人脸比对智能程序的开发实践

在百度平台创建应用,获得API Key和Secret Key。选用HTTP访问方式,获得人脸比对的Access_token。利用Python代码向URL发送请求,获取了“人脸比对”结果,通过数据抓取显示了比对结果。利用Tkinter设计的GUI界面,用户只需要选择两张人脸图片,可以立即获得比对结果。     

浅析中职学校心理健康课程的改革实践

已有数百年历史的国家其发展计划是基于教育的,而教育的基础是人,所有的教育必须以人为本。对人而言,最重要的是一个人的身心健康,学生除了应该在学校考虑身体健康,更重要的是应认真考虑其心理健康。学校的心理健康教育不仅可以帮助学生学习得更好,还可以教会学生如何控制自己的情绪,如何学习以及如何与他人建立关系。论文对中职学校心理健康课程的改革实践进行了分析。     

How novel actors achieve a positive reputation: A case of prep schools with elite‐level hockey programs

How are novel organizations able to build a positive reputation while attempting to enter into a system with established organizations? To address this, we examined the field of elite‐level amateur hockey. Private Secondary Schools (PSS) are novel in that they offer a nontraditional pathway for players with respect to fielding elite‐level hockey teams. Findings from interviews with PSS with elite‐level hockey programs revealed that PSS highlight their Selection Processes, Player Development Practices, and the enhanced Player Experience in an effort to build a positive reputation. This study contributes to the literature on reputation by showing that novel organizations can build a reputation through highlighting the unique value they add. Copyright © 2016 ASAC. 浅谈新课程标准下郊区中职体育教学评价模式的初探

本文针对传统的体育教学评价法方进行阐述,试图探寻一条更有利于提高中专体育课堂教学效果的评价机制。希望能在教学评价中提供有效的帮助,为中职体育教学提供更多的选择。     

基于Stacking模型融合的店铺销量预测

为了实现企业产品销量预估,提高生产供应的准确性与效率,提出了基于Stacking模型的融合算法进行销量预测。算法设计了两层堆叠的模型结构,初级学习器采用随机森林、支持向量回归、差分整合移动平均自回归、轻量级梯度提升机器和门控循环单元5种单模型,将分类与回归树作为次级学习器构成Stacking融合模型,并对数据进行了预测。预测结果显示,使用Stacking模型融合后得到了较好的预测结果,比单模型中效果最好的模型的均方根误差更小,平均绝对误差更小,决定系数值更大,表明Stacking融合模型的预测准确率更高。所设计模型可用于对企业店铺的产品销量进行预测,帮助企业更好地安排生产、营销活动,为减少库存、缩短生产销售周期提供数据支持,对企业生产决策有一定的参考价值。     

"赛课结合"在中职《服装陈列设计》课程中的实践探讨

为提高中职服装设计专业学生综合素质和就业能力,在《服装陈列设计》课程中提出了一种“赛课结合”的教学模式。理论课堂以项目驱动形式,采用参与式教学法引导学生在课堂中主动参与学习讨论;通过“服装陈列创新工作室”第二课堂,带领学生参加相关学科竞赛,以“课堂+比赛”的方式达到教学相长的目的。     

企业对中职电商学生需求调查与分析

为了更好地推进中职电商专业的发展,培养适合企业需求的中职电商学生,笔者针对企业对中职电商学生的需求是什么这一问题,通过企业走访和发放调查问卷的形式,对企业进行一系列的调研,运用EXCEL软件对收集的数据进行分析,发现企业为学生提供的工作岗位、所需技能和个人综合素质等方面都发生新的变化,这些变化是随着电商的迅速发展而出现的。这就要求中职学校要做出相应的调整,鼓励学生毕业后继续学习,提高学历;着重培养学生吃苦耐劳、沟通能力等综合素质;开设满足企业岗位需求技能课程。     

Security regulations,access to capital markets,and firm performance: Evidence from China

This study explores the cost of security regulations in China, where firms are required to meet a certain profitability benchmark before applying for permission to raise more equity via secondary equity offerings (SEOs). Using a difference-in-differences setting, we show that firms affected by the regulation (i.e., firms with high external financing demands (EFD) but profitability lower than the regulatory requirement) significantly underperform their counterparts, while unaffected firms do not. The affected firms’ performance decline increases (decreases) when the requirement of profitability is more (less) restricted. Consistently, the three-day cumulative abnormal return (CAR) of firms with high EFD is significantly negative (positive) when the regulation is tightened (loosened). Our study provides evidence on how the cost of regulation affects companies that have growth opportunities.     

Environmental factors of food literacy in Australian high schools: views of home economics teachers

This study set out to examine environmental factors impacting on the food literacy of adolescents. It utilized data from a nation‐wide survey of home economics teachers regarding their experience of food literacy education in Australian high schools. Content analysis and the ANGELO framework were applied to analyse free‐text comments from 78 of the respondents that were collected as part of a more extensive data set. The analysis of environmental factors revealed three enablers and ten barriers that could influence food literacy education delivered by high schools in Australia. High schools are well positioned to improve adolescents’ food literacy through a comprehensive, hands‐on approach in home economics. However, many environmental barriers were reported that could influence food literacy education in Australian high schools such as: lack of teaching materials and facilities, and human resources; the perceived inadequacy of the Australian school curriculum; non‐supportive school canteens; and negative role modelling. This study points to the need to eliminate or reduce these environmental barriers impacting on the capacity for effective food literacy education in high schools to help adolescents increase their food literacy and thereby support them in making informed food choices.     

城市供水的二次污染原因及治理

自来水经过一定的处理工艺,然后经过配送管网输送至各户。水在配送管网中流动的过程中,往往会受到管网、供水管道及附属设备的影响,造成二次污染。因此,要切实做好城市供水二次污染的防治工作,提高人们的生活质量。基于此,本文提出了城市供水二次污染的几点原因和一般性的治理对策。
