专利实物期权定价的蒙特卡罗模拟方法及其改进技术

专利作为现代企业重要的无形资产,对企业募集发展资金、扩大收益回流、形成竞争优势发挥着巨大的作用,因此专利定价问题也成为现代企业管理决策中的重要内容.本文基于专利的实物期权特征,运用蒙特卡罗模拟方法对专利的实物期权定价问题进行研究与探讨.首先,分析探讨专利投资项目的决策过程及其实物期权特征;在此基础上,建立专利定价的实物期权蒙特卡罗模拟模型,并引入对偶变量技术用以提高蒙特卡罗模拟的效率;最后,以生物医药企业专利定价为例进行实证模拟.研究结论认为,引入适当方差减少技术的蒙特卡罗模拟则成为专利实物期权定价的一种有效的分析方法.     

Employee performance outcomes and burnout following the presentation-of-self in customer-service contexts

This study examines how emotional intelligence and occupational commitment have a moderating effect on the relationship between emotional labour and its potential outcomes. Two acting strategies reflect emotional labour, namely surface and deep acting, with burnout and performance as the prospective outcomes. Burnout is operationalized into emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and diminished personal achievement; whereas performance is operationalized into task performance and organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB). The study investigates employee responses from several tourism and hospitality organizations in Florida, USA. The results show that emotional labour relates most positively to task performance and to burnout in the case of surface acting. Tests of moderation show that occupational commitment enhances performance outcomes by facilitating emotional labour strategies, and the prevalence of higher emotional intelligence amongst employees reduces burnout. These findings contribute to the literature on emotional labour by incorporating emotional intelligence and occupational commitment as moderators and by incorporating OCBs within performance analyses.

Organizational Cultural Intelligence: A Competitive Capability for Strategic Alliances in the International Construction Industry

Cultural intelligence (CQ) on the organizational level is an organization's capacity to reconfigure its capability to function and manage effectively in culturally diverse environments and to gain and sustain its competitive advantages. This study aims to present a model, examining how organizational CQ through competitiveness framework might potentially affect the strategic alliancing ability of contracting firms operating abroad. The research involves a questionnaire survey conducted with the contracting firms. The research findings support the contracting firms leveraging their cultural intelligence as their main cross‐cultural competence for establishing and increasing the performance of international strategic alliances.

人力资源能力是城市经济和社会发展的基本力量，也是城市核心竞争力的基本构成要素。本文在探讨人力资源能力内涵基础上，从体能、智能和技能三方面分析了大连市的人力资源能力建设水平，并运用基于层次分析赋权的综合评价方法，对大连及国内部分城市人力资源能力建设水平进行了评价比较，指出了大连市场在人力资源能力建设方面存在不足，得出了一些重要结论。

科技时代的竞争就是专利战略的竞争。发达国家的许多企业早已将专利战略视为发展的生命线和护身符,并对我国企业的发展产生影响,本文从经济学角度对这一问题进行更为深入的分析。     

BUILDING AND EVOLVING DATA WAREHOUSING AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ARTEFACTS: THE CASE OF SYSCO

This paper investigates use of data warehouse and business intelligence capabilities to integrate with customers in the supply chain and improve insights into customer sales. By making internal data warehouse sales information available to customers, additional value to those customers is created, eliminating asymmetries of information in the supply chain. In addition, the evolution of data warehousing into business intelligence is investigated, expanding sales information to include marketing associate performance analysis generated for internal use. Further, a methodology that was used for building a business intelligence system is also examined. Finally, what appears to be a business‐intelligence‐driven focus on enterprise resource planning systems is analyzed. 科技计划项目与专利产出的相关性研究——基于C市的案例分析

分析科技计划项目与专利产出的相关性,有利于优化科技计划项目、提高科技投入绩效。研究表明,科技计划项目有效支撑了区域专利产出水平,尤其是优势产业项目、企业项目和重大项目的专利产出尤其突出。应从优化科技管理体制、提高项目支持力度、完善项目管理、积极扶持中小企业等方面入手,进一步提高科技计划项目的专利产出水平。     

中国民族工业保护的早期经验及启示

对民族工业的适度保护可以促进民族工业的发展与壮大。本文认为,近代中国对民族工业的保护措施及其效果为:专利制度对部分企业的有限保护、关税对民族企业的微弱保护、国货运动对民族企业的有力保护。中国早期对民族工业的保护经验,对于正处在全球化之中的当代中国企业有着重要借鉴意义。
