文后参考文献普通图书与期刊主要著录项目分析及易著录错误示例

根据2005年国家质量监督检验检疫总局和国家标准化管理委员会颁布的《文后参考文献著录规则（GB/T7714-2005）》,文章对作者撰写论文时参考最多的普通图书与期刊主要著录项目在实际著录时的不同情况进行了分析、归纳、总结,指出了普通图书与期刊著录时容易出现的错误,同时给出了正确的著录格式。     

大学生对公共体育课教学建议的调查与分析

为了解大学生对公共体育课的建议,本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对宝鸡文理学院330名大学生进行了调查,结果表明:学生喜欢的上课项目前三者是篮球、乒乓球和足球;47%的学生认为体育课的主要作用应该是培养体育锻炼兴趣;38%的学生认为平时成绩应该占到考试成绩的40%;54%的学生认为在第一、三学期的体育课时间安排在5、6节课为最适宜,33%的学生认为将第二、四学期的体育课时间安排在7、8节课为最佳。     

通货膨胀与金融行业的非理性繁荣:基于1978年～2009年数据的实证研究

UNDERSTANDING THE INTERACTION BETWEEN INTERNATIONAL AND EURO AREA OUTPUT VOLATILITY

This paper addresses two main questions. First, it seeks to establish whether the stylized facts of the ‘great moderation’ that have been documented for the UK and US economies can be found for the Euro area. Second, it explores possible explanations for any changes that have occurred in the volatility of Euro area output fluctuations. In examining why business cycles have moderated, much of the existing literature has tended to concentrate on a few key factors. These include shifts in the structure of the economy, improved monetary policy and a ‘good luck’ factor. This paper, however, follows a relatively new branch of the great moderation literature by focusing on whether international business cycle linkages have changed in a way that may have perpetuated the dampening in Euro area output fluctuations. The results show Euro area output fluctuations to have significantly reduced in variability over the last quarter of a century. The results go on to highlight that, although Euro area cycles differ little from rest of the world cycles, the moderation in Euro area output fluctuations is only marginally due to changes in international business cycle linkages and smaller international and domestic shock variances.     

收入分配差距偏大的主要因素和消费需求牵扯

伴随着经济的高速发展,近年来,我国出现了收入分配差距偏大的经济现象,其主要因素是劳动收入偏低,收入分配差距偏大导致了我国宏观经济失衡的一个痼疾——总消费需求不足。收入分配差距偏大和总消费需求不足是一对孪生子,其产生的核心机制是古典产权制度下的工资市场定价。要缩小收入分配差距,实现共同富裕,必须转变经济发展方式,实行一系列面对市场的改革。     

转制院所在自主创新与转型发展中的定位

分析我国共性技术研究的现状可发现，决定长期科技创新成功与否的核心是在行业共性技术中的成果转化研究阶段，这是建立国家和企业核心竞争力的关键，也是我国与西方技术的差距所在。转制院所不但要关注短平快的科技创新，更要重视长期科技创新的成果转化工作。     

Managerial Values and Practices Sharing Common Cultural Heritage: A Comparison of Cultural Values in Hong Kong,Taiwan and the People's Republic of China

ABSTRACT

This paper explores managerial values and practices in three rapidly growing economies in Asia: Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the People's Republic of China. Differences and similarities in six cultural dimensions were investigated. Although participants in the present study share a common cultural heritage, their cultural values may be very different. Implications for cross-cultural research and practical applications are explored.     

Business Ethics in Spain

This article is an introduction to the selection of papers on "Business Ethics in Spain" included in this monographic issue of the Journal of Business Ethics. Specifically, this article is a survey of the development of the social, political, cultural and economic background of business in Spain since 1940, in order to show how the ethical values, attitudes and problems of the Spanish managers changed in these years. First, the global evolution of this background is explained, and then several relevant problems are discussed, namely those of the attitudes of business towards the State and the law (with an aside on the attitudes of society towards profit and wealth), corruption, and the grey economy, taxes, and irregular labour. The article concludes with a survey of the scientific developments of business ethics in Spain.
