网络计划多目标优化问题的研究

对网络计划多目标优化的问题进行了探讨，在工期一费用优化分析的基础上，建立了工期、费用、工程质量、完工概率及资源均衡等多目标综合优化的模型，试图在整体上解决网络计划的优化问题。     

连铸坯直接热装（DHCR）轧制计划计算机编制系统

结合DHCR的特殊要求，运用计算机技术和整数优化的方法，建立了DHCR轧制计划编制的数学模型，在此基础上开发了相应的计算机计划编制系统。     

Experience looping,design looping and concept crossing: The key to successful product invention,development and adaptation

The management of product invention, development and adaptation (PIDA) is as important as technology transfer, although some PIDA principles are not culturally transferrable. This article discusses three principles which are applicable in a variety of cultural contexts-experience looping, design looping and concept crossing. The firm which can successfully incorporate such principles into its PIDA planning, particularly in overseas operations, is likely to improve market share.

本文回顾了二十余年来我国旅游规划的发展历程，将中国旅游发展规划分成事业型、事业向产业过渡型、产业型三个阶段，以及创汇导向型、资源导向型、市场导向型和产品导向型规划四个类型，分析了影响区域与景区旅游规划发展的几个方面，文中阐述了中国旅游规划研究的三个阶段和主要成果；总结了中国旅游规划存在的问题和阶段特征，归纳了中国旅游规划发展过程中主要的思想方法，并指出中国未来旅游规划将朝着市场化、小区化、专题化、精致化方向发展。     

Activity spaces: measures of social exclusion?

The paper provides a first investigation of the suitability of different measures of activity space size to identify persons at risk of social exclusion. This would be a new departure for the measurement of social exclusion, which so far has relied either on aggregate measures of locations or cross-sectional data of individuals.The size of a person's activity space can only be estimated with information reflecting a longer time horizon. In this paper the six-week travel diary survey (Mobidrive) is used, which was conducted in two German cities in 1999. About 95% of all local trips were coded for 300 respondents (about 45,000 trips).The paper develops three possible measurement approaches of increasing complexity (confidence ellipse, kernel density estimates, shortest paths networks). The analysis revealed that the main driver of the size of the activity spaces is the overall number of unique locations visited by the respondents and to a lesser extent, their socio-demographic characteristics. In particular, the groups most often consider to be at risk of social exclusion (female, lower income, elderly) did not show significantly different activity spaces.

信息技术的应用是发展和完善规划环境影响评价理论和方法体系的关键,能为评价工作的开展提供技术支持,降低规划环境影响评价中的不确定性。鉴于城市综合交通规划环境影响评价的特点,文章在系统需求分析的基础上,初步设计了基于GIS的城市综合交通规划环境影响评价支持系统的结构和功能模块,并介绍了声环境影响评价与预测模块的实例。
