“十四五”时期是国际经济秩序重塑的关键期、新一轮科技革命和产业变革由孕育发展向形成高潮的关键过渡期、我国跨过高收入门槛的关键期和改革攻坚的关键时期,也是我国新旧动能接续转换的关键时期。加快新旧动能转换对于促进经济持续稳定健康增长、抢占新一轮科技革命机遇和实现高质量发展等意义重大,是我国转换发展方式、调整经济结构、建设现代化经济体系和实现体制机制转型的重要途径。必须深化对新旧动能转换内涵和特征的认识,厘清思路,明确新旧动能转换重点;深化体制机制改革,激发新旧动能转换活力;培育主体,做优做强一批新旧动能转换领军企业和优质中小企业;加快集群建设,形成一批新旧动能转换高地;创新优化要素支撑,夯实新旧动能转换基础;提升对外开放水平,拓展新旧动能转换空间。  相似文献

The work presents a robust approach to labor share analysis. The estimate of labor share presents various complexities related to the nature of the data sets to be analyzed. Typically, labor share is evaluated by using discriminant analysis and linear or generalized linear models, that do not take into account the presence of possible outliers. Moreover, the variables to be considered are often characterized by a high dimensional structure. The proposed approach has the objective of improving the estimation of the model using robust multivariate regression techniques and data transformation.  相似文献

Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) technology remains in early stages of adoption, but advancements and breakthroughs are quickly moving this process forward. There is a critical need for cybersecurity to be a priority in the development of these new tools, alongside design and utility. Given the rapid pace and potential magnitude of the coming advancements in IoMT, if privacy and security risks are neglected, a significant crisis could emerge in the form of more frequent cybersecurity breaches. This article examines the market opportunities and risks associated with IoMT and outlines a plan for proactively mitigating concerns and providing a platform to foster growth, to modify attitudes and behaviors, and to continue to build consumer confidence in the overall health system without sacrificing security.  相似文献

医工交叉是医疗器械持续创新的基础动力,是我国医疗器械产业升级的关键。近年来,我国出台了一系列政策促进科技成果转化,但医工交叉领域具有周期长、多方参与、投资巨大等特点,导致其失败风险高并制约了科技成果转化的效率。本文通过分析医工交叉成果转化中存在的问题,从法律保障的视角提出能够促进科技成果转化的法律制度建议,从科研工作者权益保障、资金托管安全和知识产权收益等角度综合保障转化成果,促进我国医疗器械产业的可持续发展。  相似文献

Abstract

Not long after the beginnings of motorization in the early 1900s, deaths and injuries from motor vehicle crashes became a problem in a number of high-income-countries (HIC)s, especially the United States. With the biggest problem the US led early efforts to address this issue, and for six decades these efforts were based on folklore (ie a body of widely held but false or unsubstantiated beliefs). They were not evaluated, but clearly were unsuccessful as crash deaths and injuries continued to rise. It was not until the 1970s that a broader range of countermeasures began to be adopted and was scientifically evaluated, and as a result, crash deaths and injuries declined. This history has important lessons today for many low-and-middle-income countries that have growing numbers of motor vehicle crash deaths and injuries, many of which are pedestrians and motorcyclists. This is because there continue to be advocates for many of the failed approaches (especially educational) that dominated the early efforts in HICs.  相似文献

智能产业创新系统具有一套实现技术创新、促进成果转化的有效机制,包括多元创新主体相互作用和协同,共同实现产业技术创新;产业创新系统内的知识交流、溢出成为实现产业技术创新的基础与条件;制度、规则等为产业技术创新提供强有力的保障.本文基于价值网络分析法,具体剖析以色列贝尔谢巴先进科技园区网络安全产业创新系统的运行机制,包括以大学为枢纽形成多方参与主体协同创新的系统机制、政府投资和社会投资对创新创业风险形成有效分担机制、军事资源对科技创新成果转化和创新创业活动的催化机制等.以色列网络安全产业创新系统运行机制对中国构建和完善智能产业运行机制具有重要的借鉴意义,包括:强化技术创新的系统观念,加快构建不同产业的技术创新体系;完善产业创新系统的金融分担体系;充分发挥政府在产业创新中的重要作用;强化大学在产业创新系统中的重要作用;加大产业创新系统中的军民融合和成果相互转化;加快构建智能经济条件下的新型产业创新系统.  相似文献

Recently, low-cost airline (LCA) companies have become more attractive. However, emerging digital technologies have transformed the passengers’ profiles. Digital competency has become a crucial matter to capture digital passenger expectations. Hence, the purpose of the study is to introduce a new digital competency evaluation (DCE) model. The proposed model comprises technology transformation & implementation, and also transformation & adaptation management dimensions, with ten criteria and thirty sub-criteria. Criteria weights are calculated using the IVIF AHP method. The results show that the most significant dimension is transformation and adaptation management. The most digitally competent airline is selected through the IVIF VIKOR method. A case study concerning the LCAs is conducted in Turkey to verify the validity of the proposed model.  相似文献

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed how salespeople interact with customers and with business-to-business (B2B) organizations. Organizations must confront the shifts in how their salespeople operate. Recent research recommends firms develop an adaptive sales force to address disruptions like a pandemic and be prepared to meet such challenges in the future.
