本文总结梳理了“两网融合”复合型贸易经济专业人才培养的现状和新的要求,分析了“两网融合”复合型贸易经济专业人才培养的发展方向。从建立教学和科研复合型教学团队模式、信息化平台和实验室“多媒介”培养模式、“两网融合”平台全流程内部审计型人才培养模式、“课程思政+专业技能”结合教学模式等四个方面总结模式创新的基本途径。     

壳聚糖对紫花地丁复合饮料保质期的影响

本试验以感官评定、菌落总数、pH值和DPPH自由基清除能力为指标,探究不同浓度的壳聚糖溶液处理对以紫花地丁和大麦为主要原料的复合饮料的保质期影响。结果表明,壳聚糖添加量在1.5%时饮料的感官评分较高,菌落总数的增长受到有效抑制,pH值下降受到抑制,具有良好的抗氧化稳定性。研究结果可为紫花地丁复合饮料的研发试验提供理论基础。

Compound Voids and Unproductive Entrepreneurship: The Rise of the “English Fever” in China

China has emerged as an economic power due, in part, to government policies that opened China to the world and created a modern consumer culture. One of these policies is the advancement of English-language education, including private providers, which has spawned the “English Fever” phenomenon. We use the unique context of the private English-language education industry in China to illustrate the concept of “compound (institutional) voids” and their relationship to unproductive entrepreneurship. Our contribution is in untangling some of the complexities related to institutional relationships, and in describing how compound voids increase the likelihood of rent-seeking behavior.     

电子商务环境下复合型物流管理人才培养策略研究

复合型电子商务物流管理人才匮乏已经成为制约我国电子商务健康发展的瓶颈。结合电子商务高速发展的需求以及现代物流业发展的新特点,提出了复合型电子商务物流管理人才所应具备的核心专业能力,并从人才培养模式、教学模式、课程知识体系和人才评价体系等方面提出了复合型电子商务物流管理人才的培养改革措施,为高等院校培养电子商务物流管理人才提供参考。     

高应力复合顶板下煤巷锚杆支护技术的应用

针对平煤四矿己15-23110机巷高应力复合顶板支护困难问题,采用根据悬吊和组合梁理论设计的高强预应力可变形让压锚杆和均压鸟窝锚索联合支护技术,并进行了巷道围岩变形观测和锚杆拉拔试验。结果表明,该支护方式有效控制了高应力、复合顶板下巷道变形,为工作面安全回采提供了保证。     

Optimal dynamic reinsurance with dependent risks: variance premium principle

In this paper, we consider the optimal proportional reinsurance strategy in a risk model with two dependent classes of insurance business, where the two claim number processes are correlated through a common shock component. Under the criterion of maximizing the expected exponential utility with the variance premium principle, we adopt a nonstandard approach to examining the existence and uniqueness of the optimal reinsurance strategy. Using the technique of stochastic control theory, closed-form expressions for the optimal strategy and the value function are derived for the compound Poisson risk model as well as for the Brownian motion risk model. From the numerical examples, we see that the optimal results for the compound Poisson risk model are very different from those for the diffusion model. The former depends not only on the safety loading, time, and the interest rate, but also on the claim size distributions and the claim number processes, while the latter depends only on the safety loading, time, and the interest rate.     

基于共生理论福建省乡村旅游综合体构建研究

针对福建省乡村旅游目前发展中存在的问题,如何提升乡村旅游的综合效益显得尤为重要。鉴于此,文章基于共生理论的视角,将乡村旅游综合体作为乡村旅游的发展方向,提出建立共生机制,通过完善环境诱导机制,强化动力机制,减缓阻尼机制,来构建乡村旅游综合体,促进各共生单元的合作发展,形成乡村旅游综合体互惠共生一体化模式,并最终提升乡村旅游的综合效益。     

论供应链的复合联结特征

当前,越来越多的企业认识到存在于企业与供应商和经销商之间的相互依存关系,纷纷与供应商和经销商开发明确的联结以提高运作绩效。本文从网络组织的视角,探讨了供应链联结的本质特征,认为,供应链成员之间的联结是核心企业与关键企业之间形成的复杂的联结关系,具有多层级强联结、多重互动联结以及多阶段动态联结特征,并提出了供应链复合联结概念。
