In this paper we construct all possible orthogonal arrays OA(18,q, 3,2) with 18 runs and 3 ≤ q ≤ 7 columns and present those that are nonisomorphic. A discussion on the novelty and the superiority of many of the designs
found in terms of isomorphism and generalized minimum aberration has been made.

In this paper we present an effective algorithm for the construction and the identification of two-level nonisomorphic orthogonal

氧化锌(ZnO)是一种原料易得、价廉、毒性小的光电薄膜材料,具有巨大的开发潜力,但ZnO薄膜一般是采用异质外延的方式获得,晶体质量有待提高。采用激光脉冲沉积(PLD)方法,在镀镍(Ni)蓝宝石衬底上生长高质量ZnO薄膜。由于镀镍工艺成熟,能够起缓冲作用,缓解ZnO外延层和蓝宝石衬底之间的晶格失配,从而能获得较高质量的ZnO薄膜。通过不同条件下生长的样品对比测试及表征,结果表明,在Ni/Al2O3上生长极性面ZnO薄膜比直接在蓝宝石上生长ZnO薄膜晶体质量更好;同时发现PLD的生长温度对ZnO薄膜有较大影响,在550℃生长条件下,生长的极性面(c面)ZnO薄膜摇摆曲线半峰宽为0.547°,晶体质量明显优于无缓冲层生长的ZnO薄膜。 相似文献

本文主要研究了由ZnO组成的超疏水表面的合成和性能。ZnO本身具有亲水性,但通过改性表面微结构可以生成疏水性表面。采用喷墨打印的方式将纳米ZnO种子打印在载玻片上,形成微凸包,再通过水热法生成ZnO微晶棒以获得超疏水表面,测得表面接触角为153°。同时分析了具有不同微晶棒阵列的超疏水表面接触角变化情况。 相似文献

Screening designs are useful for situations where a large number of factors are examined but only a few, k, of them are expected to be important. Traditionally orthogonal arrays such as Hadamard matrices and Plackett Burman designs have been studied for this purpose. It is therefore of practical interest for a given k to know all the classes of inequivalent projections of the design into the k dimensions that have certain statistical properties. In this paper we present 15 inequivalent Hadamard matrices of order n=32 constructed from circulant cores. We study their projection properties using several well-known statistical criteria and we provide minimum generalized aberration 2 level designs with 32 runs and up to seven factors that are embedded into these Hadamard matrices. We consider two related models for interference: one having different directional neighbour effects and one with the same
neighbour effects. We show that optimal designs for one model can be obtained from optimal designs for the other model.
