数字档案库参与“非遗”保护发展路径探析——以岭南传统艺术影像档案库为例

针对新时代非物质文化遗产传播和保护面对的现实问题，对非物质文化遗产传承和保护的数字化路径进行深入分析，对岭南传统艺术影像档案库参与非物质文化遗产保护和传承的实践研究得出，新时代的非物质文化遗产传播与保护应当充分运用数字化技术，借助新媒体平台为非遗保护传承赋能。通过创建非物质文化遗产数字化档案库的建设等多种方式，让数字化技术应用到非物质文化遗产的传承和保护当中。     

高校科研档案管理存在的问题及对策构想

科研档案管理工作是高校事业发展的重要组成部分之一,为了改善科研档案管理中存在的归档不及时、不完整、重档轻管、只存不用等问题,可以考虑采用分级管理模式、进行信息化建设、培训档案管理人员等方法来提升高校科研档案的质量和利用率。

实行档案提供利用方式的多样化,对档案利用率能够产生显性、半显性和隐性的作用。现有的档案利用率计算公式已不能适应这种多样化的要求,需要进行合理调整。     

A ‘new’ economic history of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region

This article argues that there is a need to develop a ‘new’ economic and social history of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region that is based on exploiting novel sources of data, including (a) primary papyrological sources from the medieval period, (b) primary sources at the region's local archives and European (colonial) archives, and (c) primary sources from the ancient (pre-Islamic) period. The proposed ‘new’ history of the MENA region must be inter-disciplinary for two reasons: (a) digitizing and employing these novel data sources in research requires the collaboration of social scientists, historians, archaeologists, anthropologists, demographers and papyrologists, as well as the co-operation of MENA-based scholars who have better access to MENA's local archives, and (b) even if these novel sources are digitized, data limitations are likely to impose a constraint on the reach of quantitative analysis and thus necessitate an inter-disciplinary methodology that combines quantitative evidence with historical analysis.     

细水雾灭火系统的工程应用研究

与气体灭火相比,细水雾灭火系统具有价廉安全,以及对人和环境没有危害的优点,从而有利于人员逃离火灾现场。本文通过简述细水雾灭火系统的发展、定义、分类以及灭火机理,随着技术研究的不断深入,此系统除了应用于图书馆、档案馆以及电力工程外,还广泛应用于地铁隧道以及超高层建筑等领域。但是此系统也是具有局限性的,本文对其实际应用的相关问题也做了相关的分析。     

浅谈文件与档案的关系

本文首先针对不同国家地区对档案与文件关系的认识情况进行了分析,然后分析认为文件转化为档案需要满足一定的条件,最后根据不同的定义与概念,分析了在广义、狭义视角下文件与档案之间的对应关系,确保了两者之间关系认知的客观性以及真实性。

调查分析广东省高校档案网站建设的状况.广东高校设置的档案网站的数量不多、比例不高;大多数网站的主要内容设置不齐全或者混乱;网站所能提供的利用与管理功能有限.除极少数高校外,总体建设水平不高,提供档案信息服务能力差.     

The British Airways Heritage Collection: an ethnographic ‘history’

This article develops an ethnographic account of the development and history of the British Airways Heritage Centre (BAHC). Responding to several observations throughout the literature, we report on our experiences of engagement with British Airways’ archives over a 25-year period. In doing so our focus is on the much-neglected history of archives as powerful influences on how corporate histories are written. The ethnographic account is rooted in ANTi-History, an approach to historiography, that focuses on the production of history as knowledge of the past by following a number of human (e.g. archive volunteers) and non-human (e.g. airline artefacts) actors to reassemble the elements that constitute an archive at a point in time. To that end, we trace the inter-relationships between histories of British Airways and the development of the BAHC. We conclude that a focus on the various human and non-human relationships that constitute an archive can help the researcher to identify the hidden influences on the production of history that can otherwise serve to enrol him or her.

高等院校学生档案是学生在校期间各方面表现及社会实践活动的真实记录,是国家选拔任用人才的重要依据,然而目前我国高校学生档案管理存在学生档案材料不全面、档案管理制度不完善、现代化软件管理系统不健全等诸多问题。本文对这些问题进行了分析,并提出了加强高校学生档案的相应对策。
