取企业良好营销绩效的重要来源。增强组织对环境变化的敏感性与适应性,可以提升企业的反应能力,剖析利益相关者需求并关注其变动可以实现与之的良好关系,个人与组织的知识管理,有利于提升企业的创新能力。三种能力互相作用,形成动态营销能力不断提升的推动系统。     

一种集成式多参数硅微传感器

为了实现小体积多参数的测量,提出一种单片集成多功能传感器。该传感器包括压力、温度和湿度传感器。各部分分别基于半导体压阻效应、电阻迁移率变化、极板间电容变化为原理制作而成。该传感器采用n型(100)基底,利用体硅和面硅工艺加工而成。测量电阻通过离子注入B 形成扩散电阻。为减小各参数间的相互影响,压力传感器的测量电阻布置于[110]晶向,测温电阻沿[100]晶向布置。温度输出信号可以实现对传感器中压力输出时温度漂移的精确补偿。芯片大小为5mm×5mm。试验表明传感器具有良好的线性,小迟滞,较高的灵敏度。

林纸一体化是一种新的产业格局，是世界造纸业的发展趋势，也是我国造纸业的发展方向；这种新格局与资源和环境密切相关。本文在分析目前我国森林资源资产会计核算中存在问题的基础上，从林木资产、林地资产、森林环境资产几方面，对林纸一体化企业营林过程中的森林资源资产会计核算的内容和方法进行了深入探讨，以促进企业走资源可持续发展之路，并有助于政府制定出有效的相关政策和措施。

针对工程管理专业特点,强调了毕业设计在工程管理专业教学中的重要作用,在分析现有毕业设计模式基础上,围绕人才培养目标提出了工程管理专业毕业设计系统一体化模式,从三个方面论述了系统一体化毕业设计模式的创新性,展示了工程管理专业毕业设计探索与实践的新途径.     

The Logical Framework Approach–Millennium

The Logical Framework Approach (LFA) has proved to be a valuable tool for project approval, design, and evaluation. However, a few pitfalls make it hard to use within today's project management framework and to integrate with other project management tools. This article proposes an updated version of the LFA to improve its compatibility with today's corporate culture, project management framework, and tools. We propose to call the updated tool the Logical Framework Approach–Millennium (LFA‐M). The LFA‐M is a seven‐step approach leading to the development of the Logframe‐Millennium (LF‐M), a five‐column and four‐line matrix describing major project commitments and providing an overall understanding of the project. It was successfully implemented at the Canadian Space Agency and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission. The LFA‐M fits well within today's project management framework and corporate culture and leads easily to other project management tools.
