从国内核心期刊文献统计分析透视森林公园研究的发展

以中国期刊全文数据库为资料来源,检索1992年1月～2011年12月期间在核心期刊发表的森林公园的文章,统计分析这些文献在时间、地区、发文期刊、作者、发文单位、被引用次数、内容等方面的情况,透视国内森林公园研究近20年的发展状况。     

Citizen attitude and expectation towards greenspace provision in compact urban milieu

Residents’ views are pertinent in urban-park design and management, yet they are often ignored. Social-empirical studies could enhance socially relevant park design. As a compact city, Hong Kong's limited greenspaces are often too small, surrounded by incompatible activities, and fail to meet user demands and expectations. This study explores the response of citizens living in the crowded urban milieu to inadequate greenspace provision. A questionnaire survey gleaned opinion from residents in representative residential neighbourhoods in old city and new towns. Green sites are appreciated more for pragmatic microclimatic and amenity benefits than social and high-order environmental functions. The principal limitations are deficiency in sports facilities and greenery. Respondents favour more trees, dispersed seating design and large parks. The preferences are mainly related to age, income, education and retirement status. The high-density living milieu may have weakened attitude and perception towards urban nature. The findings could inform public policies and programmes on urban parks. They call for an institutional restructuring to facilitate active public engagement in greenspace planning and management.     

EU enlargement and the evolution of European production networks

We analyse the regionalisation of the European Union's production networks and the impact of enlargement by looking at trends in trade in intermediate and final products in different types of technology between 1995 and 2007. We find that enlargement has coincided with quite major changes in the structure of trade within and beyond the EU. Overall we find that the new member states of the EU12 have become a more important source of goods both for the sub-region itself and for the EU15.We look at trends in different types of products and technologies. We find that there has been greater regional consolidation of production networks in lower tech goods, while in high tech goods global sources of inputs - especially ASEAN + 3 - are becoming more important. Overall the EU12 is becoming a more important source of both intermediate and final products, especially within its own sub-region. This evolution makes the companies in the sub-region very dependent on the EU home market.     

珠三角地区主题公园产业集群演进模式分析

进入21世纪以来,旅游产业环境发生了重大变化,在这种全球性世界经济危机的环境下,曾经被视为行业典范的珠三角地区主题公园产业集群发展模式受到质疑,笔者通过对珠三角地区主题公园产业集群演进机制深入分析以及发展模式比较,旨在引起业界对主题公园产业集群发展新的思考。     

交易成本视角下我国物流园区建设现状研究

物流园区是产业集群的表现,它发挥集群优势,降低了园区内各个企业的交易成本。现阶段,我国物流产业发展非常迅速,大江南北出现了许多现代化的物流园区,产生了明显的社会和经济效用,但问题也随之产生,物流园区降低交易成本的经济功能并没有充分的发挥,甚至造成了资源浪费。本文分析这些问题产生的原因,并提出相应的对策建议,以充分发挥物流园区对经济发展的促进作用。     

基于县域空间视角的辽宁产业园区发展对策研究

产业园区的建设已经成为县域经济发展的推动力。当前,辽宁确定以产业园区发展带动县域经济。文章通过对辽宁省县域产业园区发展特征、存在问题的分析,针对县域产业园区发展提出梯度推进、政府与市场协调、产业集群和产业链延伸等对策。     

中西部工业园区产业发展思考——例析南宁高新区

我国中西部工业园区的发展水平与东部工业园区相比还存在较大差距。中西部工业园区应通过对自身发展实际的分析,借鉴东部工业园区的先进理念,确立园区重点经营目标,加强园区建设,扩大产业规模,从而促进园区经济的发展。     

Profitability measurement of UK theme parks: an aggregate approach

Traditionally, financial ratios were used for profitability measurement. This research attempts to apply data envelopment analysis (DEA) to aggregate various financial ratios into a composite profitability index. The research sample includes 13 parks managed by 10 leading theme park operators in the UK. The result first reveals that multi‐site operators are significantly more profitable than their single‐site rivals. Furthermore, the consistency between DEA and ratio analysis indicates that DEA can be used as a good proxy of ratio analysis. It is hoped that this approach can provide new insights about financial measurement not available to managers through ratio analysis. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

宁夏农业科技园区专项计划项目实施情况及效果分析

农业科技园区专项项目是围绕影响农业产业化关键技术开展研究攻关，把具有市场开发前景的先进适用技术应用于产业化经营上而设立的科技研发项目。研究选取了2014-2016年列入宁夏自治区重点研发计划农业科技园区专项的69 个项目，从项目的执行情况、完成效果、组织管理以及经济和社会效益等方面进行绩效评价，并提出了存在的问题和建议。     

三维价值链视阈下科技成果转化知识供给体系研究

科技成果转化知识供给是指知识沿价值链不同维度，经过耦合与交流，形成知识供给体系，对其探索可推动知识的精准供给和有序流动。基于全程价值链视角，从3个维度剖析科技成果转化知识供给体系的特征与机理。在纵向维度中，知识供给纵贯创意→设计→实验→中试→量产→销售等价值环节，并经历知识分化、加工、增值、包装与应用；在横向维度中，科技成果转化知识供给内含于各价值模块中，具有半自律化特征；在网络维度中，知识供给嵌于价值网络中，具有开放组合性、跨领域交叉性与跨疆界性。
