研究目的:揭示福建省2009—2018年碳排放约束下的城镇建设用地利用效率时空演化特征,探究城镇建设用地利用效率动态变化的影响因素。研究方法:数据包络分析、Hicks-Moorsteen指数和面板数据模型。研究结果:(1)福建省城镇建设用地利用碳排放呈"先升后降再升"的变化特征;(2)碳排放约束下的福建省城镇建设用地利用效率动态变化可先后分为连续下降和平稳增长两阶段,沿海经济发达城市呈逐年改善态势,其余城市则表现出波动式正向增长趋势;(3)能源结构系数与城镇建设用地利用效率呈显著负相关,而土地城镇化率、产业结构、进口贸易和外商直接投资对城镇建设用地利用效率具有显著的正向促进作用。研究结论:推动福建省城镇建设用地的低碳与高效利用应根据各市经济发展特征,合理优化土地资源配置,制定差异化能源、产业、技术创新和贸易政策。  相似文献

This paper deals with the productivity index based on Hicks-Moorsteen (HM) productivity index for analysis of Stock Exchange firms. In this paper, a decomposition of Hicks-Moorsteen productivity index is provided that uses data envelopment analysis (DEA) models. On the other hand, it is offered a new interpretation and decomposition for components of HM productivity index that in previous studies were not performed any interpretation of it. These components have named the output production and the input consumption in terms of changing the efficiency frontier. In addition, by comparing the components of HM productivity index and productivity value, the optimal values of output production and input consumption are determined. Also, the analysis is determined how to identify the optimal value of a firm over a period of time. The proposed approach is applied to 26 pharmaceutical manufacturers that are from Tehran Stock Exchange. Data have been collected for six consecutive years (2009–2014) and have been considered financial ratios for evaluating companies. The results show that the Hicks-Moorsteen productivity index is more able to provide managerial aspects than other productivity indexes such as the Malmquist productivity index.  相似文献

利用具有完全可乘性的非参数Hi cks-Moorst een生产率指数,对中国铁路运输业在1 997-201 0年期间的全要素生产率进行测算和分解,并对区域铁路运输业生产率进行绝对收敛检验。研究发现,平稳快速的技术进步是样本期间内中国铁路运输业全要素生产率快速增长的主要原因,而投入产出混合效率的下降则是各时段某些地区综合效率下降的重要因素;全国及三大地区的铁路运输业生产率在统计上均存在着显著的绝对收敛。此外,还应用面板计量模型实证检验了结构变迁、资本深化和引致需求等诸多因素对于铁路运输业全要素生产率、技术进步以及效率变动的相关影响。研究发现,产业经济结构和铁路运输内部结构分别与铁路运输业生产率之间存在显著的正相关和负相关关系;资本深化程度则呈现出显著的负向影响;各种引致需求因素和铁路路网密度均呈现出显著的正向影响;国有铁路所占比例与公路设施等替代竞争因素则均呈现出不同程度的负相关影响。  相似文献

采用Hicks-Moorsteen指数方法估算了1978—2002年中国东部九省服务业全要素生产率(Total Factor Productivity,TFP)的增长情况,并将其分解为技术进步和技术效率,结果发现,中国服务业TFP的平均增长率为10.64%,主要原因是技术进步水平的提高,技术效率的贡献率明显偏低,但不同时期技术进步和技术效率对中国服务业TFP增长的贡献存在一定差异。中国服务业TFP的快速增长需要技术进步与技术效率的共同提高,积极推进和深化服务业的市场化改革尤为重要。  相似文献

基于Malmquist指数法和乘积完备的Hicks-Moorsteen指数法对农业TFP增长进行测度,并将TFP分解为技术进步和效率变化。结果表明:19792011年间中国农业TFP年均增长率为2.1%2011年间中国农业TFP年均增长率为2.1%2.7%,其中技术进步年均增长3.0%2.7%,其中技术进步年均增长3.0%3.6%,混合规模效率年均增长0.6%。因此,在农业投入产出过程中应重视农业生产结构以及规模方面的调整和优化。  相似文献

This study examines the total factor productivity (TFP) change of the UK airport industry from 2001 to 2009 using a Hicks-Moorsteen index method. The results show that the industry experienced an average annual growth in TFP of 0.32 per cent with efficiency change being the main contributor to the TFP growth. We find that private UK airports enjoy slightly higher TFP growth than those in public or mixed ownership. Regulation and airport size are found to have statistically significant effects on the airport productivity level.  相似文献

Summary. Introducing a new difference-based Luenberger-Hicks-Moorsteen productivity indicator, this contribution establishes theoretically its relations with some existing ratio- and difference-based productivity indexes and indicators. The first main result is an approximation proposition stating that the logarithm of the Hicks-Moorsteen productivity index is about equal to the Luenberger-Hicks-Moorsteen productivity indicator.
