培养社区意识,促进城乡一体化发展

伴随着工业化、城镇化的发展,我国迈入了城乡一体化建设的新阶段。这种一体化的新型社会需要健康向上的社区意识予以支撑,为此应建立起共同的社区认同感、归属感和参与感。文章建议加强城乡社区相互融合,从社区服务工作入手,丰富社区活动,增强居民参与意识,推动城乡一体化进程。     

论长株潭“两型”社会建设视野下生态道德意识的培养

长株潭＂两型＂社会建设的本质就是实现生态化发展,而实现生态化发展最根本最有效地手段是提高全体社会成员生态道德意识。为此,要从政府决策宏观层次、企业中观层次和社会公众微观层次三方面来提高生态道德意识,同时,还应发挥学校教育在环境道德意识培养中的特殊作用以及加强环保部门组织协调作用。     

从“三聚氰胺事件”看如何提高政府危机管理效能

最近发生的三聚氰胺事件暴露出我国政府在危机管理中存在的管理低效能问题.在危机的事前管理、事中管理和事后管理的三个阶段中,都存在着不同程度的政府管理职能缺位、越位和错位现象.为了更好地建设服务型政府,提高政府危机管理效能,我国政府需要采取增强危机管理意识,建立有效的危机管理配套机制,完善危机管理法律体系等一系列措施.     

皖南山区养老状况和养老机制研究——以黄山市黟县四镇为例

通过对安徽黄山黟县四镇进行实地调查,分析总结出皖南山区养老的基本情况,提出了优化皖南山区农村养老机制的设想。     

大学生应确立终身体育意识

培养"终身体育"意识和能力,是我国学校体育发展的最终目标。本文从大学生终身体育意识的确立与人的发展;体育兴趣对终身体育意识的形成;高校体育与终身体育发展等多种因素,提出了:宣传体育时尚培养体育兴趣;大学生体育消费意识;从需要的角度出发确立教材内容,逐步建立终身体育教育体系的基本发展对策。     

Accessing Tourists’ Unconscious Associations about International Destinations: Data Fuzzification of Reaction Times in the Implicit Association Test

Starting with the proposition that shorter reaction time implies stronger implicit preference, this study assesses destination-related top-of-mind awareness (TOMA) by examining respondent reaction time to specific destination icons. A total 87 college students were recruited to complete self-report surveys and computer-based implicit association tests (IAT). The results show that participants’ responses vary depending on the two measures (i.e., self-report surveys and IATs). Through a data fuzzification method, the study demonstrates that the IAT would enhance our understanding of tourist TOMA, particularly related to familiarity issues. The implications of the study pertain to destination marketing are fully discussed.     

Emerging youth tourism: fostering young travelers’ conservation intentions

Greening is one of the most important issues faced by the tourism industry today. Nevertheless, theoretical and empirical research on young travelers’ sustainable behaviors is scarce. This study developed a conceptual framework involving biospheric value, environmental concern, environmental awareness, ascribed responsibility, and moral norm in order to better explain young travelers’ pro-environmental decision-making process. A total of seven hypotheses were proposed and tested using structural equation modeling. Results revealed that the postulated theoretical model satisfactorily accounted for three dimensions of young tourists’ environmentally responsible intentions; the study variables are all significantly related; and the mediating impact of moral norm and environmental concern was evident. Moreover, the prominent role of moral norm in forming intentions was noteworthy. Our findings from the invariance test further indicated that environmental awareness and ascribed responsibility acted as moderators. The implications of these results are discussed.     

对独立学院学生四级网考认知度的调查

大学英语四级网考对大学英语教学改革和学生英语综合能力提出了更高的要求。教师应改革教学模式,学生应改变学习态度,院校也应为教师和学生创造良好的学习环境,提高学生的英语自主学习能力。     

城市交通问题的产权分析

通过对多个城市的观察,发现《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》的许多条款形同虚设,得不到切实的执行。本文根据产权理论对这一现象进行了分析,解释当前城市交通问题的主要成因即：车辆的增多、无法识别、十字路口和交通意识。产权的主要作用是帮助人们形成与他人交流的信息的预期,有了清晰界定的产权,就可以减少城市交通中人与人之间的不确定性,减小冲突的发生。为此,本文提出了解决城市交通问题的政策建议,即限制行车数量、增强非机动车辆的识别能力和规范十字路口标识,提高公民城市交通意识。通过减少交易成本,清晰的界定产权等手段规范城市交通,从而帮助行人建立稳定的预期,保证道路畅通。     

关于法治建设表层化问题研究

中国法治建设进程中存在着法治建设表层化问题,表现为注重外部形式的法律条文和制度建设,轻视法治理念建设,这阻碍了法治建设的实质进展,笔者从文化、经济、政治三角度分析了法治建设表层化的原因,进而提出了克服法治建设表层化的具体途径。
