新型城镇化背景下郑州市新生代农民工城市定居意愿影响因素研究

[目的]当前,推进新型城镇化建设已经成为国家健康快速发展的紧要问题。李克强总理在2015年全国人大会议上作政府工作报告时提出"以人为本的新型城镇化",强调城镇化建设中人的核心地位,在人的因素中新生代农民工是推进新型城镇化的最重要力量,他们的居留意愿成为决定新型城镇化的现在与未来成败的关键因素。因此,研究新生代农民工城市定居的意愿特征以及影响因素就具有很强的现实意义。[方法]通过调查问卷和实地访谈的形式对郑州市新生代农民工进行调研,在以第一手资料为基础的提前下,运用随机森林模型,从个人因素、家庭因素、制度因素和社会文化等4个方面中的24个因素实证分析影响郑州市新生代农民工留城意愿的特征和因素。[结果]影响新生代农民工留城意愿最显著的要素依次是从事职业类型、在城市工作时间、个人收入、家庭收入因素、是否参加城镇养老保险和是否享受城镇住房公积金。[结论]文章有针对性地提出发展教育、增加家庭收入和改善社会福利等解决问题的措施。

A conceptual framework for public-private interplay in the telecommunications sector

Public activity in the telecommunications industry has experienced important transformations in the last decade: “reinvolvement” in infrastructure deployment, “innovative” boosting measures, and decentralisation of some decisions. Conceptually, even more important than the measures themselves is the fact that private agents often participate in their realisation and execution. This paper reviews how justifications for public action that would apply to any economic activity area have modelled the public-private relationship in the telecommunications sector. Subsequently, it focuses on the analysis of the new spaces for public-private collaboration that are currently opening up.

Information Cascades in the Labor Market

A model of herding behavior in the labor market is presented where employers receive signals with limited precision about the workers types, and can observe previous employers decisions. Both the employer and the worker can influence the signal probabilities. In particular, the employer tries to increase the precision of the signal about the workers type whereas the worker wants to get a good signal, independent of her type. In a two-period model, we derive conditions for an equilibrium in which only down-cascades occur, i.e., the second employer does not hire a worker with a bad history even if he receives a favorable private signal about the workers type, but he follows his own signal if the workers history is good.     

Reflections on the Structure and Origin of Pareto Income Distributions

The essay takes the reader on a voyage of exploration with the aim of discovering the origin of Pareto-curves. It shows with thought-experiments backed up by computer-simulation the generation of log-normal curves in detail. Extending forward this conceptual trajectory, it arrives via a quasi-Newtonian fluxion-insight – infinitessimal differential integration – at a novel mathematical concept: Pareto-curves are simply special log-normal curves where a large number of random-factors interacted and impacted at their genesis (the author called it the Kopp-effect).

Stochastic optimization of sustainable hybrid generation bioethanol supply chains

This paper focuses on designing a hybrid generation bioethanol supply chain (HGBSC) that will account for economic, environmental and social aspects of sustainability under various uncertainties. A stochastic mixed integer linear programming model is proposed to design an optimal HGBSC. A case study set in the state of North Dakota in the United States is used as an application of the proposed model. The results suggest that the designs of optimal HGBSC change when different sustainability standards are applied. In addition, sensitivity analysis is conducted to provide deeper understanding of the proposed model.

在某型高炮随动系统测试中,正弦机的发送频率直接影响着输出信号的平滑度,从而会影响测试的精度。为了避免在正弦机运行过程中,计算耗用过多机时,在正弦机发送之前,先计算出每个位置信号、前馈信号的数值,存放于内存中。本文根据该正弦机信号的特点,分析了几种正弦机角位置信号发送频率方式的优缺点,确定了正弦机发送频率的方式。
