近年来增强化学发光技术得到快速发展,在生物学和医学中得到逐步应用,具有很大的应用价值。本文就增强化学发光技术的工作原理、增强化学发光的基因加测系统、增强化学发光的酶联免疫研究、增强化学发光的蛋白质检测系统、增强化学发光的寡核苷酸标记与检测系统进行全面分析,以促进增强化学发光技术在生物学与医学中的实践应用更加广泛。     

An intelligent service matching method for mechanical equipment condition monitoring using the fibre Bragg grating sensor network

Due to the advantages of being able to function under harsh environmental conditions and serving as a distributed condition information source in a networked monitoring system, the fibre Bragg grating (FBG) sensor network has attracted considerable attention for equipment online condition monitoring. To provide an overall conditional view of the mechanical equipment operation, a networked service-oriented condition monitoring framework based on FBG sensing is proposed, together with an intelligent matching method for supporting monitoring service management. In the novel framework, three classes of progressive service matching approaches, including service-chain knowledge database service matching, multi-objective constrained service matching and workflow-driven human-interactive service matching, are developed and integrated with an enhanced particle swarm optimisation (PSO) algorithm as well as a workflow-driven mechanism. Moreover, the manufacturing domain ontology, FBG sensor network structure and monitoring object are considered to facilitate the automatic matching of condition monitoring services to overcome the limitations of traditional service processing methods. The experimental results demonstrate that FBG monitoring services can be selected intelligently, and the developed condition monitoring system can be re-built rapidly as new equipment joins the framework. The effectiveness of the service matching method is also verified by implementing a prototype system together with its performance analysis.     

Education Dashboards for Enhanced Learning: A Singapore Experience

Educators continue to utilize add-ons, extensions, or replacements to traditional Learning Management Systems (LMSs) to supplement capabilities and improve the classroom experience. This work resulted in the design and development of the Education Dashboards for Enhanced Learning (EDEL) template. The EDEL template enables faculty members to create dynamic web spaces called Knowledge Portals (KPortals). A semester-long introduction of KPortals proved to be positive and useful. Students tended to view the KPortal as a “go-to” webspace. The authors hope to refine the template in future studies and examine its usefulness in other countries.     

区域耕地数量变化预测方法的对比研究

研究目的:对区域耕地数量变化预测方法进行对比分析,科学合理确定区域耕地数量。研究方法:通过Pearson相关分析法筛选影响耕地变化的关键因子,利用改进的BP神经网络算法、灰色模型和多元线性回归模型法对费县耕地数量变化进行预测。研究结果:改进的BP神经网络算法相对传统的灰色模型和多元线性回归模型等预测方法具备较高的预测精度。研究结论:改进的BP神经网络算法是进行耕地数量变化预测的较好方法,具有实际指导意义,其预测结果可以为当地相关部门合理地确定耕地保有量、推进耕地保护提供科学依据。     

智能凝胶GD-1混堵技术在靖边气田的应用

靖边气田钻井过程中发生井漏,采用常规堵漏技术(桥塞堵漏、水泥浆堵漏)常堵漏不彻底、容易出现井漏反复等井下复杂情况。基于常规堵漏方法,引进智能凝胶GD-1混堵技术在靖边气田南部黄土表层、刘家沟组裂缝地层应用,取得了良好的防漏、堵漏效果:提高了堵漏成功率,减小堵漏反复性,二次堵漏的几率明显降低。

Flexible Integration? Mandatory and Minimum Participation Rules

For a club such as the European Union, an important question is whether a subset of the members should be allowed to form “inner clubs” and enhance cooperation. Flexible cooperation allows members to participate if and only if they benefit, but it leads to free‐riding when externalities are positive. I show that flexible cooperation is better if the heterogeneity is large and the externality small, but that rigid cooperation is the political equilibrium too often. Both regimes, however, are extreme variants of a more general system combining mandatory and minimum participation rules. For each rule, I characterize the optimum and the equilibrium.

Ad scepticism and retouch-free disclaimers: Are they worth it?

Abstract

The present study analyses the impact of ad scepticism on the way consumers perceive advertising and process its effects, and considers the influence of ad disclaimers. We conduct an experiment that explores three different contexts, namely (1) the total absence of ad disclaimers, (2) the presence of a retouch-free disclaimer and (3) the presence of a retouched disclaimer. By showing how ad scepticism fits in the advertising attitudinal approach, and how new digital developments affect consumers’ processing of advertisements, the results of this experiment can contribute to the marketing literature and clarify relevant topics for practitioners. This paper shows the significant influence played by ad believability and attitude towards the ad on behavioural intentions. This underlines, particularly for marketing practitioners, the importance of an ad’s believability and the credibility of its claims in the sales outcome. Most importantly, the framework offered by this paper shifts the attention towards the believability of advertising disclaimers aimed at clarifying the use of digitally enhanced images.
