Organizational career management practices and objective career success: A systematic review and framework

The theorization of the relationship between organizational investments in career development and individual success remains underdeveloped, and empirical tests of this relationship, which have been dispersed among several disciplinary areas, have produced inconsistent results. Addressing these issues, the purpose of this article is to propose a theoretical framework that illustrates why and how organizational career management practices translate into career success and under what circumstances the relationship is effective. Using a systematic review of empirical studies on career management practices and objective success, we identify three theoretical mechanisms - developmental, informational, and relational - and two groups of contingency factors that explain this relationship. Our framework advances the extant literature on organizational career management and provides suggestions to companies for designing effective career management systems.

在全球化背景下的国际经济交往中,一方面各国之间的相互依存不断加深,另一方面经济全球化的浪潮也缩小了各国之间的比较优势,各国之间的竞争加剧,贸易摩擦层出不断。当前随着全球经济一体化进程的加快及我国加入世贸组织,我国已步入贸易摩擦高发期,其中中美贸易摩擦格外引人注目。因此,重视贸易摩擦问题,对其进行理论探讨,就成为最为基础性的研究工作。     

Internal Markets,Management by Targets,and Quasi‐Markets: An Analysis of Health Care Reforms in the English NHS

There have been two major attempts to introduce market mechanisms into England's National Health Service: the ‘internal market’ reform project of the 1990s, and the ‘quasi‐market’ of the 2000s. Despite their similarities, the former attempt was on balance unsuccessful while the latter succeeded. This article examines and compares the outcomes of the two periods, analysing the reasons for their relative successes and failures. It goes on to highlight options for future reforms that would build on those achievements.     

关于高职《经济学基础》教学的思考

经济学基础是高职经济管理类专业开设的一门重要的专业基础课,是学习其他专业课的先导课和必修课,但由于该课程的知识容量大、逻辑关系复杂、基本理论抽象,导致了教师“难教”与学生“难学”.本文着重从教学中教师的主导作用和学生的主体地位进行了探讨,强调只有通过行之有效的教学方式,加之科学合理的学习方法,才能保证教学目标的实现.     

企业性格内涵、表现形式与演化机制

在明确界定企业性格内涵的基础上，构建了一个探索性理论架构，试图阐明由组织成员个体人格到组织层面企业性格的表现形式和演化机制，并基于6项核心特征分析，指出企业性格对组织竞争优势形成的3条作用路径，提炼出竞争优势形成的性格基础观，为未来研究提出整合性分析框架。     

国外电子商务税收问题的研究综述

伴随着互联网络的发展以及经济全球化的进程，电子商务近年来发展极为迅猛，在为人类社会带来深刻变革的同时，也对各国税收制度带来极大挑战。本文探讨了电子商务的各种特征，分析了电子商务对税收的影响因素，并结合国外知名公司的真实案例，研究了国外针对电子商务的各种税收政策。希望对我国制定符合国情的电子商务税收制度方面提供参考和借鉴。     

A multidisciplinary review into the definition,operationalization, and measurement of talent

Organizations report great difficulty in measuring talent accurately, reflecting the lack of theoretical foundations for talent-identification in the HRM literature. This multidisciplinary review aims to contribute to the establishment of a stronger theoretical basis for talent-management by presenting a conceptual framework of talent in which the definition, operationalization and measurement of talent and its relation to excellent performance is clarified. We systematically introduce 11 propositions into the framework, building on fragmented insights from the literature—from the fields of HRM, gifted education, positive psychology, and vocational psychology respectively—that will guide readers in understanding and applying the proposed framework.

钢板仓作为一种新的现代化仓储设备,具有施工周期短、标准化程度高、基础施工省等优点,越来越多地在粮油、饲料、酿酒、化工等行业得到了广泛的应用。然而,钢板仓基础结构的选择显得尤为重要,尤其是地震烈度大、沿海地区显得非常重要。基于此,结合工程设计实例,研究在8度地震区基础结构选择的重要性,以期对结构安全、施工工艺和控制造价有一定的参考价值。
