The impact of corporate governance on employment relations in South Korea: the shareholder versus stakeholder perspectives

This study empirically examined the impact of corporate governance on employment relations outcomes utilizing a comprehensive data set drawn from 214 Korean firms. The study contrasted the stakeholder and shareholder perspectives of corporate governance in investigating the impact of corporate governance on employment relations outcomes. The results showed that the stakeholder corporate governance orientation (as compared to the shareholder orientation) had positive relationships with education/training expense, the level of average employee tenure and industrial relations climate, and had a negative association with number of strikes. Overall, the results implied that the stakeholder orientation of firms led to more beneficial effects for employees and more consensual relations with labor unions than the shareholder orientation did.

本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计等方法对现阶段老年人在大众健身中的体育参与情况及影响因素进行归纳、分析和研究,以了解目前老年人在大众健身中的体育参与情况,找出制约老年人大众体育参与的因素,为提升老年人在大众健身中的体育参与水平提供参考。     

投资者参与、企业内在价值与IPO抑价——基于中国A股市场的经验证据

本文以中国A股市场为背景,以2009～2010年沪深两市通过IPO募集股权资本的上市公司为样本,探讨了投资者参与程度、企业内在价值与IPO抑价之间的关系。研究发现,在诸多影响因素中,以市盈率衡量的企业内在价值与IPO抑价负相关;以中签率和换手率衡量的投资者参与程度,与IPO抑价正相关。较低的中签率和较高的换手率,代表更高的投资者参与热情,通常会导致更高的IPO抑价。此外,诸如IPO规模和行业特征等其他因素也会对IPO抑价产生影响。     

居家养老服务保障参与度的评估与分析——基于logit模型的估计

文章根据研究背景和经验理论提出假设，然后利用交互分析，找出居家养老参与度的影响因素，把被调查群体按不同年龄段和城乡分布分类，检验各个影响因素的显著性和稳定性，最后在总结研究结论的基础上，提出相应的建议与思考。     

农民阶层政治参与权利贫困问题研究

导致农民阶层处于弱势地位的主要原因是经济贫困、能力贫困和权利贫困，其中最根本的原因是权利贫困．而农民阶层权利贫困主要是指政治参与权利的贫困。农民阶层在具体的政治参与活动中客观上处于与其他阶层不平等的地位，致使农民阶层在实际生活中远离了政治权力中心，在政府主导的利益分配体系和相关的公共政策中影响微弱．     

Socioeconomic variations in perceived barriers to recreation participation among would‐be participants

Abstract

The effects of fifteen barriers to participation were examined among people who expressed a desire for but were unable to participate in a new recreational activity. Work commitments, overcrowding of facilities, and lack of partners were the three main barriers. The effects of barriers were not perceived uniformly across the sample but varied between subgroups defined according to socioeconomic variables: the people most likely to be affected by barriers to participation included the poor, the elderly, and single parents. The extent to which recreation practitioners can and should respond to these kinds of research findings is discussed, and several ways in which the effects of barriers to participation might be modified or alleviated are evaluated.     

Regional Development Programmes

Broad-focusing development programmes at a regional level have been a major thrust by governments of developing countries over the last three decades. Most of the programmes addressed here have been entirely or partly financed by donor agencies. They have tended to concentrate on augmenting activities of government line agencies, and have mainly emphasized physical and social infrastructure, standardized support facilities to enterprises and individuals, and, sometimes, land use zoning and other measures to regulate the spatial distribution of facilities and activities. This article suggests that regional development programmes may become more effective if they are designed as more flexible instruments for peoplecentred development, exploiting potential comparative advantages of innovation, networking and institution building in a broad sense. Basic organizational and management requirements for this would be a decentralized set-up, substantial freedom from government administration. flexible organizational form, process planning with compatible systems of monitoring and co-ordination, active facilitation of initiatives from below and democratically minded leaders with broad management competence.     

企业级信息系统实施中的用户参与研究

随着企业利用企业级信息系统实现管理创新，信息系统实施成为重要的技术管理问题。用户参与一直被认为是影响信息系统成功的重要因素，但在企业级信息系统实施情境中，传统的用户参与研究存在理论缺口。本文基于ERP项目的案例研究来探讨新IT情境中的用户参与问题，发现企业级信息系统实施中的用户参与包括承担总体责任、用户-顾问协作关系、从事具体工作、用户跨部门沟通及推动组织变革五个维度，其发挥作用的中介机制是促进用户对系统的接受，提升关系质量及保证解决方案质量。
