基于Agent的虚拟物流信息平台结构研究

虚拟物流是提高物流效率、节省物流资源的现代物流模式,虚拟物流信息平台是实现虚拟物流的技术基础。本文应用多Agent技术对虚拟物流信息平台的结构进行了研究,描述出基于多Agent的虚拟物流信息平台的总体框架,提出了构成上述物流信息平台的主要模块——用户管理模块、任务调度模块、业务处理模块、资源整合模块、过程监控模块的Agent组成、作用及运行机理。     

Agricultural extension system reform and agent time allocation in China

We conducted a nationally representative survey to measure the impact of China's institutional reforms in public agricultural extension on the time allocation of its one million agricultural extension agents. We found that Chinese agents spent much less time than their titles would suggest on providing agricultural extension services, and that agents whose base salaries were funded fully or partially by commercial activities spent substantially less time serving farmers. The institutional incentives associated with the source of funding have a much larger effect on agent time allocation than do the levels of funding. We conclude that the recent government policy to separate commercial activities from extension services is a step in the right direction and should be expanded. The results also suggest that, at least for agricultural extension, the goal of many national governments and international donors to develop locally financing institutions to sustain development projects may be misguided.     

基于Agent技术的工作流引擎结构研究

在分布式工作流引擎建模中，引入了具有良好应用特性的多Agent技术．并对引擎模型中各个Agent模块分别进行解释。应用规则推导产生工作流引擎模型，对动态复杂活动进行解析，选取最佳执行路径，同时对任务和资源进行合理调度安排，提高资源利用率。Agent按照这种模型进行系统应用，以改善工作流引擎的运行效率。     

Choice of Portfolios and Fee under Principal -Agent Framework with Uncertain Exit - Time

In the real world, an investor is usually not sure about when he or she will exit investment. She can only make estimation prior. With the growth of the scale of open - end funds which can be subscribed and redeemed at any time. Investors began to pay more attention on problems such as whether the fee is reasonable, the payment can encourage the agent or not. Others would consider if the portfolio that the agent chooses is the best one. This paper considers the principal - agent problem with uncertain exit - time under two cases： the action of the agent is observable and unobservable. We derive close - form expressions of the optimal portfolio and the best fee. Finally an empirical analysis is given based on the data of some open - end funds in China.
