离心式血液泵水力特性设计及其试验研究

借助商业软件NREC开展离心式血液泵的水力特性设计,其设计流量为5 L/min,设计转速为5000 r/min,得到离心叶轮和蜗壳的三维结构设计方案,并针对其全通道网格进行设计工况下三维流场的定常数值模拟研究.对其溶血性指标进行分析,发现离心式血液泵中95％ 区域切应力小于150 Pa,最大切应力小于500 Pa,满足人体对血液泵溶血性的要求.搭建离心式血液泵流量-压升特性试验测试平台,以质量分数为0.06％ 的黄原胶溶液为流动介质进行试验研究,试验结果显示在设计转速下的实际体积流量偏大于设计流量,整体压升在6550 Pa左右.     

Attracting potential blood donors: The role of personality and social marketing

Globally, society has been facing several and growing health problems, which increased the importance of efforts towards social change. In this context, using social marketing to create and implement programs that foster behavioural change has increased in the public health community. One of the health problems that society has been facing is the unceasing need for blood products, so the subject of blood donation became an important research topic in the area of social marketing, as social marketing strategies can contribute to solving this problem. It is essential to understand the factors that motivate individuals to donate blood, to enhance the recruitment and retention of blood donors. Our study aims at evaluating the key personality factors that influence blood donation behaviour to reach a higher understanding of what concerns this global issue. The method used to analyse the data is ANOVA. We conclude that the Personality of potential donors is significantly different from the non-donors' regarding Openness to Experience and Agreeableness. These results suggest that potential donors might perceive blood donation, as well as the associated barriers, differently from non-donors. Based on our findings, we suggest some perspectives for future research in this area.

随着经济的快速发展,人们对于健康饮食的重视程度越来越高,不规律的饮食习惯对人们的身体健康造成了非常严重的影响,而糖尿病也成为了继心脑血管疾病、肿瘤之后的第三大慢性疾病。本文对膳食调节和糖尿病进行了系统分析和综述,介绍了血糖调控食品的研究进展,探讨了未来血糖调控食品的开发方向,以为膳食调节为导向下血糖调控食品开发提供参考。     

Designing a medicalized wellness service: balancing hospitality and hospital features

Medicalized environments around the world are challenged with making trade-offs between the clinical nature of the service and the customer service elements needed to deliver the service. Many medicalized wellness services have yet to achieve an effective balance between their hospitality and hospital features to generate loyalty (repeat patronage). We present a case study of a blood service organization in a developed country that, at the time of data collection (2011), was working to resolve tension between clinical goals and expectations of Millennial donors. The results identified seven principles: ‘control over booking and service interactions’; ‘build social connections’; ‘offer a luxury, indulgent experience’; ‘build relationship with customer beyond the “medical” procedure’. The three remaining principles related to hospital-like features: ‘hide the functional/medical features of the service experience’; ‘demystify the “hidden” processes’; ‘ability for the physical service environment to be modified by the customer’.     

基于单片机的便携式电子血压计设计

设计了一种基于单片机AT89C5l为控制核心的便携式电子血压计,介绍了电子血压计测量的原理,论述了其软硬件设计方法。该血压计利用APM BP300压力传感器采集血管对血管壁压力并将压力信号转换为电信号,经A/D转换模块将模拟信号转换为数字信号并送入单片机,最后进行计算、存储、显示等处理。     

鄂西北某院患者输血知识认知情况及教育需求分析

目的:调查综合性医院患者对安全输血的认知情况,以便有针对性地开展培训,降低风险。方法:自行设计问卷,调查185名患者对安全输血的认知程度和需求。结果:患者对涉及输血不良反应、自体输血等内容的认知相当欠缺。结论:应当持续性的患者进行安全输血知识培训,切实保障输血安全。     

以心脏泵血过程为主线讲好血液循环的体会

在生理学血液循环系统这一章节的授课中,以心脏泵血过程为主线,采用循环系统的解剖结构图谱,归纳图表,演示动态生理过程的多媒体课件等多种手段,将抽象复杂的心脏泵血过程讲得比较透彻直观,将其内容为主线贯穿于血液循环的后续内容中,有助于学生对重点内容的理解,提高授课效果。     

高脚竞速对男大学生部分血液指标的影响

探讨高脚竞速对人体身体血液指标的影响,促进高脚马运动的发展,对12名高脚竞速男大学生通过三个月的对比训练发现男大学生参加高脚竞速训练后(即刻)的血乳酸有着显著性下降p﹤0.01,而血糖与血红蛋白却没有差异性变化。结论:高脚马运动对人体血液指标有一定的影响,而且是良性的,因此高脚竞速是一种安全有效的健身活动。

本文笔者根据自己的工作经验,结合铁岭市无偿献血工作10余年的经验,简单论述一下思想政治工作在无偿献血工作中的重要作用。     

国内凝血因子Ⅷ短缺状况及应对策略研究

目的解决国内凝血因子Ⅷ短缺的问题。方法文献研究和案例研究相结合，运用比较的方法从其原料的角度分析了凝血因子Ⅷ短缺的问题并提出了应对策略。结果国内凝血因子Ⅷ短缺的主要原因是血浆原料的短缺，而血浆原料的短缺是我国对单采血浆站点的整顿转制造成的。结论解决国内凝血因子Ⅷ短缺的问题首先要保证原料血浆的供应，通过采取缩短采浆周期稳定供浆队伍等措施提高单采血浆量。
