上市公司利润泡沫的剖析

利润是企业经营成果的集中体现,也是衡量企业经营管理业绩的主要指标之一。随着财务报告信息在市场经济中地位的不断提升,部分上市公司为了寻求对自己有利的财务成果,不惜一切手法操纵利润,甚至采用欺诈手段不合法地调整企业的利润,形成了泡沫利润,损害了投资者的利益,影响了我国证券市场的正常发展。本文针对目前上市公司财务报表的利润浮夸现象,就企业泡沫利润的形成原因、手段进行分析,并对如何识别泡沫利润的手段提出了初浅的看法,最后提出了相应的防范措施。

Analysis of cointegrated VARMA processes

VARMA (vector autoregressive moving average) processes are proposed for modelling cointegrated variables. For this purpose the echelon form is combined with the error correction form. Procedures for estimating the Kronecker indices which characterize the echelon form and for specifying the cointegration rank are discussed. The asymptotic distribution of the coefficient estimators is given. An example based o n US macroeconomic data illustrates the procedure and demonstrates its feasibility in practice.     

A General Method of Deriving the Inefficiencies of Banks from a Profit Function

This article develops a new method of estimating inefficiencies in joint production and shows that unlike the approaches utilized in the previous studies of inefficiency, this method maintains a consistent relationship between the error term of a profit function and the error terms of its price derivatives. A useful by-product of the method is a proof of a Hotelling-like lemma that relates stochastic input demand and output supply functions to stochastic profit functions. While the previous studies fit a single frontier to data on all firms, this paper estimates a frontier unique to every observed firm to allow each one to have a different potential of achieving maximal levels of profit. The new method is applied in the analysis of annual data, 1984–1989, for U.S. commercial banks. Both the analytical and numerical results of the paper show that the residual that the previous studies attribute to inefficiency includes the effects of excluded variables and of inaccuracies in the specified functional forms. Once accurate estimates of these effects are subtracted from the residual, the distortions in the measured inefficiencies should be considerably reduced. Consequently, this article considers how such estimates might be obtained.

Summary A very simple deduction of a recently treated inequality is presented and some variations on this proof, drawing together various properties, are discussed. Closure of moving average processes undermultiplication is also mentioned.

本文简要介绍了中国乡镇企业的发展概况和影响其发展的主要因素 ,以实际总产值作为产出指标 ,对乡镇企业产出增长与全要素生产率增长率、资本投入、劳动投入和规模损益之间的联系进行了详细的实证分析 ,分别考察了技术进步 (全要素生产率增长率 )、资本投入、劳动投入和规模损益对乡镇企业产出增长的绝对拉动作用和相对贡献份额 ,并分别考察了乡镇企业产出增长的波动程度、乡镇企业的资本生产率、劳动生产率及有机资本构成情况。在此基础上 ,提出了保证乡镇企业健康、稳定、持续增长的若干政策建议     

会计准则实施后税收征管应注意的若干问题

近年一系列会计准则的实施进一步规范了会计工作，但财务会计与税务会计之间出现了新的差异，而且两者间的差异呈现日益扩大的趋势。本文结合近年实施的会计准则和有关税收法规，从各项准备金计提、或有负债确认、权益法与成本法核算长期股权投资三方面分析会计利润与应税所得的差异，并分析非货币性交易的潜在税收问题，以及接受非现金资产捐赠交易事项中纳税义务发生时间的变化。
