目前中国中小型房地产企业不适合实施ERP系统

随着第二次ERP热潮的掀起，各房地产企业也纷纷准备上ERP系统，本文针对这种现象，对中小型房地产企业进行了分析，并提出目前中国中小型房地产企业不适合上ERP系统这一思想，希望能够引起准备上ERP系统的中小型房地产企业的慎重思考。     

河北省坝上地区沙化背景分析及景观生态对策--以沽源县为例

经过实地考察并结合遥感图像处理，本文从地质地貌、气象、人类活动三方面分析了沽源县沙化背景，在此基础上运用景观生态学理论把本区划分为沿坝、沿边、中部农田草地三个景观生态系统，并分别提出了各生态系统的土地规划利用方向。     

Authentic Program Planning in Technology Education

This paper reports on the needs identified by three teachers during an investigation into their first experiences of implementing technology in their primary classrooms. One part of one teacher's case is presented in detail to illustrate that the meanings the teachers made of their experiences were related very closely to their beliefs about teaching and learning, to their understanding of technology as a phenomenon and to the place they saw technology having within the whole curriculum. One particular outcome of the investigation was that the teachers experienced a lack of knowledge of the scope and breadth of the technology learning area, and as a consequence, faced challenges in planning for the successful implementation of activities. In response to this particular need and to the many issues emanating from current research literature in technology education, the paper then presents two models for conceptualizing and planning units of work in technology in primary classrooms. The models form frameworks that may be useful to help structure thinking for authentic classroom planning and sequencing of lessons or learning experiences. 云南广西旅游与民族文化产业发展状况的考察

旅游与民族文化产业是云南、广西两省区近年来迅速发展的新兴产业，对推动两省区经济的发展起着重要的作用。但是，也存在不少的薄弱环节，比如两省区的合作比较少等。根据实地考察，对两省区旅游与民族文化产业的发展现状进行了描述，并对其进一步发展提出了若干对策性意见。     

The fragility of a discipline when a model has monopoly status

We consider the consequences of a scientific literature with only one model of an important phenomenon. The falsification of the model would mean falsification of the science. Scientists who would prefer not to have their discipline falsified will be tempted to find ad hoc explanations to excuse the failure. To test this hypothesis we propose a study of the economic forecasts of the comparative Soviet and American growth rates in the years before a public choice model of central planning was a viable alternative to the public interest model. Study on Coordinated Development of Regions Based on the Construction of Enterprise Value Network

Under the background of constructing harmonious economic society, how to realize the coordinated development of regions in the course of region integration is a key problem. According to the relevant theory of enterprise gene reconfiguration and enterprise value network construction, we analyzed the problems in the merging course between the value network construction and region economic growth. Finally, we put forward the basic path of coordinated development of regions.

传统的财政支出原则带有明显的计划体制的烙印,但是作为财政支出原则,它毕竟反映了财政支出实践活动所必须遵循的共同规律的要求.在公共财政模式下,传统的财政支出原则以新的实现形式仍然可以对财政支出分配发挥指导作用.

近年来，石家庄市以中小企业为主体的产业集群有了较快发展，集群经济已经占到全市经济总量的30％以上。成为全市经济建设中一支具有鲜明特色的生力军。然而，石家庄市的产业集群在一定程度上还存在着集而不群、群而无力的现象，普遍存在着专业人才缺乏、资金投入不足、技术装备相对落后、自主创新能力弱、企业家的知识水平和员工素质相对较低等困难和问题，严重束缚着产业集群的进一步扩张。应以特色产业集群提升区域经济核心竞争力，加强人力资源管理，培育骨干龙头企业。     

专业化产业集聚、要素流动与区域工业化——克鲁格曼中心一外围模型新发展

文章扩展了贸易成本的范围，认为贸易成本不仅包括产品运输成本，而且也包括要素流动成本，并引入前后向产业联系，在此基础上发展了可解的中心一外围模型，并探讨了在各种条件下相应的经济学含义，认为在推动我国区域经济一体化的进程中，对落后地区的技术支持必不可少，并应重视区域问产业发展的互动，否则，我国区域经济一体化进程将难以有效推进。     

扎实开展人才队伍建设促进地方经济发展

青海省是资源大省,要加快青海省经济的发展,必须依托资源优势。而矿产资源的勘查、开发、利用,离不开一支素质精良、规模适度、知识技能结构合理的专业人才队伍。文章结合对全国、全省人才工作会议精神的学习领会,介绍了青海省有色地勘局人才队伍建设的情况,并提出了今后加强人才工作的建议。
