产业分工重组与生产性服务业的发展

生产性服务企业作为产业分工重组深化的产物,是产业链上重要的一环,这种制度安排有利于专业化分工利益的获取。本文运用了专业化分工理论分析生产性服务企业从产业分工中内生的原因、条件及过程,并讨论了生产性服务业的行业特点及交易网络的扩展对行业发展规律的影响,试图对生产性服务企业的产生、生产性服务业的发展及其市场结构的形成提供理论解释。     

The division of labor and the extent of the market

Summary. A firms degree of specialization is modeled as the number of different goods it produces. When a firm chooses its degree of specialization, it faces a tradeoff between the fixed cost and the marginal cost of production. A firms degree of specialization is shown to increase with the extent of the market. What you export matters

When local cost discovery generates knowledge spillovers, specialization patterns become partly indeterminate and the mix of goods that a country produces may have important implications for economic growth. We demonstrate this proposition formally and adduce some empirical support for it. We construct an index of the “income level of a country’s exports,” document its properties, and show that it predicts subsequent economic growth.     

中国企业参与垂直分工会促进其技术创新吗？

研究目标：研究中国企业参与垂直分工会对其技术创新产生何种影响。研究方法：利用2000~2013年中国工业企业数据库与海关贸易统计库匹配数据测算中国企业的垂直专业化指数（VSS）,继而实证分析垂直分工对不同所有制、贸易类型及组织模式的企业技术创新的影响。研究发现：中国企业的VSS从2000年的0.48下降至2013年的0.27;整体来说,中国企业参与垂直分工对其技术创新产生了显著的抑制效应;区分所有制、贸易方式和组织模式后发现,垂直分工对外资企业、加工企业及外资加工企业的创新抑制效应最大。研究创新：在Upward等（2013）和张杰等（2013）关于VSS测算方法的基础上进行了改进。研究价值：支撑了中国目前实施的“做强一般贸易、扩大一般贸易规模”的政策。该政策虽然使得企业的垂直分工程度不断下降,但不会削弱其技术创新能力。     

Industry specialization, diversification, churning, and unemployment in Chinese cities

This paper studies how industry specialization, diversification, and churning affect unemployment rates in Chinese cities. Using a city level panel data set from 1997 to 2006, we find that in contrast to the evidence from developed countries, industry diversity is positively and significantly associated with unemployment rates, possibly due to the high degree of industry churning during the sample period. We also find that the specialization of construction industry and wholesale and retail trade industry can significantly decrease unemployment rate, but specializing in finance industry increases unemployment rate. Urban growth, market maturity measured by the proportion of private sector employment, and human capital can decrease unemployment rate. The effect of industry structure on unemployment instability is also discussed.     

江苏产业专业化发展趋势的实证分析

通过对区位商的测算和分析表明，江苏产业专业化程度总体呈上升趋势，地区间的产业专业化发展还不平衡，上海、江苏、浙江、广东、山东五省市的产业专业化差异程度有进一步扩大的趋势，江苏专业化程度虽然相对较落后，但发展势头强劲，江苏全省经济发展的布局还需要重新规划，还得加强政府部门服务效率，完善基础设施结构，优化产业发展环境，发展集群经济，促成产业集聚程度不断提高，提高江苏产业发展的竞争力。     

产业专业化、多样化对城市群经济增长的影响

产业专业化、多样化分工与分工交易经济是研究城市群形成与发展的重要路径。已有研究往往忽略了区域经济发展水平的差异以及城市群中各城市的功能定位,鉴此,构建专业化与多样化分工要素的城市经济增长模型,结果表明,以广西北部湾城市群为研究进行实证对象能更好地解释产业专业化与多样化对城市群及其内部各城市经济增长的影响。     

垂直分工、技术转移与东亚区域生产整合:中国视角

本文利用高度细分的贸易数据,在合理分类的基础上分析了中国在东亚区域生产中整合过程的国际分工地位和特点,以及中国高技术产品贸易对外资的高度依赖性,进而总结了东亚生产和贸易模式的变化和中国在新三角贸易中的主导作用。     

我国企业专业化与多元化经营战略的选择

进行专业化经营还是多元化经营是企业经营战略选择的重要方面。本文针对我国企业经营战略选择中存在的主要问题及现状,提出具体对策。笔者以为,以专业化发展为基础,围绕核心竞争力实施低度相关的多元化经营,是当前我国企业经营战略的模式选择。     

物流企业要紧紧抓住核心竞争力

我国物流业面临前所未有的发展机遇和前景,但我国物流企业自身还存在着不少问题。本论文试图从我国物流企业的发展历程出发,讨论我国物流企业的战略定位、运营模式及发展策略,提出物流企业的发展也要紧紧抓住核心竞争力。
