科研人员的时间分配与生活满意度--性别的视角

在各种职业群体中,专业技术人员工作时间最长,作为其子群体的科研人员工作时间长、压力大是不争的事实,但目前学术界对科研人员时间分配状况与其生活满意度的关系还没有可靠的研究。本研究利用“科技工作者时间利用状况调查”数据,分析我国科研人员时间分配状况与生活满意度的关系,并对其中的性别差异做分析。研究发现,工作时间中科研时间所占的比例与满意度负相关,家务劳动时间过长或过短都负面影响满意度,通勤时间也负面影响满意度,睡眠时间越长满意度越高,休闲娱乐时间长短对满意度的影响不明显;男性科研人员和女性科研人员时间分配与满意度关系模式不同,科研时间占比、通勤时间对男性有影响,家务时间对女性有影响。     

旅游业对旅游目的地社会文化影响研究

中国旅游业迅速发展而带来的巨大经济利润的同时,其对社会、文化的负面影响也是不容忽视的。必须立足于中国旅游发展的实际,结合迄今为止中国旅游影响研究的相关论著,从当地居民、目的地文化、宏观环境三个方面对旅游的社会文化影响来进行研究,以便为有关部门和相关人员提供决策依据和行动参考。     

WTO《原产地规则协议》对贸易的影响

多边贸易体制中的"原产国标记"与乌拉圭回合《原产地规则协议》对用于海关贸易统计的一般原产地规则做出了原则性规定,但对优惠原产地方面却没有制订出为世界各国所接受的多边规定,致使优惠原产地规则被滥用,对世界贸易产生不均衡性影响。我国原产地规则领域存在的问题突出表现为立法滞后、法规不周详不健全;出口货物原产地授予标准过宽,致使原产地规则不具备宏观调控和投资结构政策导向功能;进口商品原产地认定标准过宽,危害我国幼稚产业的健康发展等方面,导致我国加工贸易减少,对我国吸引外商投资的环境改善将产生不利影响。

Destination Attractiveness Drivers among Urban Hostel Tourists: An Analysis of Frustrators and Delighters

This study is based on data from 679 tourists staying at hostel accommodation facilities in Zagreb, a propulsive city‐break destination in Central Europe. Besides providing insight into the socio‐demographic and behavioural characteristics of hostel tourists, this study uncovers determinant destination attributes influencing their perceptions of destination attractiveness. In particular, impact asymmetry analysis identified potential sources of delight and frustration among hostel tourists. Since the hostel tourist segment, as such, is almost completely unconsidered in contemporary tourism research, partly covered only by a few studies on youth travellers and backpackers, the results of this case study are valuable to both practitioners and researchers related to the hostelling industry and city destination marketing organizations. 社会流动对村庄信任模式的冲击

在社会化条件下的传统型中国乡村,生产、生活、乃至交往都被卷入了一个开放、流动、分工的社会化体系之中,以往那个封闭、保守、内敛的传统乡村社会中的乡村信任模式在新的社会环境下受到了不可避免的冲击与影响。本文从社会流动对于传统村庄信任模式的冲击的角度思考在社会转型期条件下构建村庄信任模式的理性道路。     

试论如何妥善应对沙尘暴灾害

2010年3月我国北方地区连续出现7次沙尘天气过程,其中2次强沙尘天气对华北、华中、华东等地区人民生产生活造成严重影响。论述了沙尘暴形成的3个基本条件,认为沙尘暴是一种正常自然现象,我们应当正确对待。提出了应加强预警和应急处置措施,同时还应继续结合治理沙化土地,造林种草,增强植被,以减缓沙尘暴的危害。     

Order book approach to price impact

Buying and selling stocks causes price changes, which are described by the price impact function. To explain the shape of this function, we study the Island ECN orderbook. In addition to transaction data, the orderbook contains information about potential supply and demand for a stock. The virtual price impact calculated from this information is four times stronger than the actual one and explains it only partially. However, we find a strong anticorrelation between price changes and order flow, which strongly reduces the virtual price impact and provides for an explanation of the empirical price impact function.     

Defensible Space on the Move: Revisiting the Urban Geography of Alice Coleman

This article traces the movement of the concept of ‘defensible space’ from New York City in the 1970s, where it was developed by the Canadian architect/planner Oscar Newman, to London in the 1980s and into design interventions in British public housing in the 1990s, through British geographer Alice Coleman, who acted as an especially powerful transfer agent. In focusing on this urban design ‘concept’ on the move we contribute to existing scholarship on policy mobility and city building in a number of ways. First, we explore an instance of the movement/mobility of a planning concept in a historical period (the recent past) largely overlooked to date. Secondly, we demonstrate that this movement was the result of a disaggregated series of expert knowledge transfers and localized translations of pre‐policy expert knowledge, generated through university‐based research work and networks. We theorize this instance of urban planning mobility by way of the interlinked insights offered by the sociology of science and policy‐mobilities literatures. As this is an instance of university research shaping public policy it also offers an opportunity to reflect upon the meaning of ‘evidence‐based policy’ and the impact agenda in contemporary higher education.
