基于excel操作的节约里程法在配送路线选择中的应用

本文以银川市中医医院为背景,探讨了由于IP地址规划不合理而造成的网络维护工作繁琐,以及由于广播域较大引起的ARP频繁攻击等问题,提出了一套合理的计算机IP地址规划及VLAN划分方案,不仅为网络维护工作带来了极大的便利,同时也有效解决了ARP攻击频繁发生的问题。

随着全国旅游小城镇建设进入高潮,黑龙江省旅游名镇的建设进程也在不断加快,但由于存在旅游规划滞后、建设资金匮乏、政策扶持不足等难点和问题,使旅游名镇的发展受到制约。为提升黑龙江省旅游名镇的建设速度和水平,应该采取科学编制规划,拓宽融资渠道,规范政府引导,实现区域联动等有关对策。     

Organisational characteristics and the practice of strategic planning in Jordanian hotels

This study examines the effects of some organisational characteristics on the practice of strategic planning in Jordanian hotels. Data was collected via a questionnaire survey of Jordanian hotels in two cities: namely Petra and Aqaba. The results indicate that Jordanian hotels engage with the strategic planning process by using a number of its techniques and that the nature of this engagement is affected by organisational size but not by type of ownership.

Public space,private development and community welfare

Summary

The focus of this paper is on the public spaces associated with certain private developments, e.g. plazas, arcades, atria, etc. In many urban settings these spaces have become important amenities in their own right, with indoor spaces, in particular, often providing extensive and climatically controlled recreational opportunities free from the uncertainties of the external environment. Given the ‘public goods’ characteristics of these spaces, it is suggested that they deserve more detailed scrutiny since the potential ‘welfare’ benefits from increased provision might be considerable. To this end, it is argued that the planning authorities have both the duty and the power to ‘encourage’ private developers to not only extend provision but also improve accessibility.     

Knowledge acquisition using psychotherapy technique for critical factors influencing construction project layout planning

The positioning of equipment on a construction site may change in different construction phases, different environments, and different types of end products, which greatly influence the decision of the site planning engineer who seeks to maximize the construction efficiency by minimizing the friction from the site layout. This study aims to acquire and analyze site planning experts' knowledge on critical factors influencing the construction layout planning using a psychotherapy technique. Through an open‐structured interview survey and cluster analysis, 125 core factors influencing the site layout plan were analyzed and categorized into a database.     

Ad Element Liking and Its Relationship to Overall Ad Liking

Abstract

This study explored differences in affective response content across three cultures and the role of these responses in predicting overall advertising liking. Based on a field survey, subjects from England, Norway and Spain evaluated cosmetic ads on a series of liking scales. Ad content was coded into elements reflecting product- or ad-related affect based on existing theory on ad evaluation criteria and on the theory of central and peripheral routes to persuasion. This study revealed that it might be difficult to achieve sameness in likeability even for international brands and beauty types. However, quite consistently across cultures, the findings suggest that the same affective processes along a peripheral route influence overall liking across cultures. Implications are drawn for future practice and research.

Interim succession: Temporary leadership in the midst of the perfect storm

The corporate governance environment has changed. The rate of CEO successions is naturally trending up, succession planning is in dire need of repair, and boards are under increasing pressure to focus on oversight. This confluence of events creates a ‘perfect storm.’ Within this new environment, interim successions are on the rise. But is it all bad news? This article explores the decision of corporate directors to use temporary chief executive officers (CEOs) and the roles served by these interim leaders. We include a typology of interim CEOs and prescribe the contexts in which organizations can strategically pursue this type of succession. We conclude with a list of recommendations for how boards can most effectively manage interim leadership in the new corporate governance environment.
