CDIO工程模式的实施要素分析

CDIO工程教育模式是工程教育改革的新成果,在CDIO工程教育模式中要求教师具有良好的工作实践能力、教学能力和职业道德,依托课程微项目的实践活动可以帮助学生进行良好的工作实践建构,达到自主学习,从而提高课堂教学效果。     

东莞篮球中心项目精细化管理的实践

面对建筑市场的严峻的形势及项目管理的粗放与困惑,精细化管理已成为项目管理必然发展的趋势。文章通过对东莞篮球中心工程案例贯彻细节决定成败、管理创造效益的思路,不断创造现场标准化工地建设的新水平,加大在建项目的管理力度,对项目精细化管理的实践与应用进行研究。通过对工程成本、质量、进度和安全等方面管理要素制定可行目标,提出了精细化管理的对策及措施,阐述了工程建设过程中所实施精细化管理的方法与技术,总结了实施精细化管理的一些体会。     

美国学前教师职前培训体系演进之路省思与启示

美国是世界上学前教育最发达的国家之一,非常重视学前教育师资的培训和质量的提高,高素质的幼教师资主要通过职前培训这个途径来实现。本研究对美国学前教师职前培训体系发展历程进行了梳理,分为学徒制时期、培训学校时期、师范学校时期、师范学院时期和综合大学的教育学院和文理学院的教育系时期。反思不同时期美国学前教师职前培训的经验与教训,结合我国国情,在培训目标、课程设置、质量保障机制、教育实践等几个方面对我国学前师资的职前培训体系进行展望。     

The Politics of Property in Planning: Hezbollah's Reconstruction of Haret Hreik (Beirut,Lebanon) as Case Study

This research looks at post‐2006‐war reconstruction of the southern suburbs of Beirut under the auspices of Hezbollah (the Islamic resistance movement in Lebanon). The project was widely acclaimed as an alternative to current neoliberal planning practices in the Middle East and beyond. Based on a critical reading of the conception of property issues in this planning project, the article argues that this reconstruction presents a new geometry or alternative to the mainstream configuration of neoliberal urbanism, rather than a departure from its precepts. The reason for this is that the adopted language of property corresponds closely with the conception of property advocated by neoliberal planning, one that enshrines private, individual ownership as sacred and desirable and that works to strengthen its model in the city. I further argue that the ‘neoliberal planning regime’ within which Hezbollah's urban intervention occurs is not accidental; rather, it is necessary for the party's control of this space's future and for consolidating its territory in the city. It is hence expected that Hezbollah's planning in the city will produce the same decried effects as neoliberal planning elsewhere in the city rather than usher an innovative, progressive model of planning.

素质教育是现代职业教育体系的重要目标。这一目标的实现要依赖于与之相适应的成熟的实践育人体系建设。实践育人作为育人工作理念,在高职院校人才培养过程中其体系的构建应更多地联系高职院校的育人实际,科学地设定目标、选择路径、建立机制,更高效地实现高等职业院校的高技能人才培养目标。

区县党委政府保障和改善民生实践存在的问题与对策——以重庆市九龙坡区为例

一段时间以来,我国区县一级党委政府围绕保障和改善民生进行了积极实践,但也还存在保障水平不高、顶层设计不善、部门协同不力、社会参与不够等突出问题.从重庆九龙坡区的实践来看,我国区县党委政府要深入推进保障和改善民生实践,必须坚持系统抓好经济发展、提升战略认识、加强组织领导和强化科学统筹四个方面的工作.     

Credit lender–borrower relationship in the credit card market – Implications for credit risk management strategy and relationship marketing

Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy in 2008, precipitating the international financial crisis. Many questioned the banks’ risk-taking credit system. Understanding credit risk and how the credit system functions may provide knowledge on managing credit, to avoid another such international crisis. We study the credit card field and present a pricing decision model for managing credit risk. Recent credit lenders’ portfolio re-pricing practices call for immediate attention to the credit lender–borrower relationship and relationship marketing. A literature review and recent phenomena in the credit card industry reveal that the lenders’ re-pricing strategy negatively affects the credit lender–borrower relationship and relationship marketing. Thus, we introduce a pricing decision model incorporating the lenders’ re-pricing strategy and the credit lender–borrower relationship. Further, we discuss the implications of, and the role of marketing in, credit risk management and the implications of relationship marketing for credit lenders in foreign markets, including the US market.
